Lady on the front desk very helpful and polite had to wait awhile for the parts department to come and see me but I guess they are busy fast and easy service part arrived quickly was offered a hot drink on arrival the first time by the receptionist but not second time different receptionist plenty of comfortable seats to wait in and lovely showroom full of beautiful Audi to look at, the park is ridiculous full you NEVER get a space and have to leave ur car park in a terrible space whilst in the showroom no designated customer showroom parking, not to busy when I went lots of staff on hand but they seem to deal with specific enquiries sales parts complaints etc so u had to wait for the right person
Car park was carnage with nobody managing it/staff leaving cars in the way while new cars were presented, questions were not properly answered (the engine bay is covered in oil and they claim to have checked the car and said its fine but clearly its not...). Further to that we had to wait an hour to even be seen when we came to collect the car from its very expensive service! Pretty poor for a main dealer and likely despite a service plan I will have to pick up the costs of whatever the issue is spitting oil everywhere despite calling it out early to Audi.Happy to take a call at 11:30. Am unable to reply to the message on here for some reason.No call has taken place.

No nonsense. I’ve been looking for a new car for a while now and have been to many dealers and met many sales people. Tom was just straight forward, answered my questions and put in some effort. No faffing or nonsense, no pressure, it was the sales experience I was looking for. The car is under warranty so if I get a problem I will take it back and then see if they still deserve a 5 star review.
First experience buying from a dealership. Spotted the car I wanted online, had a quick response from the sales team. Jorge our salesman was very helpful and professional. We reserved the car and they kept it aside for over a week. We made the long 165 mile journey across the country to collect it. Car was ready inside for my dad to look at the body work. The only thing they could have improved on was having the recent work done to hand to prevent the unnecessary questions that followed. The valetting team need to up their game a bit, windscreen was greasy in places and it was dirty under the bonnet. Make sure you wipe the cleaner off the pedals next time. That being said, theyre only very little things in the whole process but we had to find something to be improved on. Jorge was a lovely young man, friendly and attentive. Even called the next day to check all was well once we were home. Would happily buy another from here despite the distance. Thanks Jorge and Bedford Audi, very happy with the A3!
Great service from the staff at Bedford Audi, they really look after their customers! My car developed a fault after a routine service and Audi were quick to try and rectify the problem, keeping me updated throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Terrible sales customer services. Waited for an hour to have a test drive and was told the car is out on another test drive. Just to discover it was in front of the dealership and a man came out from the office and went in the car in front of me.I just need the truth Sorry, someone is in front of you if it is ok he could go first.I have not even had the chance to see the sales manager who booked me in and when he called he said there was a little bit of delay and confusion. I think he was the confused one and had no courtesy to tell me he did not know what happened or how to deal with the situation.Shame on such services.

Bedford Audi is a very plush Garage with Receptionists that tend to you straight away as soon as you walk in the door and always welcoming offering you a drink while you wait for another team member.All staff a very Friendly Polite and can have a laugh with you rather than at you, this makes you feel like you are dealing with a Human being, not to mention you feel more comfortable when chatting with them.O.K. they may be quite expensive like most top of the range garages but you get good trusted service and well looked after, and that goes a long way in my book.
Terrible lady on the shop floor. Told us we need an appointment, which was fine. Then when we asked if a specific model was there, she said she couldnt check in the system. Told us we can go out and look if we wanted to find it. So we obliged and walked around in the rain to find it. If business were to survive, I suggest customer curtsey. Our experience was just rude and impolite. Definetly was not worth the visit at all.

Bought my Audi S3 from John in sales. Sorted everything out online/telephone due to COVID and showrooms being closed. Went down and picked the car up last Saturday and part ex’d my old car with them. Booked a test drive for this morning, asked the sales man to let me know if anything changes I.e. the car get sold.Turned up this morning after driving from Letchworth, taken the morning off work and the car was sold Sunday! It’s now Tuesday so they had plenty of time to notify us. Asked to test drive another car but because we couldn’t guarantee that we were willing to buy this car due to our budget, but our budget was for the previous car. Then they wouldn’t let us test driving a car. Using COVID as an excuse, got the feeling they just didn’t have the time for us. Very disappointing.I’ve bought two cars with this dealership in the past, both times we had problems. Never using bedford Audi ever again!! Really dreadful service today guys and a complete waste of our time!

Disappointing. Visited on a Sunday afternoon, just wanted to have a look round a couple of models we are considering. We walked around the show room for 30 minutes and not once didnt anyone ask if we were ok, or if we needed any help. Due to Covid19 all the cars are locked and have stickers on saying gloves must be worn if we wanted to look inside. No gloves were provided or offered by anyone, and neither did anyone offer to unlock a car for us to have a look inside, in-fact nobody even spoke to us the whole time we was there. So after 30 minutes we left having not even seen inside either of the two models we were considering. We wont be returning or buying our car from here now.

Booked car in for repair, offered a replacement vehicle with no mention of £25 charge at time of booking so had no choice but to pay as made plans for the day. Replacement car had no screen wash and a slow puncture in one tyre....Asked for rear washer to be fixed as not working and told this had been done as wouldnt have passed Mot without it, next day untried to use it and still not working, yet it passed Mot.

Never take your audi to them. They are extremely unreliable and are willing to give you it back unsafe. They cant do anything right and they never will.Totally disappointed and appalled on how the treat there customers.On top of all of that they have done it all before and continue to do so!! They cant even spot a blown exhaust when you can clearly hear it chugging away and sounding ruff.
