Our Forester was hit from behind by a distracted, uninsured driver from another state. The criteria for repair was three-fold. We wanted to be sure the car was repaired with genuine manufacturer parts; meet the manufacturers highest standards for repairs (yes, they exist); and repaired at a AAA Approved repair facility. The Forester receives regular maintenance at Carr Subaru, so the decision for repair work was almost a foregone conclusion. We are extremely satisfied with the results. My only criticism would be: Please give regular status updates regarding the repair cycle to the vehicles owner. Phone, e-mail, or text messages should be a low impact solution to keeping the owner in the loop, relative to expected finish date/time.

Edgar, great customer service rep...however still waiting for my car🤔...41 days and car is still not ready. Been working with Edgar, a very informative associate. Auto body damage repair can be anywhere from a week on up at this business. Depending on extent of damage, insurance company response time...availability of parts etc. Im being very patient, however its costing $$$ for the extended car rental😏.Went in Friday to pick up my car (was supposed to be ready Wednesday, then Friday) however according to body shop, the car wont start now????? Not sure how many more weeks this is going to take to resolve. Theyre having my car towed to Carr Nissan mechanic on Tuesday, delay due to weekend holiday...another 4 days ugh!!!My 2016 vehicle had no prior issues, on the day Im supposed to pick it up, it suddenly has transmission problems now -4 transmission codes came up (while in their custody for 5 weeks. Any light on this matter? Update soon...UPDATED:Recommend this dealership, EVERYTHING RESOLVED, Chris the manager did right by me!!! Thank you 😁😁😁Was also, given loaner car. Next new car, going to CARR NISSAN. Also, the body came out good.

Someone backed into my vehicle and I wanted to take it to a Dealers body shop. I was fine with having to wait 5 weeks for a bumper. Once it came in, I drove down from Bellingham to drop the car off on a Monday, and we were told it would be ready on Friday. I drove the rental car the next weekend to pick up my car and it wasnt ready (I called the day before I went in to pick it up). I understand the possibility of the snow and ice causing delays.What I cant understand is why my car now smells like cigarette smoke when Ive never smoked in my life. Or why my battery was dead when I went to pick up the car. I had to wait for them to jump it, which was pretty awkward for them.The power steering also feels much more difficult, but I have no idea about that.Im glad my bumper looks great, though. But I would not come here again for bodywork. Or recommend that anyone else does.

I DO NOT recommend this place. The staff doesnt return phone calls, and its hard to get anyone over the phone. Someone else mentioned Edgar and I agree that he was very polite and helpful. I was able to talk to him in person the first time I contacted this place.However, my insurance company called them four different times with no luck. I tried multiple times, too, and after four days, I was finally able to get a hold of someone named Mike.When I told him that we had attempted to get ahold of them and no one returned our calls, he became condescending and sarcastic. He also didnt believe what I was telling him, but it seems others had the same problem.I would never trust my car with someone who is that rude and unprofessional towards their customers. Read the reviews. I took my business elsewhere.

Theyve had my Subaru for a month and a half now. Cant get any updates. No one returns calls.Update: I got my Subaru back from them 6 months after bringing it to them. SIX MONTHS. In between this time I had a lot of difficulty getting phone calls returned, was told repeatedly that it would be another week, but obviously turned into months. In February I finally made them give me a free rental, I got my car back about a month later. I was then told they were under completely new management and almost all staff was new and they were much more helpful and responsive when I had to take my car back... twice. So I’m giving one more star for improved service. Can’t comment on whether I would have the same experience again.

For a simple bumper cap replacement, I was told 1 or 2 days.When I brought the car for a Monday morning appointment, I was told 2 or 3 days.It actually took 10 days for a simple bumper paint job.Because this took 10 days, the shop made it as right as it could have been. They did screw up the first paint, but Chevy had changed paint codes. Since they made it right, I give them 2 stars

I took my crosstreck due to rework paint for 3rd time and they still not fixing it well.now they are saying my car looks worst form the hood only because they cant do the rework done or just re-paint it.please if you read this review. do not take your car here .they make you feel like they will take car of you but they dont care how they finish the paint, they damage part of my car while they painted .Mike Hepner is the body shop manager but still not doing his work and taking care the customers the way should be.Buck Wesley if you reading this please contact me I want my car to be re-paint .

My 00 Miata got rear ended and required a new trunk. I worked with Ryan and Buck and it was repaired in about 48 hours and no indication there was ever an incident.

Went in for a pretty easy fix, replace the bumper, grill, and airbag......Took Forever, with all parts available locally. They had my vehicle for 32 days. Also, very poor communication.... no updates, I had to call repeatedly to be told, just a couple more days, over and over and over.

The worst!! Buck had my car for over a month. He said initially it would be 2 weeks. Now, I am sitting waiting for AAA because he failed to tell me that my key fob would not work with the new door he put on. Working with them was a total disaster! He also did work that I did not approve! This place SUCKS. Oh and it’s 95 degrees outside as I sit here and wait for AAA with my son.
