Asked for an email out the door price quote for a Honda CB300F ABS.They replied with the list price of a Honda Grom. When I replied asking for the correct quote I never heard back.

I just recently took a short bike trip to Lawrenceburg, IN. About halfway there, the belt started showing on my back tire. Thankfully, I was only about 10 minutes outside of Bedford and ended up coming to this shop. Everyone there from the manager to the mechanics were SO nice and SO helpful. They were able to get me a tire and get me back on the road even though it was almost closing time when I arrived. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Phenomenal experience! If anyone from the shop is reading this, THANKS again! You saved my whole trip.

Found the bike I was looking for online and called the shop to set up the purchase. When I arrived everything was prepared and after signing a few papers I was out the door in no time at all! Not only was the service wonderful, the price was very competitive.

Had M&E replace dead alternator and change fluids on 05 GL1800. Excellent customer experience and Im highly satisfied. Knowledgeable tech, friendly staff. Called before ordering parts or performing service not on the work order. Work was done quickly and with care. Very fair pricing. Family owned and operated. Clean store, good selection of parts and accessories. This now my Honda shop and I will recommend to friends. Pro tip--call rather than use website.

Rude rude rude old women running the place into the ground. Also after having a new front dunlop mounted at m&e, my fathers 2010 sabre has the death wobble. Seymour powersports made it safe again.

I have been going here for years but this last time will be my last. I took my 250ex to get fixed and got back not running and messed up more then when took it there. I am out $1100 for nothing i have called and called they was post call back but it has been 2 weeks I will never go bad.

I have a ice bear maddog Trike. Same everything as a Honda Ruckus. All the same everything except body. I was told they are unable to service them. Apparently don’t buy a Honda Ruckus from them because you won’t be able to get it serviced. Just disappointed since I bout what I did knowing the Honda ATV dealership is right around the corner from me if I had any problems. Sad

Some buddies and I went in couple weeks ago looking for a bike. I was also looking to buy a chain under 100, as I knew JT brand sold for. When I was quoted 140 for the “cheapest chain” I said “ha, no I’m looking for a cheaper chain” parts guy said, “chains are expensive”. He seemed like he had a rough day and wasn’t much help after that and we went on our way. Not saying I will never go back as the lady was nice enough, but we’re going to buy our parts online for now.

Well Ive bought brand new four-wheelers and a couple months ago and theyve had them longer than Ive had them and Im still making payments and they still dont want to start so no I suggest watching what you buy and all I can do is say well try to find the problem they dont want to compensate me and boy she sure did want to sell me the four wheelers but after having problems with me she dont want to help me out compensate me in any way

Horrible guest service. Ive tried doing business with them multiple times and the lady Ive dealt with is the rudest person Ive ever met. Apparently she considers me to be trashy.

Bought a helmet and their Internet was down so they wanted to keep my card number and run it later. (Ever heard of identity theft or card scam?!) I drove to the nearest atm, paid a fee, and offered them $105 cash on a $106.99 ticket asking if we can call it even for the inconvenience. The very rude woman at the counter said, No but I guess I will pay your $1.99 put of my pocket? Seriously?! Ever heard of customer service? Never would have bought the helmet if I didnt have to have it today. You wont be getting my business again or my card number for later. Stay away folks.

Expect to pay hundreds over retail here, plus fees and fright. (Most dealers don’t charge all these bs fees) When asked if they will negotiate on the price they tell you that they’re not interested in playing the game.... They are the most expensive Honda dealer in the state of Indiana.Extremely difficult to deal with and a total waste of hours of my time, i won’t be returning my business here.

They have an ice staff but the lady that owns it does not even come down a few dollars offered her $10,000 for a side by side Honda without the tax of 700 and she turned me down and told me to go buy it elsewhere so I havent been back thats sad

M&E stands for mucho expensive. Was quoted $85 to rebuild my forks and then picked them up for (ransom) $240. This is why folks stay away from the STEALERSHIP.WARNING: STAY AWAY.... they will rip you off...
