I went in for a few jewelry findings and a string of tigers eye beads.. I was lucky to find just what I wanted and then some!! I also found a fun piece of metal art (trees!) and of course the fabriholic in my found three lovely pieces of fabric to go into my next few quilting projects. The personnel are always pretty knowledgeable and courteous, which, given what we face out in the world is much appreciated!💖💖💖 Thank you, Craft Warehouse!

Stopped in looking for clock mechanisms, and found a few more items. Wood panels, not sure what Id need one for... yet, but they have a good selection. My better half is into these art kits and theres nothing like a diamond art kit to score a few points. :)

Stopped in the Beaverton location yesterday looking for Halloween items. It is currently 6 weeks before the holiday so prime time for crafting and decorating for the season. I was quickly corrected. When I found only a small end cap of items that could be considered Halloween and was then approached by an associate who asked if I was finding what I needed. I asked why no Halloween items. She immediately went into a very long explanation that they are a “seasonal” retail business and that they have already moved on to Christmas as she pointed to an employee stocking Christmas items. She went on . . . . And on . . . . About how you need to get items quick because they are a seasonal store and you need to plan early for decorating. She told me I was behind the schedule for Halloween and that maybe I could find some items at other local stores that have close out merchandise.It is SIX WEEKS BEFORE THE HOLIDAY! I hope this isn’t a corporate message. A store that has been in business since the 70’s should certainly have a better grasp on when to have seasonal merchandise. I looked on the website for contact information, but finding none for corporate, I came to this page to give my feedback. Also of note, the employee blocked our exit and continued to ramble on about her experience working retail and that she learned how to shop earlier for seasonal items since she has worked at this store. I’ve never seen her here before and hopefully won’t when I return next month for Valentine’s decor.

We went for large poster sized frames. They sell the mates separately and the prices are a little high. Good quality but you have to apply the wall hanging, it doesnt come attached.The staff is helpful and nice!

My favorite craft store. They carry frames, fabric, beading supplies, scrap booking supplies, paints, seasonal decorations and crafts. There staff has a good knowledge of their products. They give great demos of there products and are always willing to help you learn how to use there tools. They also are always willing to help you work through projects and find solutions.

Haha, just take my money now! House decor crafts, papercrafting, stencils, floral, fabric, and so much more. There are examples EVERYWHERE to provide inspiration for how to use each product.But the prices are a bit higher than a Michaels or Joann Fabric, so watch out as your total will climb at checkout if you dont go in with your budget in mind.

If you need anything craft related, this is a good place to start

Service and cleanliness, as well as display of product is second to none. Selection, though.. I couldnt find any outerwear zippers, and leatherworking goods selection is almost nonexistent

This store surprised me. Material was on several different aisles instead of being together. Other products were also scattered around. Aisles were very crowded & hard to get through.

Bought 2 glass blocks and when I got home realized 1 was chipped so a week later I went back to exchange it for 1 that wasnt broken and I didnt have a receipt. The cashier didnt do an even exchange she returned the broken one and rang up the new one which was now on sale for 2.99 less than what I paid. So guess what, I had to pay 2.99 more for the exact same block to get one not broken. So ended up paying 12.97 for a glass block I originally paid 9.98 for. Next time Ill check a different store for this item. What a disappointment not going back

Great craft store, but a little over-stuffed, which makes it a bit difficult to find things.

They had some neat unique stuff, but most stuff I could find elsewhere for a cheaper price. They seemed a bit overpriced, thats my opinion for what I search for. But it was a neat store to walk through and get ideas from if you are a crafter!

First time in there and I was blown away by the variety as well as the great prices and customer service. Definitely going back!

All kinds of things to do crafts with. Employees are friendly and helpful. Make jewelry, bird toys, scrapbook stuff, picture frames, and more. I always find what I need.

They offer items for just about every craft project. And their sales are great, really good bargains. I almost always find what Im looking for

I was pleased to see they had a bit larger selection of cotton yarns and threads than other craft stores. I also found the staff helpful when I had a question about paint.

It was ok except for rude employee that follows like your going to steal from them instead of asking if you need help finding something the one with the braid.. Cashier really nice...

Great place for many little things. I wish these types of places would do more DIY type crossover you know its like this crafty but crafters blend through other things and their artists that span multiple disciplines in a store like this would just expand its inventory slight bit towards being able to accommodate professional level uses then it would get five stars in my book

I could spend hours in this place! I love all the completed craft pieces to give you some ideas. They have a wide range of crafting supplies from stenciling to quilting. The staff is very helpful and kind. Well organized and clean. I look forward to taking my daughter when she is older. The photo shows items I have purchased at the Craft Warehouse and created it for our camping trips.

First time in here. I came in for candle making stuff. April was amazing and helped me find exactly what I needed and added some awesome input in. She showed me the perfect jar for the candles. A amazing experience. Absolutely worth the 45 minute drive

Its crafters paradise and then some. Whether scrapping, sewing, painting, etc theyve got what you need. Decorations galore for each season or holiday. Even if youre not crafty/creative this place is still fun. They have displays of finished possibilities. Its a great place to buy gifts for those that are. If you need photo/art frames they have plenty to choose from. Including custom frame jobs. I was very pleased with this particular service. Theyre always having sales and offer classes.... When CoVid is not happening.

Craft Warehouse a bit on the more spendy side for some of their items, but they usually have a lot of sales going on so you can get things for a more decent price xD The store itself is pretty big, there are so many things to look at. The have stuff for crafts, of course, but they also have items that can improve your home (Like picture frames, hooks for hanging stuff up, storage items, etc.) So if you are a kind of DIY person, Id say Craft Warehouse is definitely a place to go check out :) As far as customer service goes, I havent had a negative experience with the employees. They all seem like nice people, which I think is one of the more important aspects of a business :) The picture shows some of the items I have just bought from their store. Hope I helped!

Much nicer than the Jo-Ann that is much nearer to me. They actually had things in stock that there were labels for on the shelves.And to be non-snarky... The checker was friendly and found us a coupon for one non-sale price item. All-in-all, well worth the trip.

I simply love this store! I always get top notch service from employees. They know their store and how to give good advice on projects and products! I never even go to the competitive stores anymore. I know I can get exactly what I need at craft warehouse! And they have such frequent sales and special events where I can save money, I often keep a list of what Im running low on and wait for the next sale to get what I need. Best craft store in town, hands down!

I really appreciated the help I got finding what I needed. They have so much different merchandise in that shop! I new they would have what I needed, but my fear about the price being a bit high, was confirmed as well. Perhaps they are one of those stores where you need to watch their ad for sales?

Meh. Yes, theres lots of *stuff*. Asked for help, didnt get any, bought much less than I intended, needed or wanted. Was a real hardship for the poor cashier to ring up my 4 tiny items. Seems pretty standard customer service, nowadays.

I have a shadowbox project I am working on to immortalize my husbands old 1965 International that was destroyed In a fire a few years back. My shadowbox has a simple white background that simply wont do so we went to Craft Warehouse to find something more fitting. I was expecting to find 1 or 2 backgrounds but came away with 7 fabulous options. The selection of papers they have are quirky, colorful, and fun. Recommended

Cashiers service was awful. I waited 15 minutes in line and when I finally arrived I asked a simple question and she couldnt answer so she sent me to the center island. I asked her could I skip the line since I have been waiting 15 minutes? And she said no. Great. I bought what I needed and left the rest behind. What a waste of time.
