I have always found the staff members here professional, friendly, and helpful. Even on occasions when there were issues with my prescription or insurance, they patiently worked to resolve them.
I have been going to this pharmacy for years, since I was a little kid. Im 32 now. They are great. I even work at a different pharmacy and what ppl dont understand, what everyone is complaining about, isnt the pharmacies fault.
I dropped off a paper prescription on Monday knowing I did not need it right away. I went back to pick it up on Friday. I was told the script was not ready and they needed to call the doctor. I waited and waited and left without the script. I went back Sunday when I was out. The script was still not ready. Again I was told they need to call the doctor. The pharmacist told me it was my job to check the script and make sure it is right. When I spoke to the manager she assured me that the pharmacist was sweet and she would never tell me it is my job to check the script. I called the doctor to see what the issue was and the doctor has no record of the pharmacy calling. Do not rely on the text message telling you when the script is ready. I get those them a few days after I pick up a script.
The pharmacists are so nice and truly compassionate. They do their jobs well and have gone to bat for me with the doctors office and out of town Walmart pharmacies.
This is the worst pharmacy one could ever encounter. The staff besides being rude as hell are also incompetent and useless. If you’d like to get your prescription you better embark on that mission a year before, else you’ll die waiting for it.
I have a prescription I get once a month and have never had any problems with it. I always call it as soon as they open and they always have it ready for me within the hour. Wait times never been long or anything. Ive been going there for about 10 months now, I do believe.
Called in the prescription at 8am Monday. Still not ready at 4:30pm tue. They said they need to call the dr office. Then call them!!!!! Why do I have to be standing here in front of you 32 hours later to tell you how to do your job!?!
Worst experience ever had. Provider prescribed medicine on Monday. We got a call from pharmacy that they dont have the drug right now and said she would check with SAMs club right next to the walmart and would call us back. We never got the call back. I went to the pharmacy yesterday the lady who was on drop off window said the drug is in backorder and she did not know when would that be available. I asked her what should I do? and should i call my provider ? She then replied I dont need to do anything and she would put a note on the computer and they would call me tomorrow morning for transferring the prescription to other pharmacy. But i did not got any call this morning. Then i just called them now. The lady who picked up the phone who was a pharmacy technician said that they dont do transfer and told me to call my doctor to transfer the prescription. What the heck is this?? One day they are saying me I dont need to call my doctor and the very next day they are saying me to call my doctor. if they cant provide the medicine on time why they should have told me?
Bad service
