If you don’t want to do roadside service then don’t. I sat here for 40 minutes before you told my insurance you’re “unable to complete the job” of a flat tire. Seems like based on other reviews this is just how it is for roadside with this company? Just don’t sign up to be a roadside assistance company then!!!

My roadside assistance (Agero) sent them to help my wife stranded on the freeway with a flat tire. after waiting over an hour they say that they refuse to help her because its too dangerous. They are cowards! forcing a woman to change her own tire on a freeway at night. I work for a tow company and we would never refuse someone like that. Pathetic

Worst experience ever. Will never use them again. Not on time, and extremely long wait. Had to use a different provider.

For the past 3 days Ive been dealing with issues regarding my car & its been one thing after another. I took my car to a Dodge dealership & was told that I would have to pay $130 just for them to diagnose what was wrong with my car. I was referred to Inman Auto by someone and decided to get my car towed there. Within 2 hours of my car arriving at Inman Auto, not only was the issued diagnosed but it was fixed for a VERY reasonable price. The service was fast & Frank was very nice. I definitely would go back & would recommend for any car repair!
