Are sales rep David gave us his complete attention and his knowledge and experience to help us pick out the best mattress. The experience was smooth and relaxed and we are happy with our mattress. The delivery folks were on time efficient and took care of everything.

The “sleep expert”, Robby, was very thorough and personable and patient in determining how I slept and what mattresses worked best for me. After trying a zillion mattresses I made my choice with no pressure. A pleasant experience.

Great service! I wish most furniture places would have this type of all-around service where they take care of pretty much everything. We went in on a Saturday, we took less than 1 hr to decide what mattress we wanted, they gave us free sheets, we will have it delivered AND installed AND they will take our old mattress away in less than 1 week. My only suggestion is to make a more realistic depiction of prices on the website.

My husband and I have wanted a Purple mattress since we first saw the commercial years ago and finally decided to bite the bullet. Since the moment we walked in the store, Rusty was fantastic! He answered all of our questions, didn’t stray or try to sell us something different from what we wanted, and demonstrated the features of the different Purple mattresses and what made them different from each other. This is the level of customer service and attentiveness that every retail store should strive for. The show room is big, clean, neatly set up and they have a wide variety of different mattresses to choose from. The next time we have any mattress needs, we’ll be coming back here!

My mom and I went to the Beaverton Cornell location to get her new bed for her new apartment. Shannon was amazing and helped her find the perfect bed! Apparently when i was asked to write a review in the store and show the assistant manager for a discount this was part of the reason now i am being declined any refund or store merchandise. I was also given a discount because i had to rent a truck and pick up my merchandise in two different locations. Never was i told that this would negate my 120 day trial, if anything i was doing all the work to get a mattress and it was only fair to break even on the price. I spoke with Zack the district manager of the Beaverton area multiple times and couldnt be more disappointed in his customer service skills. I have had the mattress for approximately 60 days and would have attempted sooner to return but due to covid they have been closed. The adjustable base it came with makes the extra firm mattress bulk up in the middle of my back and i dont feel that this mattress was designed to bend this way. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service after the purchase and will never even consider another purchase from this business. The great reviews are in order to receive a discount not on the actual product. I am hoping that someone will rectify this issue, i am not looking for a refund just a mattress that is comfortable and will work with my base.

It was our first time in mattress firm and our experience was great! We came in because of the adjustable bed deal but still weren’t completely sure what mattress we wanted. Rusty answered all of the questions that we had and helped us find the right deal for our budget. He was very helpful and quite the funny guy. This place is hands down the best mattress store in or around the Beaverton area. They’re employees are what make this store so amazing. In particular I worked with rusty. He helped answer all our questions and made sure to find the perfect fit for me and my wife. We couldn’t afford the bed/base we wanted sadly. However rusty fought for us and was able to get us the base we wanted. Needless to say I will be returning to work with rusty again the future to get the bed out our dreams.

We went to two stores today, and the first store and the sales associate, Holly, really help us narrow down our options. Holly referred us to the others stores where we could try out the model she did not have. At the second store, Sterling showed is the mattress we were interested in, and answered many detailed questions. In the end, she found is the mattress we ended up buying. Thought everything was going well picked out my bed set up delivery (made sure they would be able to deliver it on the first day of my weekend because I am very busy )was preached to about how they don’t waist peoples time so they give you a two hour window the day before your delivery. My delivery window was 3:15-515 first day of my weekend I had planned my whole weekend around getting this bed delivered I had my previous bed moved out and taken away so I could be ready for the new bed I just purchased. Excited as anyone would be. The day goes on and I get a text saying they would be an hour late I responded trying to clarify the time they would be there and no response. 5:21 and I get a call saying they are 10 minutes away and to be prepared. I waited almost an hour before I called the store I purchased my bed at the man on the phone assured me he would call right back. No call back so I call the phone number that previously texted me apparently it was someone’s personal phone and they were no longer at work. I get a call from a man who is at the dispatch saying how there firing the driver and unfortunately he doesn’t know what’s going on but I won’t be getting my mattress and that I will have to reschedule. I call and reschedule (extremely upset that I will be sleeping on the floor since I have no mattress even tho I paid for it and was told it would be delivered.) when I called I was told I was rescheduled for the next day and I would get a time frame in the morning. Sleeping on the floor was unbearable I bought an airmattress in the middle of the night ruining my sleep further. Morning comes no time frame so I give them a call. My order is not set up to be redelivered as I was told it was and I’m told there is nothing they can do for me. I ask to speak to someone who can help me and in turn another man calls me back and tells me there is nothing he can do for me other than reschedule me for next time I’ll have an entire day available. My work is still open I work 40 hours a week I don’t have entire days to waist. So unless I’d like to sleep on the floor or a terrible air mattress there is nothing they can do for me. At this point I paid for two beds the one they hadn’t delivered and an air mattress. Only after hours of hounding and insisting did an employee tell me about a service where I could get my bed delivered same day. It would just cost 150$ out of my pocket. I still did not think this was fair as I am a young woman 24 in the middle of a pandemic with no financial assistance from anyone just trying to get a good night sleep. I was told they would reimburse me for the delivery but I would have to go though the time and trouble of setting it up and paying for the delivery and wait untill they processed a return to my card7-10 business days. I wanted to be assured this was the case before spending more of my hard earned money. To resolve this I had to talk to the owner and honestly still feel like I was robbed of my time and sanity. Save yourself the stress and buy from someone else.

My husband and I came in today looking for a king sized frame for our bed. Dan was there and assisted us immediately. He was very sweet, knowledgable of his inventory and answered all of our questions. He gave us a great deal on a frame and even offered a delivery service for it. I could see that every safety precaution was made possible throughout the encounter for Covid. Great experience all around and I will definitely go there again for any future bed related purchases.
