I was able to call and have the owner Kermit book my appointment for a few days later. Drop off was easy. I got interior and exterior detailing done. It took about 1/2 a day. They called me to pick up early evening and they did a beautiful job. I had adhesive material melt in the hot sun on my black leather seats in the back and they were able to remove all of it. The car is spotless like new and the exterior work was incredible. Im very happy with the results and felt it was also a good value and price point for this amount of work. Satisfied!

I got an interior detail. This morning I vacuumed my car and nearly nothing came off but when I got my car back tonight it was like brand new! On top of that when I came back my car wouldnt start because of a possible bad starter and he offered to bring his mechanic out and they would fix it themselves. Highly recommend Apex Auto Spa!!! Great people, great service, and exceptional work. Im extremely happy I chose them, my cars value likely went up 2k solely because of the job they did. Great place to get car work done. I have had my windows tinted as well as got a 24 clear bra. All the work is done by hand here by guys who have had numerous years of experience cutting pricision films.My family has also had a lot of cars tinted and had the clear bra installed here. They come highly recommend!

No one ever showed up. Thats twice in a row! I was scheduled for 2-4 pm and I received a text message asking for a review of how my service went at 10:00 am! Before my scheduled time. When no one came out during scheduled time of 2-4 pm I called the technician. He told me he was supposed to come out between 5-9pm. Which isnt true. When I tried to talk he talked over me and wouldnt let me speak then proceeded to hang up on me. For the money I spent, I was expecting much more.

Its just terrible. Fake prices and horrible service. And theyre so rude. Ill never come back to this place. Dont waste your time. Honestly, my car is NOT dirty. Ive done this plenty of times with other places with no problem. I guess thats too much to ask for here. Stay away.

Had a couple issues after full detail. Did take a bit to get ahold of owner do to website being out of date. Was finally able to talk to him about the minor issues I was having and all is good now.

Let me just say that the the owner of this business, Kermit, is one of the most humble and kind hearted people that I have the pleasure of knowing. Today I saw him literally give his shoes to another man who was barefoot in the rain. The world needs more people like Kermit, especially during these times. I been to this place a couple of times but I will never ever do business with them again. I took my new truck to get a wash and I got nothing but a truck full of scratches from top to bottom. They ruin my vehicle. The guy told me that is how they do it. When I told him Im not coming back if they dont fix it he just waked way. So save your money and go somewhere else.

This place came highly recommended. I got the 20.99 deal and chose the new car smell deodorizer. When I got the car back it smelled like stale cigarettes and the vacuum job was minimal at best. The dash was wiped down but not the console.

Kermit, the owner, is a great guy. I traded paint with the side of my garage doorframe, and scuffed up the passenger door nicely. I reached out to Apex, and sent Kermit pictures of the paint damage. He got me in the same week, and when I went to drop off my vehicle this morning, he said why dont we take care of it right now? One of his paint masters quickly polished away the marks, and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Amazing service and very fast. They treat you like a friend.

My car smelled like a lot of chemicals and there was damage inside my center console in my brand new car what a disappointment. Worst car detailing please dont choose them. For them Deep cleaning is just spraying shampoo,, stains may still exist because your car is too old.

Doesnt offer the service hes advertising. Wont answer the phone for questions and asks what service you need when hes telling you he doesnt provide the service he offers. Dont waste your time and find someone reliable.

This place is just gross. The guy who moved my car smelled like a chain smoker. Now I cant get the smell out of my car.. first and last time I come here. Ive had better car washes for less than half the price, and I cant believe that people actually like this place, which is unpleasant and reeks of weed.

If youre looking for an auto detail shop that is like Nordstroms in nature, go elsewhere, yet if you want great quality, Apex is the place to go! Kermit is personable and strives to make sure you are a truly satisfied customer. Just took my second new vehicle in for window tint and the job they did is flawless. I highly recommend Apex and when my new car needs a detail, Ill be going to Apex.

Ive been going here for a little while and definitely seen a decline in the way they take their time, I just brought my brand new car to get its first wash here and was not happy at all with the outcome. They said it would be another $120 to actually clean it. I left and vacuumed it myself, totally annoying.

These guys are great I highly recommend them. We have ventilated seats and a passenger threw up all over one of them. Ya, all those little hole were now plugged up, I tried with a needle to unclog them my self and after a half hour I managed to get about 10 holes out of a thousands to look acceptable. These guys had the whole inside of the car looking brand new in less than 24 hrs. The seats looked awesome. I am totally impressed.

I was recommended to this place by a co-worker who was impressed with the job Apex did with his car. Price was reasonable so I thought I would give it a try. I wish I would have gone to the place I normally have gone as saving money did not get me the desired outcome.Customer service and professionalism was about the same as the service...sub par! Everything from the initial phone call to the end when I picked up the car gave me an impression that I cannot recommend or come back. I got my car fully detail both interior and exterior. I will say that for the money I feel I got a glorified car wash rather than a detailing.Interior was clean but then upon investigation Im cleaning up crumbs and stuff the next day from under my seat. I would not expect to have to do any cleaning the next day!Its unfortunate that I walked away with this experience as I believe the owner didnt want this outcome but I also felt how my situation was handled I was justified in the review I gave and the owner did not really make up for the lack of service.

Im sure yall do good work or whatever, but for the love of all that is holy, can you PLEASE keep the music volume lower in the later afternoons and early evenings? I have to wake up super early for work and that bass is killer. :(

I was so happy with the quality of work Apex did for me 5 years ago, I came back when my wife bought her new SUV. Kermit (the new owner) and his brother Tom are passionate car enthusiasts with big hearts. They always try to do right by their customers and will try to go above and beyond every chance they can.

Kermit was very kind and accommodating in getting my Prius beautifully detailed. However, as I drove away and turned on the radio, horrible white noise screeches came out of the speakers (which we have always worked perfectly). My audio now doesn’t work at all. This has yet to be addressed, and I will update this review if they address and rectify the issue. Otherwise, I’d recommend considering your options when looking at having work done here..

I recently had my four year old RX350 detailed in and outside for the first time, and front side windows and brow tinted. Wow, what a difference! The glass looks better than I expected, and the in and outside of the car look indistinguishable from when it was new. Apex also did a great job touching up the paint!John and his staff exude a sense of competence and the proof is clear in the results. I took my BMW to APEX for detailing. Kermit was very welcoming and patient on what items I need to take care of. I requested sap, scratch removal and paint touch-up. Kermit sought to it personally (he is the new owner). He was very accommodating on the time when I could pick up my car due to work. Even working overtime when I added some more items. I was feeling bad about making they stay longer but Kermit and his staff jumped to it right away without any hesitation. I felt well taken care of.

Our office uses Apexs mobile detailing service quite a bit. They have a van that looks like the A Teams van :) They usually do 4 cars from our office in a day and have a great $40 quick detail that cant be beat. My only issue, is that some times they are late or take too much time on one vehicle. Overall, friendly quality service.

I just brought my 2015 GMC Acadia there this morning for window tinting as well as the 3M paint protection on the hood, door edges and door handle cups. After I made the appointment I realized I didnt have a ride home after dropping the car off. John, the owner, stated someone would be happy to take me there. When I brought my car in for the appointment, he was not it yet and had forgotten to communicate with the other employees that I would need a ride. The employee contacted John who immediately called Toyota rent-a-car to get me a rental car for the whole day. I was so impressed with him paying for a rental due to his mistake! The car was done at 4:30 the same day and looked amazing. I have had 3M and window tinting installed on other cars and have not nearly been as impressed as I was with Apex and the work they did. The staff are all very friendly and seem to take care of their customers.I would highly recommend Apex for these services! I will definitely be returning with any other future needs...maybe even some car detailing in the future. :)

Excellent job. Hand cut clear bra instead of simply a kit. Fit wonderfully, wrapped around many complex curves and you have to look close to see the bra on the car. The window tint looks wonderful and fits very precisely. Will use again for other vehicles.

Friendly and helpful. I am editing my previous post. Not only does apex have the lowest prices for the highest quality service, they go above and beyond. When no other detailed would give me a quote I came to apex. A passenger, messing with their pepper spray had sprayed my seat with it. Needless to say it now was hazardous to drive. For the best price Any where, they got it cleaned and I was on the road in less than 15 mins. Thank you for your help and understanding. I truly appreciate it.

Just picked up my car from having a window tint and clear bra done. The clear bra is the best install Ive seen. The hood edges are completely wrapped under and out of sight, other edges are cut very close to the body panels. I requested that they also cover the gas cap, and they did it free of charge!Cant recommend these guys enough, John was super helpful and quick to respond. Ill go here first for any future needs. I scoped out 4 different tinting places before making my choice. One of them only glanced at my car from a distance before offering a quote, so I stopped considering them; the other 3 were more careful to notice that its an old car (1981) which makes the job more tricky. Apex and Highline Customs both seemed to have knowledgeable staff and a tidy, professional workspace. Apex was at least 10% cheaper for the same product, so I went with them.We scheduled an appointment for a few days in the future. They told me I could drop it off in the morning and theyd have it done in the afternoon, probably a 5-6 hour project. I decided to wait in the lobby while the work was done and was surprised when they announced it was finished after only 3 hours. The work looked really clean.Now its been about 3 months since I had my windows tinted and Ive been very happy with it. The tint level that was recommended to me was perfect for my application. I would recommend this business to my friends.

John was VERY accommodating and both products (window tint and clear bra) look fantastic. I cant wait until the nice weather to show off the great work this company did. Definitely will recommend John and his team to everyone we know. And.... he flies the great red, white, and blue!!

I had a leak in my Toyota Venza where water was pooling on the floor of the front passenger seat. I had taken it to a mechanic who said he fixed it, but surprise, the leak wasnt fixed when I went to go drop the car off at Apex to get the carpets cleaned and dried. I took one more look and there was tons of water pooled on the passenger floor again. I called the mechanic back and they basically told me that they did everything they could and not to bother bringing it back. So I paid $130 for a zip tie around a hose that didnt even need it. Kermit, the owner of Apex, actually took the time to find the leak, show us the exact problem, fix it himself, and THEN remove all of my carpet and seats, thoroughly clean them, and put everything back. My car looked brand new when I picked it up today and it was completely dry. Im floored by his dedication to find the problem and I will never take my car anywhere else, he has gained a customer for life!

Expensive, but excellent quality work. You get what you pay for. Did full front wrap, sealant and tint on a 2017 Corvette. Bringing my daily driver in next month for a full detail. Owner John is very helpful.

NEW OWNERS as of May 2019, customers beware!!! I brought in my BMW M3 to get detailed to sell the car. They DESTROYED my stock carbon fiber roof with a massive 1 foot by 6 inch section delaminated, then attempted to fix it with no success. The owner said it was damaged when brought in and he tried to fix it, which was a complete lie. When I asked them to help with fixing the roof in a fair manner, i.e. getting it back to the state when I brought it in, he threatened the only way was to take him to court. AVOID THIS SHOP!

Top quality work. We have had two of our cars windows tented there. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

The exterior of my car got a nice wash. however. i did not see ANY(maybe only the glass panel) clean inside the car. Floor mats were still dirty.. non of the seats was clean.. .. i understand i need to pay for the ultimate detail package to get evrrything clean. but it should be just a quick wipe.. just one quick wipe could wipe off some dirts on my seats. Do i even need to pay extra $$$ to have a 5 second wipe？ also the doors were not cleaned neither.. the so called express detail was only an exterior wash with at most 5 mins interior clean…At this price.. i dont think it would be worthy..Updated: I just noticed some scratches on part of my glass panel after I brought back my car and drove it for 20 mins. Those were not just the scratches from fiber, it was kinda a key or some sharp scratches. I do not think they would take any responsibility on that neither way.

Honest and a high level of quality and integrity. They did an awesome job detailing my black 2012 silverado and gave me great tips on maintaining it. I asked about getting the clear bra put on and they recommended against installing one at this point, with a detailed and comprehensive explanation of the pros and cons concerning my particular vehicle. I will be coming to them to get my bra installed once I have followed thier suggestions to prepping my truck. Highly recommended!
