They had exactly what i was looking for and at a good price. I shop there a lot as they most often have a better selection than most of the stores in the area.

A month ago I bought a $49.99 scale. I tried it once. Does not measure weight correctly. It is of the worst quality. Today I went to return it or exchange it. The registrar and manager told me we cant return it if you dont have a receipt I told her I lost the receipt and I told her give me a card to buy another, shes replying to it in a way Im sorry, store rules dont allow any item to be returned without a receipt, its the worst store Ive ever been to and the stuff is really bad

I was looking for a bookshelf for my daughters room but I did not find what I was looking for. Some areas of the store are very nice. Theres a bunch of unmarked priced clearance items. I was also interested in a convection oven but the only one they had I was interested in was sold out. The overall experience was okay even though we did not buy anything. Maybe next time they will have something we need.

The products here are truly good, the holiday section is adorable and I would come back here for anything! 10/10 would shop again

Place in some spots were in disarray and theyre quite expensive. Items that were on clearance at one price on the shelf were a completely different higher price at the register. Didnt end up buying anything there. Probably wont go back.

BB&B is a great store. Most products are a cut above everything stores like walmart or target but there prices are also above the larger stores. The sales associates for lack of knowing there proper title are always willing to stop and help the customer in any way they can. This is an important part of the shopping experiance for me. Combining there coupons and sale ltems can save you quire a bit. Be an iformed shopper here. Im not a fan of there upcharge for the discounted frequent shopper year renewable program. I can always get the same deal with my coupons that they frequently issue to promote business. The stores are always clean, neat and tidy this makes it an enjoyable shopping experiance. The Nashua NH store is ok to navigate but the Bedford NH store is usually a bit quieter and alot easier to get around. Check it out you wont be disappointed.

They didnt have the item I was looking for but what I did find was awesome customer service and a young man named Nathan and he took me around the whole store looking for what I wanted and you didnt have it, but in your defense you were the sixth store I was at and no one else had it either 👍😁

I never do this but I had the best experience at Bed Bath and Beyond in Bedford today and felt it was important to share with others. The people working there tonight were incredibly attentive and eager to help. Specifically, I was looking for an item that I had seen on their website but could not find on the floor. When I asked the cashier for help, I immediately had two people who worked there come to my aid and retrieve the Christmas wreath product I was looking for from out back. They were super nice and asked me if I needed anything else. They even brought the product to the front for me! When I got to the cash register, the cashier printed me a coupon using my email address so I could get 20% off. I love feeling like I get a good deal on a purchase! In addition to the stellar customer service experience, I was so impressed with the way the front of the store was set up. It reminded me so much of Home Goods. The Christmas decor was so trendy and fun! I am so pleased with my experience and will definitely be coming back to this location soon!

Most items are overpriced and can be find elsewhere for less, even after using the frequently available 20%off coupons. Ive never once felt like a cashier was friendly toward me. Courteous, perhaps, but not friendly. No one has ever been unprofessional toward me, but the staff always seem pretty miserable.

Went to buy a microwave today, every one was so helpful. Decided to get the display model as they were not getting that model again and it’s the one I wanted, received a discount plus my 20% coupon also, when I got to the cashier a lady name Cindy even help us and printed the manual for us as they did not have one since it was a display, She knew we would need it, something we did not think about, we thought that was so extra nice for her to do. The man that help with the microwave was great also but did not see his name tag.So happy they are in Bedford now.

Quaint store with so much to choose from. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff and cashiers. Plenty to choose from especially those specific gifts for Christmas! They also have a Bed Bath Plus Program which at times give 20% discounts off your whole purchase!

Awesome product selection and quality, excellent customer service - they stand behind their products and service. Prices are a little on the high side but you get what you pay for. The selection is vast and quite different from what you find at other retailers. Weve had no problems in all the years weve shopped there (and their online store) and the numerous items weve purchased. Highly recommended.

Wow! I think this is the nicest one Ive ever been to. It had a huge home decorating/ furniture section. I was set on getting a specific item, so somewhat in and out-- had to use a lot of restraint to stay on task lol. Definetly coming back soon to check it all out further!

Bedford, NH location. Large store, clean, well stocked, some very good deals. Easy to get to, good parking.

I tried to buy 3 things on sale. One was silverware regularly 99 for 49. They told me I was wrong we went back I was right in they pulled the tag immediately. The 2nd one was the new shark robot vacuum cleaner with stick vacuum. They had it on wrong vac and mis priced. Told me I was wrong again I walked back your 3 times someone finally met me there I was right. They said I could not have a for that price. I forgot with the 3rd item was in a really doesnt matter, I will never step foot in that place again. They lost about $500 in sales. I just moved to town and that was the 1st of many stops there but no longer.

Yes its a chain...bit I prefer this one to stores going south towards the state-line. Typically the stores are cleaner, better stocked, and have more help, and this store is no exception to the rule.

Very disappointed. I looked online for deep soup bowls but all the ones I saw had to be purchased on line. I called th store and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called again and told Ashley answered and told her I wanted to speak in that department. She said they were all busy. I checked your live busy times, and it was not busy. So I described what I wanted, a soup bowl with high sides, not the shallow ones, she said yes, I think I know what you mean. Again I asked to speak to someone in that department, to make sure and she said no, Im pretty sure we have those and theyll tell you the same thing I told you. I told her I was elderly and didnt want to go to the store fo nothing. She would not budge. So much for shopping at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Never again! I sure hope her boss sees this. This girl knows nothing about Customer Service.

Did not have items that were advertised and some items were so high up you couldnt reach them. There was a ladder but I am 70 and NOT climbing a ladder. There was no employees to be found!
