Terrible return policy and customer service. I paid for return shipping. However, when I got my cc refund they charged $69.95 for the original shipping price. Price gouging at it finest.

My wife and I purchased some of air fresheners from Air Delights. The selection of scents is superb, customer service top notch and the price was just right.

I purchased two air delights automatic room fresheners along with 5 canisters of the freshner. I totally wasted my money. The airwick room fresheners work better and are less than half the price. Such a short,small squirt comes out that you have to be standing within a foot to smell it. I put one in my den and one in my laundry room...dont waste your money. Go to dollar general and buy an airwick or glade. Very disappointed!

Our Flushmate finally gave up the ghost and needed to be replaced. The corporate office / retail location was less than a mile from me...nice. I was greeted pleasantly by Nestor who gave me excellent customer service! Quickly verified the replacement model I noted was in fact what I needed. I mentioned I had viewed the replacement process on YouTube and he confirmed it really was that easy, but to be very careful about overtightening the big plastic nut at the bottom of the tank, as it could crack the porcelain...very helpful. He even gave me a free air freshener for the bathroom and offered to carry the tank to my car. Will make it a point to purchase any items we need (although its more geared towards business sales) that they can provide. And Im sure our other Flushmate will not be far behind! You need to be really careful with these people. I ordered some automatic faucets for $4,000 and they didnt fit in the sink. I tried to return them and they declined because they are electronic. All four that I ordered are in the original boxes, three of the boxes havent even been opened. But - NO - they wont accept them. So Im stuck with $4,000 of gear that doesnt work. Thats bad business on their part!

Bunch of crooks. They sent me a different product than pictured on their website and now they wont pay for return shipping or give me a refund.

Horrible customer service! I was sent the wrong part, when the return authorization was issued, it did not include the postage. I spent just under $10.00 for the return.I had to call to get my payment a week after they received the returned item.The refund amount was less than what I paid.I was not informed of any return fee and when I questioned it I received no reply...
