A really great store if you’re looking for shoes, socks or other drip. The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Lauren recommended some options for socks and helped me see if a shoe was available. Store was clean and well stocked. Everyone working tonight did an exceptional job!

My fiancé, daughter and I went into the store today with the intent to purchase our daughter a pair of shoes. Upon entry we were not greeted, there were three associates in the store. One associate was assisting two customers who left without purchasing anything. The other two associates were checking a family out. We walked around the store first looking at adult shoes then over at the kids shoes. At this point we were the only 3 in the store along with the three associates who were behind the counter talking. Not once were we spoken to or asked if we needed help. I get most of my daughters shoes from journeys but I was very disappointed with our experience at this one.

The lady who helped us with our exchange was amazing! I believe agree was a manger l. She was amazing fitted my son so his shoes fit and even laced them up for us!!!

The associates there are terrible. My fiancée, our daughter, and I walked in and got no attention whatsoever. There wasnt anyone in the store other than us and the two associates working. We walked around for ten minutes with no interaction from the two. As we were leaving, they watched us walk out

Sales staff treated me and children like criminals when we went in there to buy shoes..the sales girl only allowed my daughter to try on one shoe at a time and held the box and other shoe behind the counter with her at all times...literally one shoe at a time, like the left one and then the right when we returned the left one, it was not a welcoming environment at all...if my daughter hadnt had her heart set on the pair and we couldve found them anywhere else (this was our 3rd Joyrneys that day) I wouldnt have purchased them at this location. She did the same thing to my grown daughter while she tried on shoes as well, but the other people in the store were handed the shoe box with both shoes and were allowed to try on the pairs at the same time (so Im wondering if it was just us the employee had a problem with)...she even asked for my identification when I went to pay with my debit card, but didnt ask the lady in front of me or the man after me for ID when they paid with thier debit cards...the entire experience was just bad...I will not shopping at this location again..

Great location, very close to the parking lot behind the movie theater (if you dont like parallel parking on the streets like me), and next door to Cold Stone. Really friendly staff and a nice selection of shoes and apparel for ladies and men.
