My windshield was replaced by this location. Thats about as nice as I can be. I admit now that I was 20 minutes late for a 9 am appointment on a Saturday. However, upon arrival we were told that they may be able to work us back into their schedule although they were standing around chatting with nobody else there. He told me that they had already called the 10 am and she was on her way and that he didnt want to be there working on a Saturday for people who were late. He indicated that he wanted to go home as soon as possible. They never called me to see if I was still on my way. They waited until we returned to the shop at 12:30 (again nobody waiting in the store) to even begin work that only took them 35 minutes to complete. I had my truck returned at 1:45 for a 9 am appointment. He was informed that I had a second showing for my new home at 11:00 am and an appointment for new tires at 2, yet he dragged his feet and purposely threw the entire day off schedule over 20 minutes late for a windshield appointment. No business at Safelite ever again. Ive used them religiously for over 15 years. So sad this location is so mismanaged and petty.

Terrible customer service. Very high priced and I left. Got it done better quality and 125 cheaper elsewhere. They charge you a disposal fee to get rid of the old windshield and then they get paid again by the person they dispose it with. Rip off kings.

I own two Audis which have a small chip in the windshield of each. Wife scheduled appointment which I received text confirmation and telephone call. Once my wife and I arrived, we were told there is a 10% chance their machine could shatter the windshield, which would be considered our fault? Replacement costs on just one of the vehicles was around $900?? Im 45 and have had several windshield chips repaired but never recall feeling nervous about the service of a glass repair shop fixing a chip. Receptionist was busy on the phone and seemed overworked.Update: called Mountaineer Auto Glass- WOW.. HUGE difference in price, quality and customer service!!!

Had a windshield installed in my truck a few weeks ago. Made 1 trip and then truck sat for 1-1/2 weeks. Went out to drive and windshield was cracked again. Not covered they said, was hit with something. Gave a $15 discount on another windshield. Woohoo!!!!!! What a great deal. Never by this garbage again. EVER

The inside staff was very friendly and helpful even tho I missed my appointment by a hour when I came in to schedule a new one Ashley had them fix it right then only took about a hour to complete a full windshield replacement they even let me bring my dog inside to wait with me! The guy that fixed it even vaccumed and cleaned the entire inside of my car he did a great job on the replacement!

I have a small crack in my windshield.The gentleman man who was repairing the windshield wasvery reasonable and had patience. He also cleaned all my windows inside and out while he was waiting for the machine to do its thing in the windshield. Now that was over my expectations. Very satisfied.

We called to get a windshield replaced, they were nothing but difficult when I called. But I gave them a chance, someone came and was rude to my employees, my customers at my business and me as well. I told him I no longer wanted to do business.

They used to do good work, reasonable prices, friendly but they have gotten too big for their pants per say and the windshield could had been placed better leaks a tiny bit, when I tried to get my drivers window fixed they wanted more money than the other 2 or 3 windshields that I had them fix SMH 😑

I purposely made my appointment as late as it allowed me, 3:30 because I would be driving in from Charleston at the end of the day. I got a call for confirmation shortly after I made it, and Ashley said I could come in at 4. Great! But, the day of, Friday, I get a call from a tech trying to get me to come in earlier. I said no, I purposely did this because I knew I couldnt. He said, Oh, I was seeing if I could get off earlier. So, I asked if it would be better for me to drop off the next morning and pick up the same afternoon. So, I asked what time do you close on Saturday? He said 5. So, he said hed call me back. I get a call later from another tech and he doesnt know whats going on, but tries to get me to come earlier on Friday, too. I explain things to him and he says just come on in at 4, acting very disappointed. So, I call back a little later, Ashley picks up, and I tell her I will just drop off in the morning to make it easier on everyone. She said that I cant pick up before 5 because they only stay open until 5 if they have appointments, and they dont have any appointments. So I said okay, Ill just come in the morning and wait on it. So, we scheduled at 9. We hang up. She calls me back a few minutes later to say that they are down two techs tomorrow, so I cant come in at 9, but they can come to my house at 8ish. I said okay. The next morning, I get a call from the tech, he was polite and I informed him its street parking. He said that was fine. My husband goes out there to move cars and the guy has kind of an attitude before my husband even gets a chance to do it, about how he doesnt have room. So, after my husband moves cars out of his way, he parallel parks nose first (??) and makes the remark that he guesses thats enough room. There was about 15 feet between his van and the nose of my husbands truck. We let him work on his own and when he was done, he knocks on the door and says, I need to collect the $100 deductible. My husband says well, Im gonna check it first. He left the lip on the upper drivers side kind of poking out (really just an aesthetic thing.) He also made a remark that whoever did the windshield last time did a bad job but, yet it was their location that did it!I have never run into a chain that didnt accomodate customers schedule that are within normal business hours. I kind of get it that if I were your only appointment between 10 and 5, but at the same time, youre getting paid because of my window. I thought it was very unprofessional to call a customer to try to get off early.
