The delivery associates for Amazon are truly amazing. I have a sign on my front door that states to use the back. Not only do they listen but when its bad weather they are kind enough to place my packages right inside the door of my back porch. Thank you amazon!

The workers only half know what is going on and we always have issues with the app and packages. It’s super cold in the winter in the pick up zone. It was nice that they provide free vests for the drivers.
