Worst customer service Ive dealt with in a long time I call over the phone asking about apart and the answer I get is no and that was it no can I help you find that Ill check into that for you nothing until I made it known that it seemed like he didnt want to look for it, and then as we proceeded about the part he continued to cut me off and be rude, youve lost my business I use your company for a lot of things and was looking to make a pretty big order but not after what I experienced this morning

Im writing this during a spike in the Pandemic. There was a sign on the door that said customers must wear a mask. When I walked in I was surprised to see that not one of the 6 or 7 employees were wearing masks. None of the customers they were closely talking to or helping had masks on either. Its like there was like nobody had heard there was a deadly pandemic going on. Service was fine otherwise but I really dont appreciate them putting my life in danger. Wont be coming back.

On Monday 10/21, I went to Locke Supply to find a 4x8 section of 1 foil backed insulation. I went on the advice of another hardware store that I trust. I asked the price and was told about $30. On Saturday 10/26, I returned to purchase the insulation with a vehicle large enough to transport it. Suddenly, the price went to $59+. Did the gentlemen at the counter on Monday not take me seriously? Who lied to me?Not a very good way to win a customer folks.

I went in only partially knowing what I needed. They were *very* helpful and took the time to make sure that I got the right parts. They were very knowledgeable about their wares and each person I talked to was there with a smile. Even though they are half an hour away from where I live I will still not hesitate to go back. Great service is worth it every time.

Jake is an all star!! Super Fast and never forgets anything...like the time I left my paperwork up there. He held on to it for weeks until I was able to get back up there to get it. Thanks Jake!!!!

Prices and supply of items are right on and this place is highly recommended, but as I stood waiting for help this morning the older man at the counter hollered at one of his employees because he stopped to help me and then told him to go on that someone would get to me in a minute. also another employee had tried to help me and he said no that other guy was first take him now someone he was not standing there when I walked up. a greeting and just a moment maam would have gone a long way instead of having to witness all this in front of my daughter.

Great company to support rather than the big box stores. It may look intimidating or more geared toward the professional, but they cater to everyone. Ive always received help upon entry and the staff are super friendly!

Every time I go into the Locke supply off harwood and brown trail the employees on the plumbing side r always rude. I own a plumbing company and have spent over 10 thousand dollars at there stores but due to there rudeness they lost my business

In the past I have come in and they have been super helpful. Paul in HVAC today was nothing but grumpy. You can be grumpy and still be helpfull.Not what I have come to expect for Locke Supply.Prices as always are reasonable. Just likely not somewhere to go for a DIY project.
