I ordered a fire rated EZM unit and they sent a non-fire rated unit. They made me pay shipping back to them and then charged me shipping to send the one I ordered in the first place. Will be doing all my buying through Arlenco and ADI now! I had been loyal to Anixter/Tri-ed for 29 years now but no more. Do not give them your business.
