Terrible customer service. If you have another place you can take your vehicle, do it. Dont waste your time with this place. They dont return calls, dont communicate at all. My sons van has been there almost 3 weeks and I cant get anyone to tell me when I can get it back. They gave me a loaner which is a total piece of garbage. Beyond frustrating experience. I will find somewhere else to have my maintenance and repairs done in the future.

The worse customer service since moving to Bedford Hts compared to when Pedro Ramirez was in charge of the service department in Mentor. I have been unable to get updates on my order for a month now, bad attitude from person answering the phone when inquiring about my order and if she can track the delivery date for me to know how long it will take, she basically answered me by saying she can not track the delivery update and it will get there when it gets there and I will get a call then and saying it with a big attitude, the person answering the phone needs to learn that by working in a place dealing with disabled people, there is a big chance they may have health issues that are affecting them daily and not to take it personal when we don’t sound in the best happy mood when inquiring about parts/service that is extremely necessary to allow us to drive safely. It’s been over a month I’ve been waiting for a wheelchair bracket and was promised a date that it will be there and I haven’t got a call with an update.So I finally decided to reach out to the other Mobilityworks in Akron and the service manager there was beyond helpful and stated that he will get the part in four days and I will be getting a call to come get the service done very soon, so I can finally drive my van safely.From now on I will drive from Cleveland to Akron to get any services I need instead of going to this location that is much closer to me.It is very unfortunate that the new service manager and the ladies answering the phone do not keep customers updated with a phone call who would mean so much, because I have met a young gentleman who is either the owner or his son and he was super nice, I met him when I had my hand control and new floor installed, he was extremely helpful but sadly the new people working there do not have the same attitude while providing service. I hope these new employees/ladies get some training on how to treat customers who are disabled and are in need of service that is very important to drive safely and that allow them to live independently.

I made my appointment to visit with them one day ahead of time and when I arrived they took me right back and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and the folks there are some of the nicest people that God has ever blessed this Earth with.We love the staff at mobility works of Bedford heights and Akron.

I called and asked for a diagnosis code for a part everyone acted like I was speaking another language. Id understand if they didn’t have one if someone actually articulated that but instead they choose to send me to a voice mail of a woman whom I left a detailed message for that returned my call with only her name and number (a number that goes straight to voicemail). I understand they are busy but I left two messages two weeks ago and never got a return call. Thankfully I found another company because that was beyond unprofessional

I have had nothing but trouble since I started working with this location. I thought going here would be more convenient because Akron is further, but definitely not worth the headache. Currently waiting on a partial refund from them, once that’s done I will never do business with them again.

As I read through the reviews of greatness. It seems most are from MC Mobility. Which Id say the great reviews are accurate. However I wish they were wiped clean to give mobility works reviews only. So I waited almost a month made a follow up call and still nothing. So lets talk about my particular experience, I arrive shortly before my appointment. Asked for the tech to come outside so I could show him my concerns. I did, they took the van back. A short time later I am called in to pay. I go in pay the bill, I ask her what was done? She wasnt sure but she said Im sure youre all taken care of. So pay bill, go outside to van which was pretty far away at the other end of the parking lot. I am hoping this was only due to me not having a wheelchair because sheesh it wasnt close at all. I opened the doors to test the lift it was exactly the same as what I showed him my concerns was. So I went in to the service section to get some sort of information. No one was there, waited and nothing, but I hear talking. So I go back and see him and other guys checking out some older sports car. I ask so what was done? He informed me he looked at it, it needs too much. I said I understand, thats why I brought it in can I get an estimate? He assured me theyd be in touch with me the next day. This was 8/19/2020, I still havent heard anything from the service department. I loved MC mobility they were very informative, helpful, explained everything. Mobility works not so much. To add more salt to the wound on another van their weld from braun on the muffler came loose and it rattles a bit. As this was done by the conversion. The dealer recommended they fix it as the van is only 2 years old with 20k miles. Still waiting to hear back on that too. I am extremely disappointed with the buy out. The level of customer service from the service department is gone. The nearest mobility dealer is 2.5 hours away. However I make the road trip for the customer service and to avoid mobility works.

My husband was diagnoses with MS over 15 years ago. Over the past 2 years his health had deteriorated and he is now in a wheel chair full-time. Until we got our van my husband was house bound. It was difficult to get him to doctor appointment let alone anywhere else. Gordon at MC Mobility was amazing. He walked us through the process and helped us find other resources that could assist with the cost. He was patient and kind. Now because of his hard work and understanding of what we were going through we are able to do things as a family again. My husband is no longer housebound. The work that the staff at MC Mobility does changes lives. I am forever thankful for all of Gordons help. He made a process that was difficult emotionally and financially so much easier. If you are in need of a modified vehicle I highly recommend MC Mobility.

Rented a Mobility Van to transport a family member to a funeral. Van was nice, clean and very easy to use. Mom navigated the ramp easily with her chair. Rental was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. I only wish they were open Saturdays for returns so you do not have to rent for the whole weekend if you only need one day. We will be renting again if need be.

M.C. Mobility was so easy to work with. Karla brought to our home 2 different vans to see what we liked and what would work best for us. She was amazing! Getting this van from M.C. Mobility was the easiest vehicle I have ever bought and I love my new van! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wheelchair accessible van.

The experience we had working with Karla K was beyond phenomenal! Once we contacted MC Mobility, Karla came to the facility where my wife was located during her rehab stay within 2 days. She immediately began to assist us. The entire process was completed in a timely fashion. The management took it upon themselves to help us where needed! My wife was facing losing her job and ability to drive when we contacted MC Mobility for help. Other companies in the area are NOT even worthy of being classified in the same category as MC Mobility!! The customer service was exceptional and professional, all the way from the operator answering the phone to sales to service to management! We could not have asked for more! We have forwarded on this amazing companys outstanding reputation to others and told everyone we come in contact with that they should contact Karla K and the rest of the team at MC Mobility for all their handicap vehicle needs! I only wish I could provide a higher rating for them!

Steve Boling and Kelly Moore were very patient and helpful in repairing the switch on the lift chair in our minivan. Steve was knowledgeable about the lift chair which is quite old -- he had the part that was needed and didnt need to order it which meant we got it fixed the same day. Kelly was friendly and made it easy to understand the bill and made sure the manual to the lift chair was in the minivan before it was brought out to us. She also asked us if we wanted our minivan washed which we agreed to have done. They did a great job washing the car in the back of the building. Everyone at MC Mobility was helpful and friendly. Steve and Kelly were great. Our experience was exceptional and we will do business with MC Mobility again if and when the need arises.

Ive had a wonderful experience working with Karla.She explained all the details with my car valet chair.With the valet chair I can get into the car without the stress I was having.Karla also helped me to decide on a wheelchair power lift for my power wheelchair.And the maintenance crew is wonderful.

I purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe with a wheelchair lift from MC Mobility. After the manufacturer of the lift sent it back to me, we found that my wheelchair was too wide to fit. The guys were able to modify it so I fit perfectly. I love my new car!!

My wife and I just purchased a mini-van from M.C. Mobility in Mentor. Karla was our salesperson. She was outstanding. This was at least a four-month process with several visits to the showroom. She answered every question my family and I had (and there were many). When she said she was going to send something or e-mail a response, she did. If she didnt know the answer, she found it out and got back to us. Karla is professional, never pressured us, and is the epitome of being customer oriented.

If you are looking for great customer service and can’t seem to find it, try M.C. Mobility/D. & S. Automotive.We came to them looking for help in getting a mobility scooter in-and-out of a car. The scooter was a new product on the market. One they had not seen before. It didn’t matter. They spoke with the scooter representatives and the lift manufacturer. After they made numerous phone calls to each of them, they came up with a solution. They were able to make a minor modification to the scooter and installed a Bruno Lift in the truck of our car. It has made our life so much easier.We can’t thank them enough. Karla for all the time, effort, phone calls and research. And, the same goes for Steve and Kelly. They went the extra mile too and did a great job on the modification and the installation. A total team effort! It seems the entire staff was working on our behalf. My Bruno Curb-Sider has added immensely to my daily life. I can now go to many places -- like to trails in parks -- where I had to stop going when I was no longer able to get my mobility scooter in and out of my car on my own. MC Mobility provided an easy transition. Their work was efficient; and Karla, my sales rep, provided a lot of wonderful info on such things as my car manufacturers offer of contribution toward the installation of handicap-assisting equipment. I woud recommend MC Mobility to anyone needing a converted van, scooter lift, or any of their other equipment.

I have been dealing with Mc Mobilty since 1998 when I purchased my first ramp van. I found them to be very professional and courteous. I just bought are second van in late 2015. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a ramp van, that they should talk to the people at MC Mobility.

We had a perfect buying experience with MC Mobility for our new Toyota Sienna Braunability van. Karla walked us through the entire process step by step and took away any stress or fears we may have had initially, since we were shipping the van to a different state. The price was more than fair, and we were offered an equally fair price for our trade-in, which was also picked up by their transport company to be shipped to Ohio where they are located. Once we chose the van we liked on the website, we put down a deposit of $1000 to hold the van, emailed and over-nighted paperwork back and forth, and within two weeks, the new van was in our driveway! On top of that, Karla flew in to deliver the van personally and show us everything we needed to know!Every person we dealt with at MC Mobility was experienced in their respective jobs, and all went above and beyond to help us get our new mobility van. We would choose them again in a heartbeat!

I had been in the market for an accessible 4x4 truck but couldnt fit in most with my power wheelchair. I searched everyday on the Internet for something used for months till I saw Big Blue! Its a 2011 Ford E-250 Rollx lowed floor with Quigley 4x4 conversion kit. I am in Charlotte NC and I wanted to see it bad.. I called MC Mobility to find out how we could arrange for me to see.. Well someone had already put a deposit down! BUMMER!! The nicest person you could ever deal with told me she would call if something happened. About 3 days later that wonderful person from MC Mobility, Karla Kowalski called to tell me Big Blue was available.. This was on a Wednesday and we couldnt make the 9 hour trip till the weekend. Karla arranged to hold the vehicle till we got there to check out the following Monday. We meet Karla early Monday morning and we fell in love with Big Blue and everyone at MC Mobility! We decided that afternoon Big Blues new home was gonna be in North Carolina.. Knowing we had a long trip ahead of us, Steve went thru everything to insure we had a safe trip back home. We felt like family by end of the day.. Everyone exchanging contact info & getting hugs before we ventured back home.Thanks Karla with a K for all your help.. we couldnt be happier with our purchase!

MC Mobility Systems deserves 5 stars and more if there were more. I purchased my 2nd brand new Entervan from McMobility Systems. Gordon introduced me to McMobility 15 years ago at a convention. I am so glad he did. The Braunability minivan lasted for more than 14 years. I t was time for a new van. I called Gordon again. Because I live almost 2 hours away, he gave me many options of different minivans with the pros and cons for me. I settled on a Toyota Sienna LE. I am so glad I did. I am approached many times when people see me and want to know where I got this incredible van. I have recommended McMobility to many people. In fact, my brother purchased an Entervan from Gordon shortly after Gordon and McMobilitys wonderful staff dropped off my new Van to my house almost 2 hours away! McMobility is dedicated and stands up to the wonderful reputation they have earned. Moreover, Kelly and Steve are incredible and know exactly how to service and maintain the vehicles we depend on. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!
