I like boostmobile just wish they were open earlier and had better customer service

The service was great but the location was super creepy.

Was calling to ask about pricing because I was considering switching carriers, and in the middle of my sentence the guy who answered the phone tells me he will call me back and hangs up right in my face. Great customer service lol. Definitely will not be switching over now.

Fantastic, I explained that I needed mobile hotspot and my current provider could not provide this with out jumping through lots of hoops. John explained what he could do for me and the price. I switched to boost they had what I needed

Girl inside was extremely helpful, straightforward, and honest. Service in Oregon has been really good for me. Overall Ive been very pleased with their service when I use then.

New phone, wouldnt accept SIM card. A ton of trouble, but Isabella was awesome. She never got upset, even when she had to talk to the Boost people online several times until we got it working.

The building was sort of right down but the guy who worked there was really nice and helpful.

Loved the friendly employees and fast service. 1st time ever getting in and out of a cell phone store after a purchase.

You get what you pay for. Worst service Ive ever had. Didnt recieve half of my text messages. All around terrible. Im switching after only a month.. would not recommend this service to anyone.

Boost Mobile is the worst phone company I have ever had they are rude disrespectful and not helpful at all I cant tell u how many times they have hung up on me for absolutely no reason I have had nothing but problems with my phone since I switched to this company never will I ever come back here or deal with boost Mobile again the only reason I gave them a star was because it would not let me leave a comment

It’s 5 pm I came in and said it was closed, on the site it’s said it closed at 7pm sucks
