I went to install 4 new tires 4 months ago.and they installed a 1 tire different size. when I went to tell them to please change it, the manager Aaron was very unprofessional I never received an apology and still complained that I had to wait 4 months for go get them changed I told him please can you fix it for me and he said fix what that even his eyes turned up as if he were going to ask him a favor

August 20th 2021-I really love this Les Schwab. Les Schwab is amazing. Vehicle battery died. Dealer and local mechanic two weeks out. Les Schwab sent someone immediately out to give jump so I could drive it in. Took less than 30 minutes for new battery to be installed. I hate to think my vehicle could be sitting at the dealer for two more weeks, and me with no transportation. Note also that the employees were incredibly nice and helpful. I love Les Schwab!

My tires were going bald, so I knew I was going to have to replace them. I usually buy used tires because Im poor. *chuckles* Then i got a flat and I couldnt find my spare so I called AAA to help. Turns out that my spare is attached to the bottom of my vehicle in the middle of the of the undercarriage by a cable. I have no idea who thought that was a good idea.Anyway, I decided that I would spend the extra $100 to get new tires stead of used so I went to the place I trust. Les Schwab.The customer service was excellent as always, and the lady I was working with helped me get a good deal. At this point in my journey I would have given them 5 stars.Then as I was getting ready to leave I saw that they had just chunked my spare into my trunk area, in the middle of my previous purchases of birthday stuff for my daughter.When I went back to ask them to put it where it belonged, which I didnt think I should have had to do, it took two men to put it back.My point is, dont just chunk the spare on top of peoples stuff, dude. Put it were it goes. If you dont know where it goes, ask.

Les Schwab always has incredible customer service. I have bought tires there multiple times now and am always pleasantly surprised. To get a full set of new tires put on my car took them less than an hour despite being fairly busy. I was told before they installed them that I should get an alignment done as well for an additional fee which I opted to do. However, once the tires were installed they said that it didnt end up needing the alignment and therefore didnt charge me for it. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Everyone there is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I love visiting them.

I went there for a wheel alignment and when I picked up my car, the battery was dead. I don’t know what they did but I never had a problem with my battery before bringing my car in for the wheel alignment and I had to end up changing my car battery. Of course, they offered to sell me one but I didn’t accept. I won’t be back again.

Ill try to make this as brief as possible, but I came in for a front end alignment only after having the rack and pinion replaced. I was quoted the standard $100. Received a call saying a bolt was loose so it would be another $40 and that the rear end needed to be realigned as well in order to fix the front end quoting another $60. After having my fiancee speak with the technician, he explained it was a loose tie rod end, not a bolt. He had also agreed that the tie rod end had the cotter pin correctly installed. Hm, ok.. See where Im going with this? I left a pretty lengthy review in the survey they sent me and received another call from the manager who did nothing but make excuses saying it was a miscommunication. Took it to yet another shop who confirmed nothing was wrong or loose and it only needed the front aligned. Shocking, I know. I have had issues with other Les Schwab locations in the past trying to rip me off and this was the last chance, so I will no longer be conducting any business with Les Schwab moving forward.

Popped into Les Schwab for a screw in my tire. No appointment but they took me right in. Repaired the tire free of charge. I was in/out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced by Les Schwab. Friendly and professional staff.

Ive been going there for 17 years. Super helpful crew thats always found a way to get me in and help me fix my tires and brakes. Highly recommend this shop

These dudes are legit. They came to my car, grabbed my tire, worked on it, brought it back to my car, then filled my tires all bleeding into closing time and then charged me next to nothing.It was 103 degrees today so they pretty much saved my life lol

Came in earlier this month because we had a punctured tire. The repair would be free, but they made us buy a special wrench from them, to take the tires off. The workers were friendly and courteous.The repair was quick, but once we paid and got to the car we immediately noticed it was still hissing. They patched something on that tire, but it was still punctured. When we went back inside and showed them the spot, they said it was not patchable. Understandable, but at least tell us? If we didnt hear the hissing, we would have had to deal with another flat a few hours later. 😕Since we didnt trust them after missing the obvious puncture, we just had them put the spare on and drove over to a different shop for a new set of tires. They were friendly, but if they missed something that obvious, who knows what else they miss...

Love Les Schwab! The folks at this location were very helpful from the initial call to picking up my vehicle. Turns out I had a screw through my tire and they took care of it with no charge, which is a great gesture and much appreciated. Certainly makes me want to return if/when I face more expensive issues!

Quick service, didnt have to make an appointment. Only downside is they were pricier than most places. My alignment cost $110. Other than that I have no complaints.

Went in to have my wheels balanced. Was in and out in under 30 minutes, no extra sales pitches, straight to the point, well priced, and had pre/post metrics.

I got a low pressure notification from my car so I drove it right over here. In less than 10 minutes, they checked and topped off my tires with air and I was on my way - for free!Sure I could go to a gas station, pay $1 in quarters and mess with the hose outside in the rain to do it myself. But why would I? These guys are fabulous, have great customer service and are available to help with all things tire and wheel related. Im a Les Schwab customer for life.

I went in to have them put the stock wheels back on my Tahoe. That seems like it would he easy enough. The manager informed me that it would be a federal offense to put the stock wheels back on my vehicle and refused to do so? Everything he was saying to me sounded completely wrong and I quickly found out was. I made a quick call to another Les Schwab and they were more than happy to put the stock wheels back on my vehicle. I would 100% say that if you are going to go to Les Schwab go to a different location because the manager here is not customer oriented and not easy to deal with. I would not recommend that anyone should have to deal with a person like him.

Great service. Got in and because I bought rims from them before, they fixed my flat free of charge. I bought them in Washington state but they show me respect all over the US. Favorite tire company.

Good Service and also has a good place to sit and do some work. Free Wi-Fi and coffee. Overall okay from a car tire shop perspective.However it costs a lot more than other places to change tires (Had my snow tires put on during Nov). Costed me close to $170. Thats expensive. Next time will ship around before I go here.

I went to the Walker Road store in Beaverton and was told it would be almost a 2 hour wait but they got me in and out within an hour without an appointment. Their customer service is the best and they know what they are doing without a doubt and they stand behind their work. Best place in town to go to for sure.

I had a slow leak in one tire, and they got me in without an appointment (Thurs afternoon before 4pm), found the leak and patched it all in one visit. I will be back!

My steering wheel wasnt straight after getting an alignment at another location. They made it right and even replaced a broken wheel stud for me! I call that amazing service and I will be going there from now on!

About a month ago I had a dead car battery. I parked my car outside ten minutes after closing time and one of the employees named Spencer came out to ask what I needed. He checked my battery, brought the car inside and got me checked in for work starting in the morning even though it was after hours. Thanks for the excellent service.

One of the few places that deals with cars that doesnt make me feel like Ive been taken for a ride. Ive had several free repairs over the years and only one time did I need a new tire or rim. And I absolutely bought it at Les Schwab! Always friendly and work as fast as they can. Only wish they were open Sundays...🙃

This place is pretty awesome. Everyone super professional and theyre really nice and everything is clean. And I love the smell of new tires. But of course if you go in there for a basic oil change or a tire rotation and theyre always going to tell you tell you need new tires even if you just got them LOL so stick to your guns and never get new tires on their request

While all Schwabs are slightly different, this is one of the best Ive visited. Excellent service with very reasonable prices. I bought my tires at Costco, but still have flats and alignment done here (you try getting into Costco for anything other than new tires). Very happy with Schwab.

Great staff and so helpful I had a major tire issue and needed a special lug nut key and when I got a new tire after being through the paradise fire they never gave me a let alone tell me I needed a key but les Schwab hooked me and took car of my tire and they were so quick

Great experience but dirty car. :( After waiting 2 hours for roadside service, (not from Led Schwab) she took the tire here for repair. Super fast, repaired for free and was happy to be on her way. However, front seat and door interior covered in dirty hand prints. Great repair, but the dirty seats left a bad impression.

Had a flat on a Wednesday evening around 5 pm. Called and spoke to Rich and asked if they could fix my flat, I was about 20 minutes away. I knew they closed at 6pm so I wasnt sure if they would be able to help. Rich was super friendly and professional and made me feel welcome even though I was a last minute customer. Fixed my flat no charge (as usual) and didnt even make fun of me when it took me 10 minutes to find my wheel lock which was in a bag, in another bag, in another bag in my trunk......... when I told them it was in the glove box........ Then he gave me a special yellow bag for my wheel lock. Great experience. Thanks guys!

Staff has always been upfront and honest with me, which I really loved..Recent experience with Jason, was pretty nice and informative. These guys were honest and didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. The seemed to give me straight up info on what to watch for with my car in the future. I went in for a no-charge alignment check. They said my cars alignment was fine and there was no charge.

This store treats you the way Les Schwab traditionally expects. I witnessed a VERY patient, professional employee being kind to an elderly man who was being ridiculously rude and mean. Well done!

In advance of snow storm, I went to Les Schwab. Never thought about it before but, Brannon gave great advice about checking owners manual to see if chains would fit my vehicle. I guess I never thought about it before and chains were always fine. Glad he gave me that advice, I checked and clearly it said my vehicle with my tire size said absolutely no chains. I bought a tire sock, Ill see how that goes but, appreciated the advice guiding me to the right product instaed of just selling me something and moving to the next person in the long line. Thank you.

Les Schwab off Walker Rd next to Fred Meyer of Beaverton.We just got done winter hiking to umbrella falls from the Nordic center and noticed the tire pressure was low. We checked it at Government camp Chevron and had to change the tire, I could hear a leak and the pressure was 10 psi. There was a nail dead on into the tire! Thinking this was gonna run $60 or more we were bummed. I brought the tire to this Les Schwab and they patched it, changed it, and put the spare back-nicely too! No charge they said! I couldn’t believe it... Merry Christmas!

Not as good as they say they are!Got new tires from Les Schwab - the service was quick! I returned to pay for the tires, before I even paid, they are already selling me something else! They asked me to get something done and gave me a quote for 1200 without explaining what it is. Just like another car mechanics!Then after driving for awhile, my tire pressure light is still on. I had to return to the store and get checked out. Then they told me I need to spend another 300 to fix the sensors and itll take another hour!Why didnt you notice the problem in the first place?

Yesterday I took my wheel and tire to get a flat repair to this tire center. The wheel and tire were off of a Mazda CX-5. My 19 rim was in pristine/perfect condition. Talked with Rich (store manager) to get this done. I had no problems getting in and repaired. I appreciate this service!However, when they gave me back the repaired tire, I noticed that they had damaged the finish of the rim. Paint was scratched off of 6 locations on the rim! I talked to Rich about this and he said they hate it when this happens and he is sorry about it but that there is really nothing he can do about it.When I asked how to avoid this in the future, he said there isnt really anything we can do about this and that the damage is due to how the machine we use to holds the rim during the repair.I like to keep my car in good shape, at least prevent as much damage and wear to it when I can. Les Schwab on Walker road didnt help in my case. Maybe many people wont mind or notice how they handle their wheels, but I do.
