I go to them for my car to fix everything from oil change to repairs best price and great quality. My girlfriend got into a wreck and got a quote from a couple places one was $2800 and the other was $4000 and some change. I took it here for $1000 they made her car look brand new. It don’t get no better than here!

They supposedly had my appointment set at 8 am my car didn’t get looked at until 8:30 okay fine. Then they diagnosed the problem which I’m sure I was overcharged because I asked a quote for something I been asking around for and I was quoted $200 for something I been told $130 & $160. I’m $650 for a new compressor and compressor valve, they called it an AC kit not sure if I was overcharged but I needed my ac fixed ASAP so I was cool let’s do it. Then I get in my car and now my windshield has the nice little crack in it of course I’m not going to mention anything because I already know their will be no winning nor anything I can do. I’m a hard working man that just needed his car fixed to get to work and I kinda feel taken advantage of. I wouldn’t suggest coming here unless you need some new tires or something small.

Front end alignment for $69, cant beat it! 1st time there and had a great experience. Talked to the guys, got some estimates on future projects. Prices are much more affordable and they handle a multitude of necessary maintenance issues. Clean and organized establishment. Very friendly service plus they call you when theyre done.

They are very good at what they do. I got my front wheel alignment done at a fair price. They answer their phones. Definitely worth coming here.

Rico does not need to be speaking to guests.... He was rude from the second he answered the phone all the way up until he decided it was a good idea to hang up on me!!! I was calling because after my oil change was performed they buttoned up my skid plate with dry wall screws and now it flaps underneath the vehicle and Rico refused to replace it or even help try and get it as close to normal as possible since they were the last ones to touch it... I also asked at what mileage was my oil changed preformed to see when I would be due next and he told me it was done at 110 miles.... I bought this vehicle used with 12,750 miles.... when I told him that didnt make sense he said what do you want me to say? We were really busy that day Im sorry just look at the sticker we put in the windshield...This is the most unprofessional and sketchy shop I have ever dealt with and I dont wish this type of service to even my worst enemies... 0/10 I will never be doing business with them!!!

Rico is not transparent and honest with his quotes. Prices change the next time you go for the same service.

First time there Had to replace water pump, 3 pullies, and a new belt. Was finished the next day. Reasonable price and attentive staff. Ill definitely go back for any further repairs.

Took my car here to get fixed the guy seemed pretty cool lets just say he has people working for him thats not very experienced a repair that should have only taken three days turned out 1 month in two weeks because they could not figure out what was going on with my card on top of that charging extra money for the repair so fair Im not sure about that the cheap well check them out you get what you pay for trust me

Had my car there for 2 months and when my car returned home, I noticed my brand new car battery was switched out and replaced with a cheap used car battery that was actually dead. They refused to run a diagnostic report on my vehicle and what they kept telling me was wrong with my car, was in fact not the problem. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

Worst Experience.The employee do not even know how to start my hybrid cars engine.So they use a electric mod to do the State inspectionand of course the inspection fail and everything shows NOT READY.then when i ask we should start the engine for Couple minutes.The manage threat me pay them $25 first. or they will call the police to force me.I never face some shop like this. These guys after misleading sobs. Classic bait and switch when it comes to repairs. They tell you one thing and they forget to add the gasket for the part they took off to get there, how do you miss that and if course they add that book hours to your bill.

BEWARE!!! These people will take advantage of the uneducated car owner. 1 star was the least I could give them. Im sure for tire rotation and oil changes they are fine. About average with everyone else. However, DO NOT come here for anything else. They have 1 mechanic, who seems to never be there and doesnt work weekends. I would seriously question their mechanical knowledge.I have a general knowledge of how things work, but Im not a professional so I thought they could help me (only shop close to me that was open on Sunday). Long story short, they quoted me an outrageous price to replace my entire front end, not fix my problem. After 2-3 phone calls about price, parts and timeline, I gave them green light to fix it. Then I asked how they got to that conclusion, I was yelled at over the phone and hung up on by so called mechanic. I was told we dont know where the noise is coming from so were going to replace the drive shaft and front differential. Asked them about my U-joints, yokes, pinion rings, spider gears, etc.. and they had no clue. Since they obviously dont know how to properly diagnose a mechanical issue, I politely asked them to put it back together, it was being sent elsewhere. Showed up the next morning at 8AM, 15 hours later, to retrieve my truck and it was still deconstructed. They showed me the drive shaft and just said see its bad. I asked what is bad and he (not mechanic) said whole thing, see. Not a good explanation. They then told me the estimated price was wrong, but I could rebuild (since I called them out) but they were just going to put in new, used, low mileage equipment back in. First off, how can one warranty that? Secondly, how do you know its in working order and I wont be in the same position in 3 months. If I was doing it in my drive way, sure, the liability is on me... but cmon. I was told 2 hours for them to put the differential cover and drive shaft back on, because the mechanic was almost there, didnt get a call till almost 2PM.Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Take it to Kinneys Auto across the street. Much better mechanics, pin pointed my problem, quoted less than half the price in rebuild and labor, with a 24 hour turn around. Customer service was top notch, and was very communicative with me on status of repair.

I have taken my vehicles there for ten years. They always do a great job . There were times I needed the truck the next day for work and they stayed late to finish. I really cant say enough about these guys.

I really shy away from visiting Mechanic shops without recommendation, but I needed to have my brake light switch replaced. I went to one shop en route to Bedford and was quoted a price I didnt like. I happened upon Rico at Bedford Auto Center, and not only did I get my brake switch and windshield wipers replaced, but someone very kindly fixed my shifter that was sticking.
