Was in the mood for cinnamon goodness this morning and stopped by to pick up a coffee roll. Was welcomed by a wonderful associate and really enjoyed the very hospitable service as well as one of the BEST ways to start my morning off.

OK. The Apple Spice doughnuts and the Chocolate filled. So good. 10 out of 10 would recommend. 🙂

The lady working absolutely did not want to be there. At all. But, because Ive been visiting this location since I was a baby, with my grandfather that has passed away, I see this place through rose-tinted glasses and they can still do no wrong. (Even with not so great customer service and a very limited selection)

Place is absolutely awful. People are rude, they close when ever they feel like it. Will not be going back.

Really nice people, I stopped in for a dozen donuts, she informed me about there special, which ment more dounuts, life doesnt get better than that.

The donuts are good but as far as working there . i wouldn,t . I was did wrong and im sure they dont care to do anyone else that way.

Waited 10 minutes at the counter. For someone to c ok me from the back. After they told me they would be right there. And the donuts arent as good as the other place in town. They werent very fresh at all. And look into the back from the counter. The floor of the kitchen was in poor condition. Not somewhere Ill be returning to no time soon.

We are only in this area every other month. My grandson is autistic and he remembers this place each time we come to Beckley. We live an hour and half away. They did not have any chocolate creme and was not willing to make any more. This is the only kind he will eat. I would had understood if it was close to closing but it wasnt even near closing time.

I tried the donut holes prepackaged. They were good but didnt seem fresh. The line however was literally out the door when I visited on Saturday. The Hersheys hand dipped Icecream seemed to be the item of choice. Ill try that next time.

Donut Connection makes the best donuts of any place around. Pity their restaurant is so far away. Our city of Princeton built a Dunkin Donut shop but were stupid and doesnt do donuts; IS ONLY A COFFEE SHOP. Aggravated our community big time....I recommend donut collection all the way.

Donuts pretty good. Service pretty good to just ok. Is located in an area that looks dangerous due to all the indigent people hanging out near parking lot. Last time I went there late we pointed out to the guy behind the counter there was a big green fly landing and crawling on the donuts; he actually did nothing. When he was getting our donuts for us, he asked if we were done on that side cause I aint playing tennis.

The donuts are good but the guy that waits on you is creepy. He flips your debit card all through his fingers getting germs all over it. He is bug eyed and has a creepy laugh. He just needs to do his job and nothing more.

I think I had really high expectations after reading reviews and didn’t quite live up. The glazed doughnuts had just came out of oven and were good but some of the other ones we tried had been sitting for awhile. The Boston cream didn’t have much cream in it. But over all good doughnuts at a local bakery.

Far superior to Dunkin. Dont @ me.

Love coming here. Staff always friendly and good for a chat. Doughnuts are made fresh right in the store. Counter service where you can sit, have hot cup of coffee, fresh doughnut and read the paper or visit with the regulars.

Love that they make their doughnuts homemade. Very good and fresh every time!! Also have Hersheys ice cream my absolute favorite thing here is their pb shake must try!

This is the best donuts in Beckley. The cashier made donuts for us, on the spot, when she discovered they were out of the donut we wanted. You cant ask for better customer service than that.

Im not a sweet eater and I worked at Krispy Kreme lol so I hate the smell of those..but the Donut 🍩Connection in Beckley, WV are always fresh.Im a pickie eater really over the top with Dates etc..I can bring Donuts home and Ziplock them ok it in Fridge until ur ready and lay it out for few minutes and they are as good as when u got them, almost lol!! It Most Definitely keeps them longer and only ok need I like are White Powder Barvarian Cream filled🍩LoL!! Oh there just as good as Dunkin Donut also..
