Good places to get Indian groceries. They are fairly reasonably priced as compared to other Indian grocery stores. They also have a good variety of Dals and organic groceries. The staff is polite and addresses your concerns right away. The sweets also taste good.

The sweets tastes better than other places in town but the shop is very dirty. I fund hair twice in the food once inside the samosa and once in one of the sweets so I stop buying food from there.

Awesome chole bhature!!There are some negatives as other bad reviews pointed out like not organized, doesnt look hygienic, etc. They are probably true to some extend. But some of the stuff they make in the kitchen is awesome, so will return.

Food is fresh and tastes amazing. Probably the best North Indian food Ive had in the US and I lived in Houston for 2 years. I would highly recommend their buffet. Their paneer is fresh and dal makhani is creamy and flavorful. I also tried their sweets which were also fresh and delectable. This place is 100% vegetarian too!

I often go there for food. I enjoy their thaali foods. They always taste like home made. Their says are made in house too unlike other restaurants nearby who import it from Washington. Their samosas are better trading than their counterparts. Although I wish they can be little more spicy. Very Friendly service. Overall this place has my appetite business.

Ac
Review №32

Samosas are fresh, usually have to be in queue, so are usually hot or warm (I hate cold samosas). They do not have everything marked for prices, and sometimes feel being overcharged. The other thing is I have had occasion where they gave me frozen sweets saying they were fresh, kalakand to be specific. They do have a few things in the store which i did not find elsewhere that makes me keep going there.

Great for sweets and good lunch option. Lunch option can bemadebetterby letting people choose sweet or chapati with or without ghee, instead of rice. Same for Samosa, different choice like kachori, Aloo vada will make it more popular.

Tried their lunch box. The food was tasty, not heavily spiced and the naan was extra. This place would be good anywhere else, but there are so many other good Indian options in the area I do not think I will be back.

Review №41

Ive been here twice now. They have good Indian food and good amount of Indian grocery items. But poor communication lead to them drastically over charging us. That plus the poor service (and always a huge long wait at the cash register, which takes much longer than it should) ruined the experience for me. I wont be coming back.

Good selection of raw and pre-made spices. The grocery store is shared with a small restaurant.. neither the store nor the kitchen give out particularly clean vibes. There is certainly room for improvement there. The food tastes good.

Review №55

Taste wise food is good but looks like no quality check, one occasion rotten boondi raita was served on complaining they simply gave a replacement, 2 nd occasion, aloo bonda(which is highly proced) where no otpion to buy single piece they sell it on pair and that was alsoo rotten and was even smelling rotten, why cant you guys simply do a check when you know stuff was cooked few days back. Inplanned to give it back but couldnt got time to go and return. Lunch menu is also expensive for the value and quantity.

Great selection of food and spices, and really nicely done menu for the restaurant within the grocery store. The ambience is more bodega than restaurant with Indian music videos playing and tile floors, but if youre more about food than fru fru, you can enjoy dining here.

Sh
Review №70

We went there this week to buy some Indian sweets, but the behavior of the guy (probably an Indian teenager) at the counter was so so rude and annoying...that we will never to there again. My wife went there enquiring about the prices of the sweets and he started demanding unreasonable prices for assorted sweets (btw..we have been there before and purchased assorted sweets before). However, the worst part of how he was arguing with a lady and the tone in which he was talking. His parents/store owners need to teach him some basic manners and politeness before putting him into a customer facing job.Not agreeing to something is one thing, but to talk to a lady(or another person) in a bad tone, showing no respect and not being able to present oneself politely is not at all acceptable.

I wish I can post reviews without any stars, unfortunately google wont allow me to do that. This place is a hygiene disaster with no soap or tissues in the bathroom. You can see flies on the food sometimes. I can go on, but please avoid this place. Apna chat bhavan is better than this place.

Please try to avoid buying stuff from this place....1.We tried to purchasei)Vegetables - which were not fresh at all. They are trying to get rid of the stored stuffii)At the counter the attendant manually uploaded all the items(Vegetable) so there is no guarantee that the item that was being loaded in the billing software was of the same amount displayed with weight. On top of this all the items in the vegetable section were named as VEGETABLE in the receiptAt FoodThe good part was Chhole bhature....andwe order the special thali which had1.Old Samosa2.Frozen Gulab Jamun3.Chapati were freshly baked4.Jeera rice were not freshInsort for food its your choice...but for vegetables and grocery...I will not recommend this store....

Its very rare that I write a review. But this time I really want to give a zero star rating. I gave a catering order for 25 samosas and 10 chai for a client meeting. People started taking chai and it came only for 2 people. I was a real embarrassment at the meeting. While returning the chai kettle I complained about it. Look what they say - It is not possible. I did not even know what to say ...
