We have come to ARH Beckley HomeCare for all our medical equipment over the years, two generations. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. BJ is always wonderful to help us with our needs, she goes above and beyond in getting our medical supplies and answering/resolving any issues we may have.

Lied to me for 3 months about submitting to my insurance for cpap machine telling me they were working on it everytime I called. I finally called my insurance company and nothing had ever been submitted by them!! Different store in Beckley had it taken care of in a matter of days. Very very rude woman working there
