This is next door business.Arrived with already approved by auto-insurance repair quote for $3428.99 (before tax) repair cost, that could be done at dealership.Because of COVID-19 virus this office do not let come inside - customers have to stay outside waiting for someone comes out.There were four males + 1 female visible inside the office thru the panoramic window: two men in relax watched something on cell phone screens, two other were doing something else.Within 26 minutes I was told 3 times Someone will come to meet in few moments.I was waiting - and - waiting - and - waiting - .... for 26 minutes. They simply ignored me.Worst place to come.I drove away to dealership.Never ever come back and not recommend this business for its awful service.Worst place.

I cant say enough about Scott K. and the staff at Mayfield Collision Center of Bedford Heights. Ultimately, my car was deemed a total loss by my insurance company, but Scott and the technicians diligently worked, over a weeks time, to determine whether or not my car could be repaired. They were extremely accommodating and understanding; walking me through photos, as well as personally showing me the damage to my cars frame. The customer service is top notch!

This place is phenomenal. I research every collision center in the Cleveland area and traveled to numerous ones in search of a place that would adequately repair my mothers vehicle. Scott Kimmel and the front desk staff at Mayfield Collision center gave me good vibes from the first meeting and they did not disappoint. They did a headlamp and dent repair without having to paint anything, thereby avoiding a repair bill in the $2000 range. The car looks pristine, and even my mother was impressed, which is not an easy task to do.

I am a customer of Mayfield collision for years and find them to be top of the line and more. They go beyond the call of duty and I mean not only in words but in deeds- even when it hits their pocketbook. Their work is impeccable -they dot the is and cross the ts. When their was a misunderstanding about some coverage of insurance or lack if it they went out of the way to rectify it. I cant say enough about how o respect this compsny. Kudos.

They replaced the bumper on my volkswagen as requested but I was thoroughly disappointed when my car came back with 2 new dents. Not only that they went against my request of sending it to the manufacturer dealership (Volkswagen) and instead sent it to Dodge. How you get dodge out of Volkswagen is beyond me! Im disappointed in their attention to lack of detail. I only came here because someone else talked so highly of them and their excellent work...

Mayfield Collision will go above and beyond for service! I have take my vehicles there for repair from something as minor to parking bump to a full collision with structure damage. Knowing that they can fix an all aluminum vehicle to your every day grocery getter! Paula will go out of her way to make sure that you are satisfied from coordinating the rental to fully discussing the repair process and working with insurance. Mike the manager is always there to help out and answer any questions.I have taken my vehicles to Mayfield Collision for years and i have referred many people for repairs. I would consider this to be one of the absolute best body shops in Northeast Ohio and perhaps one of the best in the country!

I need to give a shoutout to this business. I stopped by to ask a question about a broken clip. Not only did they tighten the remaining clip, they removed duct tape and polished off the goo. The gent also educated me on how to handle it if the panel got loose. I asked how much I owed them, and they said it was free. I especially appreciated how they treated me with respect and appreciated the knowledge I had about my car walking in the door. I am now their customer for life.

Have had 2 separate experiences with this business over the last 5 years and the best advise I can say is dont ever take a vehicle here you actually care about. They stand behind their work but its shotty and incomplete

I have a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and had front end and rear end collision damage. I took my VW to Mayfield collision in Bedford where my car was sent out to Volkswagen classic in Mentor for engine repairs. My air conditioner doesnt work and Scott Rooney from Mayfield collision is trying to tell me Im having problems with my AC unit due to high mileage on my car not because of accidents. Then Scott said I should take my Tiguan to any VW service department and have them look at the AC unit so I took my Volkswagen to a different VW service department and they said I have a cracked ac line, so what does a cracked line have to do with mileage. I also had to take my car back to Mayfield collision to have overspray removed twice and the over spray is still on my panoramic window and the odometer covers and various other places.

The service here is great and they are a USAA repair center. You can bring your car in by appointment or walk in.

After taking in my vehicle twice to get it fixed right. Theres still fisheyes and dirt in paint job. Overspray done by them and blamed on others...wasnt removed completely. Paint drip on door. Paint job wasnt complete...Rockers are not touched with new paint at all. Body work isnt smooth. Grit paper scrapes on bondo noticible over paint and bondo not painted at all. Manager made more excuses for horrible work. Very disappointed
