Thanks for the help today guys! Got a nice ride in today and wouldn’t of otherwise if it wasn’t for you. Rode some of the trails in Kanawawa SP just south of Charleston. Thanks again!!!

We really had a poor experience with them. We drove nearly 45 minutes on a Saturday to drop off two of our bikes for tune ups. Nobody inside the store bothered to ask why I was standing inside the store with a bike. They just looked at me. We were told they would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday I called they said they would be done that afternoon. My wife called Wednesday and said she was coming to get them and they said they werent done. They said it was now taking up to two weeks. They said they would be finished Thursday. I called Thursday and they said it would be Friday morning before they were done. My wife finally went to pick them up as they seem to be unreliable. The parking here is also very poor. I guess it is the only local place to have bike repairs but I will not return there.

The people were very nice and they have smart suggestions and helped me buy a new bike :)

Great set of guys. Got me what I needed to get back on the trail.
