Great people to deal with

I was more than not happy with my experience here I was recently in a wreck in this state and was forced to come here seeing how it was my only option near the wreck. I express the concern multiple times about how the tire was damaged I called down more than once even bring it to their attention when I was told the car was ready to pick up I asked if all three tires was fixed. I was told yes I express the concerned that I was driving 5 hours back to the state to pick up my car I needed to make sure everything was fixed properly upon driving to the shop I was told to look over my car once looking over my car I seen that the tire was not even replace i was told to find a tire shop when i get home and my insurance would pay to have it fixed after these people was already paid to fix it but never did besides the fact that my two rain guards that was taken off and put back on were falling off by the time I got home I had to then take my car to a second Collision Center to have my car fixed due to the fact that it was not fix entirely here at this shop thankfully I have amazing insurance and they are taking care of me and making sure my car is fixed and also thank God I dont live in Beckley West Virginia the attention to detail here is zero out of all the collision shops Ive been to Ive never gotten my car back the way I did from here. Ive never been to a collision center that gives you your car back not entirely detailed this is the first time Ive ever gotten the car back that was not cleaned properly I mean the rims were dirty the tires were dirty every other Collision Center Ive ever been to Wood detail the car inside and out wipe down the rims Armor All the tires everything this place just fixs your car and hands it back to you. Thank God for the Ganley Ford Collision Center because theyre inspecting my car Tuesday to make sure everything was fixed on that piece of paper I mean if you can Overlook a tire with chunks missing out of it God Knows what else do you might have missed or not fixed. Its just sad when you express and bring to someones attention multiple times and then you drive all that way to the shop and you go and look at exactly what youve been talking about and its not even fixed and you know you said something about it multiple times thats just sad attention to detail here is zero. I am extremely unhappy with the work that was done on my car nothing you can say or do can fix that. I just pray next person that comes along you guys actually check everything open your eyes and pay attention this time God forbid somebody else has to deal with what im dealing with. 5 hour drive each way $80 out of my pocket total of 15 hours in a car just to get down there and its not fixed. Now I got to wait 7 days to go back to a body shop get another rental car for two days just to finally get my car fixed like I said before thank God I have amazing car insurance.

Brought vehicle to be fixed. They kept for a long time and ended up putting dents that wasnt there before and wont admit to it. Very upset by this! Will never use them again.
