I always have a great experience at this location. Stephen Buskus is a top notch Manager. He is polite, very helpful, and full of knowledge about games and consoles. He always answers my questions and has excellent recommendations when I want to try something new. I only visit this location because of his fantastic customer service. I recommend friends and family to visit this store because of how helpful he is. A+++

Theyre very amazing but their new layout seems like their is alot less in their and everything. But besides the interior and amount of stuff they have I definitely reccomend.

On 5/11 we called for a power block.. The guy said they didnt have any. The website said they had 4 in stock.we went there and they DID in fact have them. Its a shame some employees would rather lie than make their store money.Before anyone ask we ask him specifically for a power block for Xbox 1. Its a shame too bc I took it out on my bf. Dont mess with me an my Xbox.

Great place, very friendly and helpful staff. They forgot to get my sons switch controllers, I took the card up for the set they wanted but when we got home they werent in the bag I checked receipt and they didnt even ring them up.i dont know what happened there.

Everyone there is super friendly and super helpful. I went in to pick up a game and they asked if I needed help with anything and said just ask if I did need help. And they know just about everything with video games and I love it there!

This time the experience was awful. Tried to buy 5 games and all 5 games were out of stock. Girl with the nose ring was rude and didnt seem to like her job. Oh well. Just go to fayetteville gamestop way better store

The employees here are always so helpful. When I was in a rush for Christmas, I was super impressed by the employees ability to pin down a game for my hard-to-buy-for daughter in about 30 seconds. No exaggeration. Its always a good experience shopping here.

Very nice came straight to me when i needed to check out when theres were other people they are good at multi-tasking and showed me how the virtual code worked.

This store was absolutely the worst gamestop experience Ive had so far. Took in some games for trade and an old system. The store employee huffed and puffed and acted like he was about to blow the whole house down. I honestly knew better to go anywhere other than my local store, and this one made me want to not even go back there. I will still use my local store, but I wont return to that location.

Bought a used ps4 from this gamestop. Fan was very loud so I took it apart to clean it. There were dead roaches right when I opened the bottom cover. Took the battery pack out and more roaches. Roaches in the fan. Shouldnt be selling items that are not inspected for these things. Also, missing screw that holds hard drive in place
