Been coming to this place for the last 6 months or so because its the closest shop to the apartments I moved into.Never had a bad experience here. The workers are always really friendly and any time Ive had an issue with an item (usually my fault tbh) theyre always helpful in resolving the issue.They have really good prices too. I dont think Ive ever been to a smoke shop with good quartz nails that are this cheap... They got good deals on good kratom, and E juice as well. Recommend coming here for most smoking needs.
A little confused by all the good reviews. Got there a little after they opened to see 4 other people waiting outside. The store was closed, and apparently its normal for the guy to just not show up?? We sat outside for at least half an hour before I left for another shop. The Glassworks shop down the street from here is much better.
Open on Christmas and they had such amazing customer service and nice employees!! They were safe and wore masks! I definitely recommend this place!!
Awesome people, great prices. Super respectful and welcoming vibe. Answered all my questions I had since I’m from out of town. They’re doing 2 people at a time in the shop for Covid-19 measures and I didn’t have to wait long at all to get in. Worth the experience if you’re looking for a good place with a huge variety.

I called them letting them know I was on my way for hookah like cartridges. I pulled up they were already closing the gates to the shop 5 minutes then they were supposed to with their own party favors in their mouth already and all I got was a wave. It was frustrating because I did drive far to beat the closing time and I did and I still wasnt able to get my product. and also because Im still learning about some stuff they made fun of me over the phone.
Up until today this was my go to store for my vapes. Come in several times a week and have spent a lot of money. I bought a defective puff bar there. Wasnt able to return it right away .trued to return it and was told I was too late and I couldnt get an exchange.Wont be coming back. Feel cheatedConsidering I spend between 20 and 40$ there weekly for over ayear. And they wont except the fact they sold me a bogus product.
Best smoke shop around! They always have their Puff Bars in stock & a huge selection. The owner is really kind and the overall customer service is wonderful. This isn’t the closest smoke shop to me but it is always worth the drive!

This is best store of its kind in Oregon. They have the best prices with superior products. Their wide selection ranges from glassware, tobacco products, Kratom, cigarettes, CBD products, among many others.The reason that keeps me coming back is the staff. They are like a big family and it shows. They are always very knowledgeable and happy to assist. The owner is fantastic! It’s always great striking up a conversation with him and his team when I go in.I highly encourage anyone to visit this store. I’m sure they will have something you are looking for.

I have been going to this shop since they opened. I have almost strayed away a few times to find other shops. Then they hired Michael and it was a breath of fresh air. He has the knowledge and customer service skills that make a great leader. There have been a few people that have been let go and a few that still work there that shouldn’t be. If you are able to make it in when Michael is there though get ready for some killer service. Hopefully he is a manager because he is the best they got. Makes me want to come back every time. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff, but they seem to not care and never can answer any of my questions. Hire more people like Michael and you will see the customers coming back with their friends. If he wasn’t there my rating would be a 3. Keep this guy around. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt it was necessary with how killer his customer service was.

This is my current go-to vape shop. They always have what I need and their prices are reasonable. Theyve got a great old-school headshop vibe that I, a Gen X refugee from the 90s, particularly appreciate.

This was my first visit to any smoke shop (switching from ciggrates to vaping), when i went there people were outside waiting(due to covid social distancing) so i was a little hesitant to go inside and ask about vaping from point zero as he had customers waiting outside waiting for their turn (also I am new to USA and english is not my native language hehe), but to my surprise the guy warmly welcomed me and explained a little about vaping and showed me multiple devices and how it works etc etc, never felt for a second that he is in a rush ( as people were waiting outside) and explained everything and helped me decide about the device and juice etc. Very good and comfortable experience. Dont know much about the products as I am new so later will write another review after i get used to this vaping thing and learn more about it and explore the shop more in future . Keep it up guys

Great customer service and prices! Their inventory isnt huge but the prices are definitely competitive. Plus, they were open before anyone else was.I went in with a prehistoric vape, cuz I had quit months ago and it was a recent hand-me-down, and after it was decided that the coil Id need wasnt in stock the cashier offered to sell me a brand new vape for just $20! The sticker price said $60, and it was totally worth more than $20. I didnt buy it unfortunately, but it was a nice gesture for a first time customer.Ill definitely be coming back if I end up getting hooked after this bottle of E-juice.

I was waiting in line for 20 minutes while the cashier ignored my presence and continued to talk to her friend. Then when the friend left she was impatient with me and had no knowledge on kratom when I asked about it. Super unprofessional.. Im giving 2 stars because the kratom was decent quality

Small, clean shop with a decent variety of things. Average to fair pricing all around compared to other smoke shops, no loyalty discounts like some stores offer. Three easy parking spots out front with extra room in the back, not wheelchair friendly (no ramp, theres a curb). Also on bus route with convenient east-end Beaverton location. Main clerk that works there most of the time is nice although sometimes seems grumpy, the store owner is very friendly. Decent shop.

Id have to say that this is the cleanest, brightest and most organized smoke shop Ive ever been to. Other shops Ive been to are dark and seem just a bit on the seedy side. I went in for the first time today, the young lady there was wonderful and really friendly and helpful even at opening time. She was very knowledgeable too. This is a place that I will be going to in the future and recommend to anyone. There prices are also really amazing!

Went in after noticing it a few days ago just to check it out and it was a nice little store with a large selection of items. the chick running the store Bee (b?) lol was very nice and super chill and friendly. new what she was talking about. Spent $120 on vape gear. They would not replace a 5 dollar cartridge that came with it, even though they agreed it was broken. Suggested I call SMOK in China. Poor business not to stand behind your products and loyal customers

Literally the best prices for any product Ive compared to in Oregon. Vape juices are 25 and under, whereas Henrys, 30 ml bottles range around 30 bucks. Bio glass and other smoking devices are available, and theyve got everything here that I would need to enjoy my night :) the owner has been really making improvements every time I walk in, theres more and more he puts into his shop. Proud of the guy!

I moved into the neighborhood couple of years go. I never notice this place until the other day. I was missing out! Not only are the staff friendly and they know how to make you smile also know there stock very well. They have this massive wall of Bongs to choose from! I went in for smokes and walked out with awesome new glass piece for my collection.
Terrible customer service: I bought a pre-heating pen and it didn’t work so I brought it back in 2 days with the original packaging for an exchange and they rejected for their own defect product and it felt like a scam. The sales person claimed they had a no return no exchange policy. I said this is not a consumable product but a battery pen and she said it applied to all products. Never saw any stores like this, speechless!!
My brother told me about this place so we stop by there and we bought a silicon water pipe for $39 . the next door store they selling the same one for $49 .. the owner give us a free lighter and two bottles of water water because it was super hot very nice people to do business with
