Both workers were very friendly and helpful not only to me but the other customers in the store. They were also willing to help each other out and show great teamwork!

This was my first visit to Cheryl & Co, as well as my first visit to The Greene. My daughter and I each chose a cookie. I was pleasantly surprised. The cookies were soft and delicious. I would definitely recommend the pumpkin spice cookie. Individual price/cookie was $1.99. Kind of pricey for the size of the cookie, but if I find myself at the Greene again, Ill probably stop in for a few more cookies 🙂.

This has got to be the # 1 Cookie store in the Ohio Area. We have been getting cookies from them for a few months. The wedding cake cookie is my favorite. You need to try it.

Dont expect to be able to reach them by phone, they only post 800 number. Waited one hour on hold earlier today and am now at 45 minutes on hold. As the answer they gave this morning regarding my order was incorrect. My order was shipped to another state! Cant reach them to resolve. Calling office phone number, no one answers!!!! Love their cookies, but you should be able to contact a company and get a resolution in a timely manner.

They never have enough available. They never allow for enough cookies for Christmas. Got the catalogue in December. Maybe it should be sent in November.

I ordered cookies on Nov 30, 2017 to be delivered on Dec. 18, 2017 for a Christmas gift. On Dec. 20th I called because they were not delivered . I was told production issues and would be delivered on Dec. 28th. Still no delivery, I called again....this time they were lost. I called today Jan. 1, 2018 and was told they were still in production. Really!!! DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR GIFT!!!!

Really disappointed about the Buckeyes. I just moved back home and was looking forward to them. Got some here and they are not only, well, pretty bad...but they were certainly not homemade. Anyone with eye(s) and tastebuds can tell those things are mass produced.

Perhaps it was simply the type of cookies we got. We got butter shortbread, smores, salty caramel (the best of the 4), and buttercream frosted sugar cookies. For a gourmet cookie place, I expect every cookie to taste delicious. While the salty caramel cookie was okay, the other ones tasted like something I bought in the snack isle at Walmart: processed and made for profit, not quality.

Dont rely on the delivery date for an occasion! Large option to change date if you need a specific date. However its Estimated arrival date.
