Great experience. We had a flat tire only a few days before starting my new job and needing transportation. Unfortunately, every place was expecting at least a few days delay for all repairs. We worked with Francis and did mention briefly our predicament. That same day, when another colleague was finished early with a job, he pointed to our car and got our tire changed asap. Were very grateful for how he listened and helped out in our situation!

Called this place in the afternoon to make sure they had the tires and to confirm they will be able to install them later in the afternoon once I got off work. I was told once I got there after work they would fit me in and get them done. So I showed up and that was a different story. The guy behind the counter had every excuse he could think of to not do the install. Complete waste of my time. I will never go back to store again.

Pretty spendy usually, but they get the job done. They are always nice. Usually pretty busy at this location, so Id call ahead. Get things in early and what not or they may need a few days to look it over. But they are thorough.

After service, I noticed driver side lock mob was broken. When I check technician simply we didn’t do any which was wired me. I told him it was not broken earlier but he didn’t listen my statement which was worse service seeing this center in US. Please take care before give the service at this center.

I urge you to go anywhere else possible. Beyond being overpriced arrogant unkind humans, they do a terrible job! Beyond not securing my battery terminals on properly to the point it was already coming off by the time I had taken my car to the second shop to actually get it fixed, they had my car sitting in their parking lot with the window down for who knows how long. Worst car experience EVER.

I called these guys up and asked them if they could get me in for an alignment and they told me if I could get there in the next 15 minutes that they would do it. I made it there in 13 minutes and checked my vehicle in. They called me 10 minutes later and told me that they could tell by looking at my car that the camber was way out and because the vehicle had an aftermarket part on it were unable to perform any alignment on the vehicle. Im a service manager for local Automotive Dealership and I know exactly whats required to align every vehicle on most all alignment racks and what they did was lie to me because they didnt want to do an alignment on a truck. My alignment may of required more than a Toe set when 98% of the vehicles do not. When I came to pick my vehicle up they made the smart comment no charge today!! With a condescending smirk. When they tell you to come pick up your vehicle without even putting it on a rack to check the specifications on the alignment it goes without saying there should not be a charge because they didnt get into the vehicle to move it. Its a no wonder these guys have terrible ratings and their lot is half empty most of the time and the building is run down. They dont know how to treat customers they dont know how to treat people. They diagnose vehicles from the service drive instead of actually putting them on a machine to get specifications. If something was bent under my car or there is a significant issue I would have liked to have seen the measurements that prove there is an problem. Then I would have been eager to know the cause of the issue and I would have been happy to pay them for a complete repair to correct said problem. They did not advise me of any type of issue or any solution for any issue. They did offer me a quick path out the door because they didnt want to do the work. They are not customer service oriented, They dont care who they upset or what service they provide. They are looking for a big tire sale in the end and a quick buck that doesnt take a lot of work. Exactly the place I do not want my vehicle to be and exactly the place I do not want to support as a small business in my community. Very little professionalism was in large supply here. If one of my service advisors treated a customer the way I was treated, He would no longer be an employee that worked for my shop. I know these type of reviews arent good for anyone in the service business and I have never left a bad review until today. I simply dont believe this crew should be helping any customers until they are retrained with the very basics about taking care of customers. Blowing customers out the door because you self diagnosed their vehicle from the service drive and then qualifying the job as a low paying profit source is absolutely not the way you make a local small business chain like Firestone successful in Beaverton. Frankly you give a great brand like Firestone a very bad name.

Went in on Sunday morning . My brakes are good but the pads are worn not sure how much was left before my brakes grind .... So I walk in the front office ... A guy walk in and I said can u check my cars brakes . He started by saying we are booked 4 people ahead of you 5 more waiting come back next week. But the office was empty and 4 out of 5 of his stalls where empty. Just a 5 minute check . And I had a blind disabile woman in the car worried about her safety that the brakes could go out anytime ..He said cant do it it would make the other customers upset u went ahead of them . but I tryied to explain I am not getting any work done just wanted a inspection 5 minutes. Nope had to drive off .

This Firestone is great! Nice staff, quick work, decent pricing. I come here first when I have a repair and can’t or prefer not to do it myself. Alex is the best every time! I do wish they had wifi so I could get some work done while I wait but not a huge deal :)

I just had a punctured flat tire repaired here and it was super easy, quick and affordable. I initially tried to book an appointment online, which was impossible, but when I called, it was easy enough to schedule an appointment for the next day. I really appreciated that I was able to have this work done on a Sunday, as so many other shops were closed.Thanks Firestone! You earned my business next time I am in the market for anything tires.

This company is a priceless gem! Ive always received excellent service, and I was so pleased with the speed and care they took to change the battery in my car this last weekend. They checked the battery to make sure my car actually needed a new one (I really appreciated this as its not all that simple to go to a mechanic as a woman; too many think were a blank check). And I really wish I would have written the persons name down who helped my at the counter as he was super sweet and made the whole proccess so much more enjoyable. So once again, a five star experience. Thank you!

Very professional service to get me back on the road quickly

Great service. They charged us what they said they would and provided a receipt with the charges. The staff was super cool and nice to talk to. They also took less time than they thought it would, which is a nice surprise. They’ve been booking up fast, though, so you have to make an appointment beforehand.

Really easy to deal with and always taking good care of our cars. Easy to drop keys too, if youre there too soon. Good people.

What is the point of a tire shop that doesnt fix tires, especially when the unexpected happens?! I got a flat tire on the freeway and this was the closest tire shop I found using Google. I arrived at the shop right as the tire lost the last of its air. The employee told us they were booked for the day (current time 10:15AM) and would try to get around to it before they close. Oh really? Do they think flat tires can just wait all day for a repair? We live over 65 miles away and we were just driving through. I cant simply wait for them with the hope that they MIGHT get around to it today. We had to put on the spare (donut) tire in their parking lot without any assistance and find a tire shop that actually helps people. This was an unexpected emergency repair, but evidently they dont help with that. Dont bother coming here unless you plan days in advance for your emergency flat tire.By the way, this is what their busy day looks like. Picture taken at 10:15AM, when they were too busy to help!

I called to get same day service and Francis was instrumental in working me into the schedule and getting the job done by end of day. He also checked to see what other services I needed done to get authorization so I could just do it all that one day.Dan made sure I understood the service that was done, what was wrong with my car, and when I needed to bring it back for my next oil change. Dan does a fabulous job and Francis is a great addition to the team. I think these guys are great. I always get gold standard service when I take my car in to them.

Dan and the team were great. The customer service, explaining of services, attention to detail, friendliness, constant communication and timeliness of completion was excellent. Dan and the team went over and beyond with getting through obstacles to make sure I was able to get the services that I needed and I greatly appreciated it especially being new to Oregon.

I went out to my car and had a dead battery. After a jump, I got to the Firestone on Canyon, and they had me out the door in less than 20 minutes without an appointment. I have brought the last three cars I have owned here; I love the staff, they do great work, and I never feel like I am being upsold on a product I wont need.

More than fair and great customer service.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Weve taken our Jetta here a few times. First, I gave them the tire key, which they lost. Second, they said they would do a free diagnostic on why our coolant was leaking. 2 hours later, I get a call saying they can tell its leaking on the left side of the radiator, but they cant tell if its the actual radiator or the o ring, and they need to take the radiator out to figure it out, WHICH IS EFFING $484!!! Um, guys, thats not a free diagnostic, so dont lie to me. Moral of this story is dont take your car here. Theyll lie and try to swindle you.

Very cool staff and shop. I bought Firestone tires online and needed them installed on my Audi. I called the shop and talked with Francis who was able to get me in the same day! I dont know why I ever left Les Schwab. A warranty is only as good as a companys ability to service it. In the tire business, that means convenient locations. I moved out of the Portland area (5 hours drive from the nearest Firestone) and needed to replace a damaged tire. The only way to capitalize on the warranty that I paid $90 for is to drive 5 hours to a Firestone store. Firestone offers no other remedy. If you live in the Pacific Northwest, Les Schwab is the only way to go. Their road hazard warranty is superior and they have locations EVERYWHERE, even 5 blocks away from my home in middle of nowhere (Eastern Oregon).

Thought i had left this review but looks like i didnt or it was removed? back in aug 2016 i had my car in for a lifetime alignment, the tech who drove it onto the rack did not set the ramps correctly and one fell out underneath the car and it was centered on the ramp. I heard the loud bang and looked out into the bay window and saw the techs gathering around to push my car off. They did the alignment quickly and when I asked them what happened they said it went fine and didnt mention the incident. I took photos of the bent bracing and dent on the underside of the car when i got home. I had a lawyer write up a letter explaining what happened, got a few estimates and made a case with their regional manager of retail operations. It wasnt until the regional manager Thomas stepped in that the store that caused the damage did admit to what happened but they still brushed off the damage as it was nothing. I suggest you dont take your car to this location so if something happens its up to you to prove they did something, otherwise they will ignore it. In the end i was proactive to proving damages so I was made whole in repairs but it did take up a lot of my personal time.

A great experience start to finish— Dan welcomed us in and took care of us promptly. Having someone like that to help customers makes all the difference, and really made the 1.5hr wait (full new set of tires) go by quickly because it was a positive atmosphere. The tires were a great deal too, thanks to a sale. Absolutely recommend!

Took our car in for routine oil change. They TURNED US AWAY and said the oil was full and looked fine. Took it in for a second opinion at an actual mechanic and he informed us the car had NO OIL in it, and that we were lucky to have an engine. I watched him pour 5 quarts of motor oil into my car 30 minutes after the MANAGER of Firestone assured us our car was good to go. Wow.

I believe I got a fair service recommendation. Many times I leave mechanics feeling taken advantage of.

We have taken both our cars here for alignments and have for as long as I remember. All experience has been positive -- theyre timely for appointments, document their work fully and work efficiently. We tend to keep our cars for a long time and so purchase lifetime alignment warranties whenever we buy a car, and think they are one of the best automotive bargains around.

Great service and competitive pricing. I called to ask about ordering tires online and having them installed but asked for an alternative and got a very competitive quote along with an appointment days later. My visit took an hour for four new tires and everyone I met was courteous, helpful and energetic. Great experience, especially considering it was 8am on the day after daylight savings lost an hour. Ill be back.

Dan is indeed a great manager for his friendliness and professionalism.I had my car for a wheel alignment and afterwards saw something like black oil left on the spots of the two front wheels where I parked the car.I made an appointment with Dan for checking possible oil leak after thealignment and he was there waiting for me at the door once I arrived. Dan then immediately pulled the car into the shop and lifted it up and showed me the bottom of the car, where no leakage at all was seen. This then helped me to conclude the oil I saw was possibly due to some dirt and water mixed and has nothing to do with the car or the alignment. Such prompt, professional, and kind service from Dan and his shop is really much appreciated. I highly recommend service to be done at Firestone on Cedar Mills Blvd!

Five stars for Dominique. ( I hope I spelled her name right.). I called to get a quote on winter tires for my car and she answered all the questions I had. I could tell that she had just started working there and confirmed that when I asked her at the end of the call. Outstanding customer service from her!

Took my car here to get some brake work done, including changing the brake pads. Then when I took my car to my usual shop a few months later for an oil change they said that my brake pads were very low and needed changing. I took my car back to Firestone and told them as much and they ultimately blamed it on defective pads and said they would change them under warranty. I obviously took the car back to my usual shop after this to make sure they actually changed them this time, which they didn’t! My shop gave me the brake pads to prove it. Incredibly sketchy and fraudulent business. Do not take you vehicle here!

I had them change my tires and the stripped my studs. When I went to take off my tire to do perform a replacement of a different part the stud broke off from it being over tightened. I had another person check the studs just to verify that it wasn’t me who stripped the stud. Firestone was the last place to touch my tires.

Who knew that I was putting myself in danger! Went here for a checkup after a long road trip. First of all, a routine checkup should not take 6 hours with an appointment. When trying to call for a status update I would be placed on hold for almost 20 minutes each time. I was quoted for almost $3000 worth of repairs. Only some of which I had noticed symptoms of. None of this is the worst of it though. The technician forgot to replace the air filter cover! My fiancé and could have been seriously injured in a wreck because of their forgetfulness! My car stalled in an intersection because of the lack of a cover on my air filter. We were fortunate I could restart the car quickly enough and that all the other cars on the road were able to see us and stop. Im never going back to this Firestone and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to, for your own safety and the safety of your loved ones.

I came here to have a tire repaired from a bolt I drove over in the road. The staff here was very thorough and helpful. The manager verified my road hazard coverage and let me know that the non-locking lug bolts were not in stock, and it would be faster for me to chase then down myself than to wait for their parts delivery. By the time I got back from the dealership down the road, they had the flat tire repaired and were ready to finish the job.Im happy that they were able to squeeze my repair into their work queue on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Good service, at a good price. They were clear with the waiting time for not having a previous appointment. Despite having a lot of work already scheduled, they treated me as soon as possible. Finally, they were able to change my tires sooner than expected!

I had to come in 3 times because I had two separate tires pop two separate days, and my alignment was off. The tire was ordered correctly but they delivered the wrong tire. Lots of issues that were no ones fault, but Dan was AMAZING and helped me out with cost and was VERY friendly the entire time and made me feel better about the situation. I appreciate the level of customer service they have always provided me and will continue to go back.

These guys are scammers beware of them telling you they need to run a diagnostic. Les Schwab does the same thing for free and they actually do what they say theyre going to do.

Never had an issue. Good place to do business with. Got me in as a walk-in quickly. Able to lock in all four tires at competitive pricing and get them installed same day in a quick turn around. Oh, and really good customer service.

Ive been going here for a year and I cant give them enough praises. Even if I moved an hour away, Id want to commute to make sure that Im receiving quality service. Dan, Pat, John, Herman, and all of the other guys and gals have always provided amazing service. They always try to work with my schedule and theyve even helped out with an emergency flat tire.

Get all my general repairs done there. Always do a great job for a very reasonable price. I have a Jeep and wont get work done at the dealership because of how expensive it is. Plus their customer service is second to none. They know me by name and they know my vehicle. Highly recommend.

So, I leave the grocery store, come out, and my car wont start. Ugh. It was 5:30 pm on a Sunday. I had it towed to Firestone. I received a call from them, and after hearing what happened they said theyd do a diagnostic the next morning for $24.99. Early the next morning they called, were extremely friendly, and said the battery died. Diagnostic, labor, and new battery cost $168. They were amazingly nice, and my car was ready to go at noon. No upselling, no bullshit, just nice guys. I was impressed and Id definitely go back if something ever happened to my poor car again.

I pre-paid for tires and installation online and made my appointment for the weekend. Went in to my appointment only to have them jack up the price by another $60+ for some reason. They refused to honor the quoted price I was given and even had the audacity to suggest that I had submitted incorrect information regarding the year of my vehicle (which was not true and could be proven by pulling up the original order number). I left and went to “save on used tires” and got the same tires for $125 less. Much better service there, no hidden fees, and no man-splaining or condescending there. I will NEVER go to another firestone after this experience. False advertisement is illegal. They could have easily called me ahead of time and not wasted my time.

Went for an alignment, they could not do it due to the fact my ball joints were bad along with my hub bearings were shot on both sides, didnt charge me anything for it, so now I have a little work to do, was very pleased. Ill definitely take it back once I complete the work that needs to be done.

Ive been a customer for over five years now with their Lifetime Alignment service and Im confident to say that they go above and beyond the expectations of their customers. I admire how they handle their business with a handful of dedicated folks at the helm. Sure they can be rough on the edges once in a while when dealing with customers but I think thats how their business evolved in the area. Their honest and straight forward advice are sometimes mis-interpreted by some in a negative way. Nonetheless, I believe this is a great place to take your vehicle for service.

I cant speak for how the other Firestone are. But I have been using this one since 2005. Dan the general manager sets a tone of honesty and professionalism. The work has always been prompt and accurate. The one time there was a mistake they quickly fixed it and made things right. Hard to find a place where you arent ripped off on car repairs. This place however has been great to me. Only four stars because though they call themselves complete auto care they dont do the complete car. More complicated systems like some electrical and transmissions (beyond routine maintenance) must go to a separate shop. But they always hav recommendations.

I just needed my headlight bulb changed and they tried to charge me $200 just for labor..dont go here they will probably try to over charge for other things too!

So I bought 4 tires about 2 mo ago I recently ran over a nail and needed only 1 tire changed the representative that worked there Dan refused to work on my car unless I bought 2 back tires because they were bald FORCING me to buy 2 tires that were not needed. I wouldve just gone to a different tire shop but it wouldve cost me more money for the tow. I will NEVER come back here again. This isnt the 1st bad experience that Ive had here last year when I went in for a tire change they caught my starter on fire in my Lexus and didnt even fix my tire. Buyer beware save yourself the trouble just go somewhere else if I can save 1 person from going through the headache Ive gone through this review will be worth it. If I could give 0 stars thats what they really deserve.

Firestone is awesome. Have been using them all over the country for several decades. Everyone five stars, except this one. It would be five stars except for the manager. The STORE MANAGER Dan CROOKE is definitely the agressive guy who is condescending and manipulate. Other than that kudos!

I have bought tires for 2 cars, the last a week ago. Both times I was treated excellent and found the best price on tires. I see others say they tried to sell more services. On one car which was older they said it needed a list of things done to it. I knew it did but said that I didnt want to do it and they said OK and that was the end of it. I also recommend a friend and they also were very satisfied.

Why would you go here for an oil change? It took an hour. It should take 15 minutes.

Had a terrible time at this place. The manager guy lied to our face. We pulled in to get a change of tire, they said it is going to take hour and half so go get lunch or something and your car will be ready when you come back. We came back two hours later and they were JUST starting to pull our car on the lift. When we asked why did they give us incorrect time, the manager rudely asked us to take our car out of the shop and go get work done somewhere else. He didn’t care about good customer service at all. Long story short, If this was last car workshop on the earth I would still not go there.

Get the lifetime alignments!!! Totally worth it to keep your car aligned every 5000-6000 miles. Pay once and get it done for free for as long as you own your vehicle (and as long as they dont need any extra parts). These guys are very friendly and good at what they do.

Dan offers great customer service and for the first time there is a female employee in the shop. Dan honored a black friday deal and followed up, when my car was ready. Online coupons, clean shop with waiting area, television in waiting room, free wifi and complimentary coffee/ water while you wait. I would highly reccommend you call to make an appt before you go. They get pretty busy with walk ins! This location is convenient, as it is right off of the bus line for T.V. hwy.

Sunday August 18 early morning I was at Beaverton Firestone to do only alignment, the person who was taken job, I think his name is Dan, front disk, asked me sign a paper without explaining things to me. After about one hour he told me that they couldn’t do alignment, because of some other problems, but they tires rotations therefore I had to pay for tires rotations. I tried to explain to him that I never asked for tires because I did it July 27, about 3 weeks ago, but he did not listen to me, instead he pushed me out of the store in front of other customer.That was very unprofessional way to handle situations in a such a big store.Because I have lifetime alignment with Firestone, I have to go back, not to Beaverton location, but I never fix other car problems in Firestone shop.

Terrible customer service. If your getting paid to do a job even if you hate it or your pay sucks because you suck at life, all you have to do is your job. To easy.

Pat and Dan told me they could not patch my tire because it had a plug already in it due to new regulations and company policy. Claimed that the tire is unrepairable and tried to convince me to buy four new tires. Took my car to Les Schwab and they fixed it just fine. Dont waste your time.

I have an older vehicle and dropped my car off here requesting a thorough inspection to address some concerns as well as a tire that kept going flat. While I ended up with some upsetting results that my car needs more services than its worth, I was actually advised that it may not be worth it to do the work. As a woman with a lot of anxiety when it comes to car repairs that left me feeling like I could trust this place. It meant a lot to me that I wasnt pressured to making a potentially unwise investment into a car that may not be worth fixing. While they may not have earned short term gains they made a long term customer. I recommend to ladies with anxiety about car repair shops. They treated me well and didnt go for the sale.

Went here for an oil change, service was great and owner was friendly.

I had an appointment for an inspection and new tires. I was told the rear rotor was stuck and would need to be replaced. I let him know Id have to bring it in later. The part broke while they were putting things back together. Also the person did not order the tires I wanted. They gave me a higher grade tire, and replaced the part that broke without charging me. They went above and beyond to make things right. Plus the upgraded tires came with a $100 visa card reward! Bonus!

This place has a nice high end laser alignment machine and they are capable of doing a really good job, just make sure to double check the results and bring in the specs you want your car set to if its a performance application. not quite a 5 star shop and they do seem to have a higher than i would like to see employee turnover rate; but its hard to beat their lifetime alignment deal if you have a sports car and or track car that you do frequent camber/toe changes on.
