This Walmart was very large and had multiple departments to process the customer orders. They have an order pick-up, Pharmacy, lawn and garden, groceries and money Services just to name a few. This Walmart is well-stocked and very clean. Many products and each category to select from and they need departments to choose those products from. I would and have recommended this Walmart to other people.

They have large selections of clothing for the hole family. They carry shoes toys books TVs & much more. It was pretty clean and easy to find most the things I needed.The people working here are friendly and you can find a employee responsible fast if you need one. The prices are great 👍 this store saved my family a lot of money on there good deals.

Literally took forever to be served by the slowest checkout queue process in history. THEY DONT ACCEPT CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS because they wanted more user data and didnt want to pay commission to android or apple. Its the 21st century- get with it Walmart.

30 min in this hotel and found a back full of trash.. i wonder if they clean the rooms..i jere for work and i know Marriot is most of the time a nice place but this is not acceptable

No workers ever around to help and the bathrooms are extremely nasty. This used to be a nice Walmart but has gone down hill you cant find anything its all out of stock. I now shop at a better location.

Their curbside pick-up team is fantastic. I can’t recommend this service enough at this location. They are SO quick and very great at their jobs. I’m never disappointed with my curbside experiences. I’m giving 4/5 stars simply because the in-store shopping experience is not as great, unfortunately. I understand everywhere is short-staffed right now, so I don’t want to hold that against them too much. They’ve consistently had an issue before the pandemic with only having 1 cashier open, even during busy times. This results in a long line unless you want to use self-checkout, which can be a pain if you need them to approve or override anything. Some of their scanners are not in great condition at the self-checkout and I recently had one double scan something, so I hit the button to void it and you have to wait for an employee to override it. I stood there for, no joke, probably 3-4 minutes waiting on their employees in that area to stop chatting and help. I had my toddler with me and we were already out later than I intended. It was very annoying.

Can’t be bothered to open on time. Website and posted store hours don’t match; both are wrong. Done with this store.

Employees in packs chatting or on their phones instead of helping, stocking or running a register, self check out is the only thing open, a lot of items not in stock, but shows available online. This is by far the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. Hell the Moraine location is better, but I’ll stick to the Sugarcreek location from now on.

I like going there its convenient sometimes I cant find anything Im looking for I looked and looked all day yesterday for gravy and cant find the Tennessee or old folks gravy or any kind of biscuit and gravy the biscuits I had but oh well I do like Walmart

I can skews find what Im looking for here. The pharmacy staff and vision center staff are amazing. And if I dont feel like shopping, I love the online grocery pick up

I found some great deals at this Walmart. (Please forgive my next soapbox statement) We are still in a pandemic and so many individuals and families need help. With school supplies being as low as $0.25 - $1.50 for spiral notebooks, folders, pencils, pens, crayons and markers, if you are able pick up a few extra items please do. You can send them with your child to school. More than likely, they have a friend in need. If not a friend, teachers will never have enough to go around. Church is a wonderful place to donate items,as well.I think a lot of our humanity has been lost (even before the pandemic) Its never to early for children to learn empathy and compassion.Lets not teach them about looking out for number one, but rather, lets all move up together. When God sees fit to bestow his blessings upon me, I dont put the extras in storage. Nor do I look back at where I was before and say to those still there, Hey, youll really like it here, if youre lucky enough to be blessed. LolI honor God by reaching my hand down and pulling the next person up. That next person may be your family, friend, neighbor, or coworker. Children will never instill what you say. They will, however, instill what you do so. Show them empathy and compassion towards the next person. Pay it forward. Its as easy as picking up 2 extra $0.25 notebooks. It doesnt have to be some grand display. Just little acts of kindness. Hold the door open for someone. Let a person enter ahead of you in traffic. (I feel its important to ask everyone to internalize what they read next) If you walk by someone and ask, how are you doing. (Know that there was a reason you asked that specific person) make sure you have the time to hear their answer. Kindness does not have to be monetary. Teach your children to share of themselves. Teach them that you lose nothing when you give to another person, actually its the exact opposite. They will gain empathy, pride, compassion, honor, character, humanity and it will give them a sense of self and enrich their souls.Somehow sharing, voluntaring, and helping out another person has become a punishment and not an opportunity.For those that want to make America great, again. It starts here. There are no short cuts.Its not a them or us thing. Its a we thing. We all need to realize that.Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts and feelings with you...

Very clean store but didnt get five stars because they were out of paint markers almost completely and I wasnt able to get I was looking for plus the bathrooms cows after I used the bathroom. If not for that I would have given 5 stars but Im going to give them 4 instead. Despite that though I would still recommend coming to this location if in the area and needing pretty much anything they would have at Walmart.

As we all know handicapped parking is hard to come by in a Walmart Superstore parking lot. Still tougher is a riding cart so I can shop in a store. This is only the 2nd time I was able to visit a store in person. I can order groceries and pick them up. But, I desperately need some flowers to place in my flower beds. This is something that needs to be done in person. Finally I made it, flowers were sparse. I understand that it is beginning of June. Also needed sunglasses. The store was clean. Personnel was friendly. This was a short trip for me. Less than half hour and more me out. Thank you Walmart for continuing to honor all people by supporting us so we are able to shop at your retail locations. Thats why you are still a powerhouse. We could use a few more riding carts and have the ones that are out of service repaired.

Huge Walmart super market with great selection of things to buy... the thing impressed me the most is that they have more stuff than a typical Walmart store and with the prices as well... I believe that this place is the most cheap general store than any other super market in the area... Clean store as well with fresh products and their cooked food is tasty as well... definitely I found the place to shop in the future as they have great staff who help you with everything you are asking for...

Id be wary of pickup orders from this location. Im very specific and exact with what I want and they havent gotten an order correct yet.

Every time I walk into this Walmart almost every worker is glued to their phone and not paying attention to work or customers. Greeters do not even say hello or goodbye either..

Sorry Wally World but I ran into multiple issues this trip.A big issue was products in places they should not have been but were stocked like that as well as missing prices on various shelves.Confusion about who has the keys to what departments.The woman that works the electronics desk at night was extremely helpful thats why I gave 3 stars instead of 2.Lastly!What is wrong with your web site? It will tell you theres items in stock but they are definitely not and the user interface is crazy.Its been like that for years so I guess after you make so much money you stop trying to improve.Billions of dollars and you still got Kmart problems...

Staff is ride and no help. Walmart should do a better job with who they hire. Nobody knows anything in this place.

We went here to get a patio set. The lawn and garden person was so helpful. She got the cart for us and pushed it all the way to the front. Then let us go back to the lawn and garden to pick it up. Most Walmart have the lawn and garden open. But this one wasnt. She made it so much better for us. I wish all the people that work for Walmart would be more like her.

Typical Walmart Supercenter. The staff is courteous. The store does a lot of business. The shelves are restocked periodically. Sometimes its hit and miss on items you may come in looking to purchase. No fault of the staff, the staff is hustling to keep product on the shelves here.

Make sure you grab your receipt. Being racial profiles walking out of Walmart with a $40 vacuum. Told the guy to follow me back to the other side of the store and asked his associate if I paid and she said yes. My receipt was still there. Fake apology given. Not coming back to shop. It’s giving John Crawford vibes

Poor Management/Customer Service experience. The store is open until 11 why is there not a single cashier open at 8:55? I had a full cart and the first lane I went to the cashier said she was closed. The second one that I went to said he was closed. I asked the women that were standing there looking like they were in charge of the cashiers if there was one open. They said no. I said well are you going to open one? They said they their tills were closed. I said well are you going to reopen one? They said no. I dont understand why there wouldnt be a single cashier.

Went to checkout and it was busy. My mom and I went to cas register 8, Carolyn was the cashier, she was eating something at the cash register, I couldnt see what as it was in a cup, and she was taking forever to ring up customers. My mom and I went to another register 1 or 2 away and had to wait a minute then was quickly checked out and when we walked past register 8, Carolyn was still checking out the same customer when we left the line

This is a very large Walmart Super Center. This store practically has everything you need from household products to groceries...yes, you can get beer, wine, and cigarettes here. The aisles are very wide to avoid excessive cart maneuvering and the shelves seemed adequately stocked with various options. I have seen many Walmarts throughout the country and this one is pretty good.

I have always loved Walmart. Now the only thing I get at Walmart is my phone card. I quit doing business with stores that are involved with China.I dont care if you get things from Antarctica.As long as its not China. The Walton family has sold their souls to China. As others has done.

IDK whats going on with Walmart, but they are sold out of a lot of things. If you go to Kroger out Meijer they have totally stocked shelves.

Pretty good Walmart. Only consistent issue is low on carts. Always plenty out in the corrals, but never seem to have any in the store.

Todays visit was crazy different! It seemed like the entire Beavercreek/Fairborn people picked today to shop! The store was super crowded! Way more than usual! So a lot of empty spaces on the shelves- to say the least! So we just got some items we trult needed and left- it was too crowded!

Typical large Walmart. Clean and well lighted. Shelves in clothing areas need more frequent neatening, since apparently, patrons often do not rehang or reshelf rejected goods in their proper locations.

Awful, took 4 people before I found one who would bother to help me. The others couldnt be bothered or I was told its not my department or my favorite Im just a shopper. In other words I go all over the store collecting things for people but I cant tell you where any thing is.....wowI wish I had got the name of the one who did helpe me, because that woman deserves a raise just for working with incompetent people.

Sunday at 5:30PM and only two lanes open. Ive been in line for 40 minutes.

The store was very messy, and picked thru, its was sold out of alot if things. Maybe I will try to go back the middle of the month. See how that goes!

WOW! Best Walmart experience EVAH!!! Very clean with attention to detail, COVID precautions an obvious priority. I couldnt believe the craft section!!! Wonderful merchandising and absolutely HUGE selection for tons of creative hours to be had! And the produce!!! Oh my goodness! Can you say F R E S H?! Freshest produce Ive seen anywhere in quite some time! And an absolutely beautiful meat department! Highly recommend!

Its Walmart, sometimes spotless, sometimes not so much.

I went in the store yesterday to pay and pick up a layaway. I arrived to the counter at 12:38. There was a line of people and no employee. I had to call the store phone to have them page layaway. Finally a lady came and took my payment and went to get my items. She came back 30 minutes later and was missing my sons car. Finally at 1:38 I had all of my items but the box the car came in was damaged. No one apologized for the wait time or damage. The employee kept blaming her coworkers for being unorganized. I was in the store 1 hour for something that shouldve taken no more than 15 minutes. Never AGAIN!

High milk prices are a bad surprise. Much cheaper at Aldis. Cheaper at Meijer, too.

This store always runs out of products, and it can take months to get these items back in stock. Staff are extremely rude. They get very upset when you make inquiries about out of stock products. I once overheard two staff members talking about me, after Id made inquiries and walked away.. Extremely unprofessional.

Beavercreek! The best WALMART!

This location was very clean and for the most part organized. The clothing areas were exceptionally tidy and organized! Every piece of clothing was folded and in its place. There was a lot of skids going down the isles even blocking some walk ways completely. It could have been close to closing/restocking time and that may have been why they were all over, Im not sure. The employees were very friendly and had a sense of pride in their store. Rightfully so, it was a nice Wal-Mart.

I wanted to buy some sweatpants the only size they had was extra large and Im not an extra large person

I was looking for a price that was on sale it wasnt on the the subject that I was buying and I asked a worker what the price was and where the price checker was there was none in the store they took them all down and she said you would have to download the app on your phone I said what if I dont have my phone on me and she says what thats what they want you to do to have your phone on you download the app and find a price yourself I said well that aint right so actually I put most of my stuff down then I found somebody else that was going to actually show me the price so she actually didnt help me at all and I found somebody else that would in the store so thats what I did I found somebody else that actually showed me and help me and bought a few things and then left I didnt like store at all that night thank you

I went to walmart again recently to obtain an item i had seen online and verified stock availability in this store and again the item was not there. I dont know if its theft or employee error . The time wasted can never be repayed

We were staying in a hotel nearby in Beavercreek Ohio and needed quick run to Walmart. Our trip was mostly see the Air Force museum.We find the store conveniently located and stuffed with supplies like every other super center. We found what we were looking for

Do not shop here. The employees are rude and will find every excuse in the world to keep your money if they sell you a defective product and/or the wrong product. Such a situation happened to me where an employee sold me a wrong PS4 controller and when I went to bring it back they wouldn’t refund my money or exchange it.

Never a dull moment.

This was the worst trip to Walmart. I even sent a email too them. Because of there store having some issues with ventilation or something was very wrong. So are whole day was ruined, and it was my nephews birthday. Well it was ruined. And they sent email wanting pictures of are recent. So they know they got all the money we saved for this day. He got to vomit for his birthday. But we still spent several 100s of dollars. Im so upset a big company. I mean your Walmart, not even apologizes. If youve been to one walmart you have been to them all, so theres really not much to say here. If you go on a weekend or during rush-hour wou will want to pull your hair out for how crowded it is.The staff are all generally pretty nice, but shout-out to the people at the Pharmacy who are all amazing and have had the patience of saints during COVID.

They will sell you USED electronics that are marked as NEW. Just bought a Nintendo Switch Lite, brought home, turned it on and it was already set up and registered to another person. Couldnt set controls because it already had a pin set up. I wouldnt mind buying a USED item if it wasnt marked as NEW and sold at FULL PRICE.Ive also been ROBBED at this Walmart. Man stole my wallet right out of my pocket, all on camera, police called, guy never caught.Go. Somewhere. Else.
