Lacy in Sales made the experience extremely easy. They even stored for several months until we could get concrete pad poured.Install took longer than I expected- but that’s a good thing. It wasn’t a drop and go, he took the time to explain things and make sure all was working properly.Lacy has also been great in helping with the chemicals-what, how much, etc. highly recommend!

WOW!!!!! Please take time to read!I can always remember when going to my grandmothers house she would ask can I get you something to eat? What would you like to drink ? She never let us leave her house without making sure that our needs were taken care of .Upon arriving at ideals pool and spa location . I walked to the door and saw that they closed at 5oclock it was now 5:30. I was so disappointed as we had a Fourth of July celebration planned for sun . Our pool was in desperate need of some help and I was saddened by the fact I was too late. The door to the store opened as I was walking back to the car and it was the owner who asked how can we help you. I was like I’m too late. He said nah. If we can help you we are going to. Wow!! I took my pool water in and they tested it. They also asked me if I needed anything else. I talked with them and they helped me pick out a sand filter, along with hoses and parts that I needed to properly maintain our pool . I was so excited as our pool had gotten dirty and now we will be able to use it during our get together .I miss going to my grandmothers house . The hospitality she showed in always making sure that our needs were met and we could leave satisfied with a full tummy. I am saying this to say that when you go to ideal distributing. They may not feed your belly but like grandmas house you will leave happy and satisfied. Buying anything during a pandemic is difficult, but they made the process reassuring by keeping us updated and always answering our questions. Lacy took care of us before, during and after, amazing service even after the sell. Delivery and set up was exceptional, think long and hard before purchasing from the internet or a place that isn’t local. So I ordered a pool last year, 30ft the big one. Due to changes in our status and health I had to cancel. It broke my heart, I wanted that beautiful pool so bad. Anyway there is a restocking fee I didn’t know about, and with a pool this large it was substantial. But working with the wonderful staff they waved the fee for me. Everyone was so nice and kind. We’ve wanted to purchase a spa for several years. In September we finally took the “plunge”. As most people we price shopped and even considered purchasing from Wayfair. I’m so grateful we went with Ideal for our Hot Springs. They were with us from start to finish helping us make decisions, preparing for the arrival, installation and now after the sell. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!!! Best decision We’ve ever made!! Only one regret.... should have done it sooner. Took water sample in to be checked was told I needed pH increased. Followed directions I was given. My pool ended up cloudy. Took another water sample in after 4 days I was told my phone was to high. So I had to buy a ph decreaser. They should have at least gave me a discount since they told me to add the pH in the first place.

We had a smooth process working with Lacy. We ordered both a hot tub and pool at the same time. Lacy kept in touch with me and kept me updated on our order. Due to the pandemic we are still waiting for our pool. We did some research and found that Ideal Pool and Spas was very competitive in pricing, but the customer service is what sealed the deal.

Just received my pool that I had ordered online with the help of Brian, I was told that it would be arriving in 3 to 4 weeks to my house in PA.. it was right on time and everything was put on 1 skid and delivered right to my door.. We recently bought a 7 person hot tub at Ideal and absolutely love it. We were fortunate enough to get the last one in stock at that time due to the supply problem caused by the pandemic and it was perfect for our needs. I dealt with Lacy over the phone and in the store and couldn’t have been more pleased. He is very knowledgeable about his products and responsive in a timely manner. The delivery and the installation were flawless. The guys that installed the tub were awesome. We have owned this tub about 6 weeks now and have used it every day. We bought a 6 person hot tub this winter and we have used it pretty much every day and it’s been amazing. The guys at Ideal are always very helpful every time we stop in with a water sample to make sure we’re doing our chemicals right. Definitely recommend, but don’t wait to get one because they are the hot item since covid!

Ordered pool in May. Sales representative told my husband that pool was in stock at time of order. Due to be installed ‘mid June’ never received any updates from company whatsoever. Called several times at the end of June only to be told no pool due to rain delays. July still no pool nor any updates from company. Called several times, finally get call back and told pool delivery delayed because of Covid-19 but scheduled to be on end of July shipment. Called again today without call back, still no update on shipment of paid in full pool that was supposedly on the showroom floor when we ordered in May. Poor communication and costumer service, would not recommend.Reply -Interestingly enough, this is the fastest I’ve received communication from your company. You apparently respond to poor reviews within an hour however I have to call multiple times before ever getting anyone to call me back with information. I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic however that doesn’t mean I should have to call you every month to see what’s happening with our product, your company should be reaching out to us - that would be good consumer service. Additionally, this is the first time someone has discussed a refund on our product...no one mentioned a refund on any phone call so that would be yet another miscommunication. I would hope as a locally owned small business you would strive to excel in costumer service particularly during a pandemic as you know supply chains are disrupted and keep costumers informed as well as trying to make it right when you do not succeed however this has not been our experience.Update - Owner, Brian Stone, never called us back. Never offered to make the situation right. TERRIBLE costumer service. BUYER BEWARE!

Very poor customer service..purchased a pool in may, have yet (july 22) to receive the pool!!!When I call to ask about it everytime its next week ...NEVER AGAIN will i buy a thing from this place. The workers are so unfriendly an dont wanna give you any information on products. Hardmans in summersville just won all of my business just because the staff was so helpful!....Reply...yes Im sure we purchased from this company! When purchased we was told 2-3weeks max .. June 7th was told should b on next weeks truck Was told on June 15 our pool was 2 weeks out. Was told on July 6 that it will now be shipped on the 29th. I was warned about this company but purchased the pool anyways... I highly suggest everyone checking elsewhere before buying from this company.August 1 2020.. STILL NO POOL!!!August 3 2020.. finally got a call back after leaving 3 voicemails, just for them to tell me that my pool didnt come in an that they now DO NOT KNOW when it will be coming. People dont waste your time or money with this company!!Just checked the status of my pool on the website, looks you refunded the money on the 4th without even calling the customer... ONCE AGAIN THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN!!

I am very disappointed in this place today. We have been going to Ideal for years. We have also sent several people to this store that didnt know it existed and the service we received there today was ridiculous. We have never been treated so rude and unprofessional by a store worker like we was today. Whether he was in a hurry or what I dont know and really does not matter, because customers should always matter and come first and never be treated with such disrespect and rude behavior as we were treated with today. We will look for another place to do our business for now on. Had to give at least one star to make a review but I dont even give todays visit one star. Very disappointed in todays visit!!
