We just met with DawnRachele and she was amazing. She made an incredibly overwhelming process easy and even enjoyable. She had expertise in helping us pick out what we wanted for a kitchen and two bathroom remodel. We were able to select flooring, tiles and countertops for all of our rooms!

CFM was recommended by several flooring installers we received quotes from. They were just okay though. The selection was pretty limited. There wasn’t much variety. I don’t even remember the name of the initial rep that was supposed to help us because she was so uninvolved. However, Michaela, who I later asked to be our rep, was so so helpful and really the only reason we kept shopping there. She ordered us so many samples that were not in stock and really helped us refine what we wanted. However, after getting some quotes on the same items, I found that the pricing at CFM was considerably higher than local competitors. We still haven’t made our final selection, but I will get a final price comparison from Michaela then because she was so wonderful.

Back in September, Nik at CFM helped me out when the Bruce hardwood flooring I had selected for my home remodel was unavailable. I had just a couple of days to pick out something else for my contractor to order. I had a lot of limitations, including product preference, color matching to existing finishes, lead time requirements, etc. Although I was heavily biased towards solid hardwood, Nik convinced me to consider engineered hardwood options.After close to 2 hours in the CFM showroom, with Nik patiently researching options and colors, stock levels and lead times, I selected Hevea African Plains 5” - Great Rift.I have attached a couple of shots of the finished job. I have to tell you, I am in love with this floor - as is everyone who sees it. I very much appreciate the time Nik and Nicole took to help me out. Great selection and great service!

Recently, we remodeled our house using Cali Napa (gray) Fossilized Bamboo Engineered Hardwood 5.625 wide planks. I had it installed professionally by a local contractor PDX Flooring & Remodeling. Cali Bamboo is a beautiful hardwood flooring material with all the accessories needed to complete the project. My salesperson Anna Zdir was instrumental and helpful in picking our flooring and the tile around the fireplace. She was quick to respond to my emails and provided quotes promptly. Refusing to hire a designer I plunged into my gigantic main floor remodel with confidence. The staff here is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff when it comes to picking out tile. Whats more, they REALLY know their inventory. That is saying a lot because there are literally thousands (maybe tens of thousands) of options from which to choose. Maria saw the tile we were considering and knew exactly where to find an accent tile that went with it beautifully (which, as it turned out was in another area of the store where we hadnt even looked). However, while they offer excellent customer service, youll pay for it. Regardless of what you might be told, their prices are not anywhere near the lowest youll find. Had we bought from the vendors on-line store, we would have easily saved 30%-40% over what we paid at CFM. Since CFM had given us such incredible assistance in selecting the tile, we went ahead and purchased from them as well but, if the lowest price is what youre looking for, you wont find it here. How much value you place on customer service, knowledge and helpfulness is an individual choice. For us, it was worth it.

AMAZING SERVICE and DESIGN/MATERIAL CONSULTATION by Maria Zaccaro.We remodeled our kitchen recently and we were referred to CFM in Beaverton by our kitchen design company, Premier Kitchens and Cabinets (who we also highly recommend).At CFM, we got amazing consultation by Maria Zaccaro for our kitchen backsplash tile and materials (with total consideration for the end result).We’ve gotten great compliments about our kitchen (by Premier Kitchens and Cabinets) which got the finishing touch master-piece back splash recommended by Maria.Based on our experience, we recently decided to take on some new projects and thought of CFM as the go-to place.We were pleasantly surprised to find that CFM is open and operating during the COVID-19 pandemic.The project this time was for bathroom tile and carpet/flooring (to tie in with an existing older carpet that we are not quite ready to incur the cost to replace).Maria welcomed us in to the showroom and remembered us from the kitchen project. She was able to quickly learn about our needs for the bathroom tile and flooring this time, and in very short order, she made the impossible possible. She made recommendations on the right carpeting for our situation (at an economical price for our situation), and most importantly, for the most difficult tile selection ever. Maria was able to consult and advise on a solution for the tile (which ended the stand-off between me and my spouse). Not and easy feat! Thank you Maria!!Note: CFM is very intentionally using safe distancing practices and even provides gloves and hand sanitizer at the entrance. Our consultant also used a mask and was very considerate to interact in a completely safe manner.

The showroom at this Beaverton location is neat, well organized and packed with plenty of options from which to choose. Nicole was very helpful and when one of my choices was discontinued she took the time to locate another option which was similar and ordered a sample of that for me to look at. I appreciate the emails telling me when my samples are available for pickup and their attention to detail.

We really couldnt have had a better experience with CFM. Working with CFM has not always been without situations that were challenging, but one must realize that life is riddled with these obstacles. I dont believe obstacles are problems but a time to come through and show others what youre made of. Thats what my experience has been with Terese and Michelle whom I work with at this store. Having said that, I realize a strong support staff is key to a teams success and I would be remiss if I didnt thank all the faces and voices I dont come into contact that make our purchases become a reality through hard work and organization, so thank you to you, as well.

Maria Zaccaro was extremely helpful in selecting tile and quartz for remodeling projects in our kitchen and bath. Shes a skilled designer and has wonderful ideas, but she was also very good at figuring out what we wanted and were comfortable with, even when we couldnt necessarily articulate it. She was very patient, even when we had second thoughts, and we really appreciated that because were very satisfied with the end result. Our contractor participated in our meetings, but we didnt realize that CFMs design services are available to customers even if a contractor isnt involved. They might consider making this fact more evident when people come into the store. We would definitely use her services again and recommend her highly!

Maria Zaccaro did an amazing job at finding us the best SVT flooring available. We also needed it within a few days because the project was moving fast, and although she could not make any promises on getting it sooner, she said that she would contact me as soon as the flooring arrived at the office. She indeed called me within a few days with the information of when to pick up the flooring. I was so impressed with Maria’s assistance that I will definitely purchase more from her in the future!!
