Great except they said I could get a wheel bearing done next day and then mechanic said he couldnt do it when I got there the next morning. But the rest was super great.

Ive never had better customer service getting my oil changed! Wow!!! Ken was our tech taking care of us and he was clear, straight forward, professional, informative and offered us the best competitive pricing. We really could use the price break and they were so helpful!!!! It is so nice to know when you bring your car into a place to get worked on even something like an oil change you really feel like youre in good professional hands and they bend over backwards to make your experience memorable to where they show you that they want to earn your business continually time and time again. Its so refreshing to be treated like a valued customer!!!!! Thank you!!!! And thank you to the other team members who were also helping as well!

I travel across town for this jiffy lube. theyre speedy and most of all friendly. they make me feel comfortable. theyre so sweet and smiley. however, the manager (bald man with beer belly) is incredibly mean to his employees. he made me so uncomfortable while I was waiting for my service to be completed. he was yelling and belittling all of his employees because he under stress. wonder how he treats them when hes having a bad day...

Ive used this location a lot over the last couple years. Theyre prompt, super helpful and great at what they do. Ive never had any issues and, in fact, have had (2) occasions where theyve clued me into early signs of issues that I should look out for - belt wear and shocks/alignment. This is my go-to location!

We took our flat tire there three times because it was flat, and they quickly looked and said there wasnt anything wrong with it. My husband took it home and put it in a bin with water and found the puncture right away. I wouldnt trust them at all with anything to do with my car.

Quick, fast, clean and respectful. This is and has been my go to place for 10 years. Best to get there when they 1st open up as it is the “go to place for many others and always can be a bit of a wait during peak hours, however deff worth it having the confidence that this place knows what they are doing.

Exceptional customer service, they took time to help me find a great deal! Additionally I had to have tires done that day, since non where in stock at my price range they sprinted to their warehouse and got tires that where in my budget! Great service

I was grateful and impressed that the manager pointed out my car had only traveled 800 miles since its last oil change and I really didnt need to change the oil since it was synthetic and he explained why. One of techs did an ultra sound test on the tires and said that he would work up a quote since the tread was getting a bit thin. I told him that since the car now lives in the garage I wouldnt be buying tires and consequently no quote was generated, which would have been received as impertinent.

So i rarely make comments on here. But this is literally the best customer service experience i have had in the last.... 5 years... maybe more?So let me just state that i came to get my oil changed, and i have always HATED oil change shops. So I was already in a grumpy mood. This is the first time i have been to this particular Jiffy Lube in Beaverton.I was rude to the young lady who handled the point of service. But not only was she professional and empathetic about my needs, she KNEW exactly how to address my concerns and make me really happy.The team worked like clockwork... i swear to god i was in and out in 15 mins or less.... that is including waiting for the car ahead of me. It was an incredible experience. And for the first time in my life.... i was glad to pay the price for the oil change...So i just want to make sure that whole team gets recognized for their superior communication skills with each other that got me out of the garage super fast... and i really hope that wonderful young woman running point gets recognized for being ....well.... exceptional. No other word to describe her.That is my new Jiffy Lube.

More professional and thorough than many other Jiffy Lubes. They do make the hard sell on extra services but also accept a simple decline. Prices maybe a bit higher than nearby Jiffy Lubes. Overall a good experience for a simple service.

Fast service professional. They offer to change the air filter everytime. Mine was clean and newer so I declined it. They do free top offs after the oil change which can be good if you have an older car that burns a little bit of oil.

We needed to take two of our vehicles in for oil & filter and a few other small things. Our regular Jiffy Lube was too busy so he recommended this one. Glad he did. Service was exceptional and quick.

Came in for an oil change and to see if they could perform the DEQ emissions test as well. They performed the test and took me though the rest of the process of my registration renewal and arranging for my tags. It may have cost an additional $20 then if I had gone and had it done at DEQ directly, but I was saved the drive and the wait in line. Kudos to Serena for excellent service.

This is the best Jiffy Lube by far. Another location had not properly installed my oil filter and I had lost a quart of oil in a week! It could have ruined my engine!!! They also did not perform any other service, other than asking me if I wanted the tires filled. This Jiffy Lube took it seriously, resolved the problem and cleaned up the mess. I went back a week later and not a drop of oil lost. Had them replace a headlight also. I bought them pizzas at the end of 2019, to wish them a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Whether there has been changes in some of the personnel, they have remained the best around. Great job!!!

Kinda a rip off when I went in for oil change I asked if they top all fluids. They said yes. They didnt. I went back because car sensor said low coolant. I went back and they changed me $8.99. It was less than a month when I got my oil changed by them.

Just received great team service at this location! Due to covid, I was asked to stay in the car during service. I think I prefer it! Serena repaired 2 rock chips on site and billed to my insurance with no cost to me. Ill be back with my other car and will recommend friends to this location.

My rear view mirror had fallen off while I was driving. Your employee, Serena, was so helpful. I didnt know what I needed to do.She slid the mirror back into the place it had fallen from. She also noticed a rock chip on my windshield close to the mirror. She suggested I take care of that.Thank you so much, Serena.

Jiffy lube is supposed to be $29+-. Not $83+-. Worker got his gritty oily fingers all over the new filter before installation. Said they were going to check and to of all fluids ? Gas. None of that was done.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I’ve brought two different vehicles into this location on multiple occasions; they checked previous work for free and did a very thorough job testing their work to ensure my vehicle was without issues when I left. Kayla and Devon are especially great, and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I was at work until after Jiffy Lube closed, so Devon drove over to my place of work when he was off the clock and dropped off my keys on his way home so I could pick up my car that evening. I cannot speak highly enough of their quality and convenience of service.

Terrible service Im usually a regular but yesterday all 3 ladies looked lost and wasnt even sure what they were doing..Serena thin brown hair chic bearly any communication ..If I got a word out of them is when I asked but the answers I would get back they werent even sure about it. Waited so long and not even a line. Didnt even tell me what they worked on or service I got they took like 2-4 mins on my car and was wait 20-30mins with car running and didnt even tell me if they needed car on or off weird..not going there ever again.

This Jiffy Lube has wonderful customer service. I will drive out of my way to go back to this location. The presence of females working was also great. The only feedback would be to ask the greater not to open my door handle as I would have liked to open my own door given the Covid-19 concerns. Thank you for a great experience.

TLDR: Wasted an hour and never got the oil change we needed.We showed up assuming it would be a quick 15-20 minute oil change. We were one car back in line so we knew maybe it’d be more like 30-40 minutes. It started out fine and one of the workers Nathan came and got our info. He was nice. However after he got all our info, we waited quite awhile before the car being serviced pulled out. We pulled in to the spot. About 10 minutes later, we are told the truck next to us has extra requirements and that it’ll be another 30 minutes of waiting until they can change our oil. At this point, it’s already been an hour and so we just decided to leave.I only recall seeing 4 employees there, and 3 of them were working on the truck. Not sure why they don’t have more staff for situations like this or why they all needed to focus on the truck. I did hear how much the truck’s repairs were going to cost, and it was in the hundreds, so perhaps that’s why they prioritized the truck over the other cars waiting for oil changes.We feel that our time was wasted and wished they would have told us sooner that it wasn’t going to be the usual in-and-out service. That truck was there from the time we got there, so I feel like they could have let us know sooner than an hour in! After our experience, I see why this location has bad reviews.

Nathan and the manager Devon were a pleasure! They worked efficiently and were thorough when explaining what was needed and what services were offered. My simple Oil Change took 50 minutes. Switching to Valvoline. I use this service cause its supposed to be quicker than doing it myself.

This is hands down the best jiffy lube I have ever been to! the manager that currently works there is super friendly and extremely helpful and the young man who helped fix my car named Kayden really took his time to let me know everything that was going on with my vehicle and made sure that I understood how to operate things properly. When I got to jiffy lube the guy who was taking me in was telling me that my car was a full synthetic oil change in which I told him it wasnt he still tried to sell me on an upsale which I declined

Ive used Jiffy Lubes for the last 15 years. Somehow this particular location is always slower than any other location. I mean like really slow. I thought the last time I showed up, it might because theyre busy. Nope. Showed up at 750 AM, the 3rd of three cars waiting for them to open. It still took them 1 hour just to get me into the bay so that they could begin. Rediculous.

Devon was helpful, professional and timely. My wifes car had a bad oil pan leak and Devon was immediately able to diagnose it, call for a gasket and have my car ready in the time he said all for a good price. I appreciate the customer service and this is why i continue to come back to Jiffy lube. Thank you

First of all I was heading for Cali that day. A 10 hr drive. I only had limited funds in my account for an oil change. (Was getting paid the next day.) Needed all the cash I had to travel on due to a funeral. I has a coupon for $49.00. I was charged the wrong amount $75.00 and made to feel like they had to make an exception because I didnt have enough in my account to cover what I was being charged. I was told they were adjusting my price to $ because thats what would go through on my card. The price was $49.00 I was told they were refunding right away. It took 3 days to get the refund. I had to borrow from a friend to make my drive. I got home and had just washed my car right before i went for my oil change. I had grease all over my car. My drivers door, My hood, the side of my car. Both fenders.... I will not return. That was my first time there. They tried to give me a coupon book but that doesnt help me with gas to get to my friends funeral. Update!! I was asked to e-mail in the response to this review. That was a week and a half ago. Guess what?? They never e-mailed me back. I would not send my worst enemy here!! Bad rip off place!I have had better service at the food stamp office!!

Dont ever go this Jiffy Lube location in Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy. They are inefficient and dishonest! I have always been a fan of Jiffy Lube Canyon Road location as they saved my $$ by giving correct diagnosis and being honest about my car issues. I have brought so many friends and family members of mine to this Canyon Road location. It was crowded today and so went to the nearby Jiffy Lube at Hillsdale. They charged me $$ for my AC repair. Nothing was fixed. When I went back, they simply refused to take another look and told me to take my car to a specialist. Please stay away from this place!

Went to this jiffy lube as I have been to others and always had a great experience. At this location there were four to five employees standing around not working on vehicles just having conversations nobody made an attempt to even make eye contact with me and introduce themselves or at least say we will be with you shortly.After the five minutes I left disappointed as I was looking for relatively quick service that Ive always gotten. Called back into the location to give some feedback and spoke with an employee who was very courteous and understanding but also said that this is an ongoing issue at this location.

I was brought in by an internet coupon, and was pleasantly surprised with the high level of professionalism from Shelby: she was very personable, easy to talk to, supported her company well and was very sweet too. Shelby is the reason people will go back to that location.

Customer service is what you get here. I have not been as impressed with how I was treated anywhere as much as this jiffy lube the manager even took time to chat with us while we waited five plus stars for these guys and gals

I had to have a DEQ test for my car, and Jiffy Lube did the test for me in near record time compared to the regular DEQ stations. And, I also had my oil and fluid changed, and a once over to make sure my car was in good shape with the lights, signals and tires.Thank you Jiffy Lube - you and your staff are the BEST !!!

I asked a local parts store for a recommendation from all the Jiffy lube locations near me and was told this one stood out.When I brought my newly purchased BMW they had a look at the computer records and let me know it was not due for service and offered to problem solve a bulb issue as well. I have another vehicle due for a service and will be bringing it in first chance. Gary

I requested that they not use a gun or torque stick to put my lug nuts back on. I wanted a torque wrench only. The lube tech is obviously lazy and stubborn because they said its against the policy to not use a gun. As a former master verified technician, this is not only totally incorrect but against every manufacturer recommendation and any proffesional training. So basically either jiffy lube trains there techs poorly or they just hire incompetent lazy people. Either way I would say take it to a more respectable establishment.

I would like to personally give MS Kiana Olheiser a pat on the back for a great experience at Jiffy Lube:) She made sure to explain everything thoroughly so I understood whats being fixed and why. 10+++. Extremely customer service trained!!!

I went in because of one misfiring spark plug. Was told over the phone it is better to replace all, so sure why not. There, it takes about an hour since pulling in, they tell me its all good, and I start to drive away 86 bucks later ready to go home when lo and behold the same exact symptoms are happening. They take it back and discover the problem was actually the coil for the spark plug. Another 160. They brought it to 150 after seeing I was frustrated, but why should I pay for someones mistake at all? Shouldnt this have been caught? 10 bucks off doesnt make me feel any better. I am now out an extra 150 because the problem was incorrectly diagnosed with no apology just a new bill. Definitely never going back.Edit: it is now the next day and my car is making a vibrating, rattling noise when I accelerate that is new. So now I get to take care of another problem. Do yourself a favor and dont do more than get your oil changed at jiffy lube...

These guys and gals are great! They got my oil changed, replaced one of my headlights and multiple brakelights in half an hour (no appointment needed) . On Christmas eve morning! They also figured out how to get me a 25% discount since I was having multiple items taken care of. Free wifi in the lobby.

Ive gone to the jiffy lube off Beaverton Hillsdale highway for over 2 years now and theyve always been honest with me. Theyre quick, have great prices on most everything and their staff have been quick and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who needs car help.

If i could I would give less than zero!! We went there for uber inspection this Wednesday. We were waiting in waiting area, then one staff came to tell us we have a rock chip on windshield. He said he would write it in the report, or we can pay $50 to fix it. We did it because it seemed like we didn’t have any other choices. It was a WRONG decision!! The guy who tried to fix it failed! He made a tiny rock chip into a LONG CRACK!!! It’s unbelievable!! Then the manager just returned us the $50!! They said they were not responsible for the crack! The manager even told me that guy has 14 years experience, and he is professional!! Are you kidding me? It’s really ridiculous!! They refused to compensate for what they did to my car. They talked like they didn’t have any responsibility to the whole thing. Even no one said sorry to us! I will not recommend any one to jiffy lube! No management at all!!!

They did an excellent job with the actual business side of the service, I noticed a lot of the workers were not wearing the masks over their noses, and one guy had clocked off and removed his mask after his shift but he was still close to my car and within the building and that made me feel weird

You can no longer leave your car?!?!?!I used to come to this place all the time. Wed drop my car off, and my husband and I would go shopping while we waited...then wed swap and hed get his done. Sure, they would try to upsell when we were there, but is was tolerable and the staff was nice. NOW? I have tried to get in for the last TWO WEEKS. Each time, Sorry, but the wait will be AT LEAST an hour before we even get to your car...no, you cant drop it off and leave, you have to wait with you car. Overall time will be AT LEAST TWO HOURS?!?! Look, I understand you want to sell me windshield wiper blades and filters, but if you want me to actually use your Jiffy service, it cant be over 2 hours. Want to ask me about a filter? Take my number and call...youd make more money that way than having customers just leave.Which, by the way, there is another business which literally shares the same asphalt that I called...got me right in, let me leave my car (though I didnt even need to leave, as it only took them 15 mins) and the price was half what Jiffy Lube charges.Jiffy Lube was great when it was Jiffy and convenient. Now it is neither.

I recieved an oil change, or so I thought. 3 days later I start experiencing car problems. I bring the car to them and they sent me away telling me there was no issue. 2 days after that my engine blows and I am left on the side of the road. I took my car to a different mechanic and they told me I had no oil in my car. So not only did Jiffy lube screw me out of a car they also took my money for services that were never performed.

I have been motivated to write this review after both my room mate and I have taken our cars here for an oil change only to have car trouble within 24hrs of the visit. My car had a check engine light come on with a code related to oil and her car stopped on the freeway.When I took my car in to inquire at Jiffy Lube they were very dismissive, frustrated with me and told me if I wanted answers they would have to run a very expensive test. Having respect for myself and my car I took my business else where.Did not post it after my issue attempting to give them the benefit of the doubt but I don’t feel this is a coincidence after hearing about her car. I recommend Accurate Auto Body in Beaverton for quality service and knowledgeable mechanics not after your money. If you want your car to last treat it well.

Worst jiffy lube experience I’ve ever had. Watched 5 people serviced before me till I was the last one left. Installed parts I never approved totaling +200$ more than the standard oil change I requested. And to top it all off they didn’t replace the sticker on my window. Avoid this jiffy lube.

I went in for an oil change on a used car I purchased. They noticed a couple of worn out mechanics. Like a domino effect, one thing led to another and several issues reared their ugly heads... these guys worked incredibly hard to chase down every mechanical failure and get me back on the road post haste. Everything was not only explained to me but shown to me, every issue and possible solution discussed. A truly professional crew and an extremely happy customer.

Let me start off by saying, I never write reviews, bit this place was fantastic to me. Their customer service is above and beyond. They seem busy because they do Uber inspections, but they got me in immediately and kept me informed about everything that was going on with my car at every step. They answered all my questions. Super knowledgeable and SUPER polite. I am a poor college student and dont think I can speak adequately to their prices, but customer service and quickness is unbeatable. I used to work in customer service and I dont think I was even that good.

Went there for a usual oil change, the staff service was good, they offered coffee and checked in with me while I waited. After 25 min they were done, I payed $40, they also topped off my fluids. Got inside the car, drove off and when I came home I saw some pieces on the passenger seat, without knowing what they were, I called them and they told me to go back so they could place them. It was an quick fix, but I drove 15 miles back. Just keep an eye on your car after their done if you go to this place.

NEVER will go here again... Got attitude from the checkout guy when I told him I just wanted the cheapest oil change and then, and heres the kicker, I had a check engine light on, asked them to look at why, as in give me a diagnostic code. At the end of the visit, as I paid for the job I asked the checkout guy for the code, he gave me major attitude, as if it was such a big deal that he needed to do any customer service other than taking my money. He then proceeded to yell across to the whole crew asking what the code was and the part associated with it. He finally wrote it down, after I asked him to several times to do so. Asked him for a price to do the job, ended up walking after waiting over 5 minutes with no answer. So, with code in hand I looked it up online. Turns out they had given me the WRONG number for the part they said needed replacing. Headed over to a local auto part store and low and behold it turned out to be a $1.80 fix = it was a hose that was disconnected - took one look under the hood to see it clear as day that the hose was missing. The part that Jiffy Lube told me I needed, according to the code they gave me - $80.00. So thanks Jiffy Lube for being completely incompetent. I will never go back and let everyone I know what dishonest and rude people you are.

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube for years. Yesterday I went & none of the previous workers were there. The man who explained what was wrong with my car had to tell me 3 times because he spoke like he had food in his mouth. He checked my car because the ck engine light was on. He told me twice what was wrong but I was unable to understand him. I just took his notes & will give it to my mechanic to see if he can make sense out of it. I dont trust his notes to be correct. Workers no longer had smiles on their faces & a zip in their step. It was $80 for an oil change which is crazy. I will never go back to that location again. Theres a reason they have a questionable rating now.
