This is the best store ever! People are always super nice and helpful. They answer your calls quickly and are willing to help with anything. Although, as a company… there should really be more lotr merchandise (:

I LOVE this store! Let me start off with the coolest thing about it - for every $10 you spend, they donate a box lunch to a local food pantry! How amazing is that? Now, add in that they have a great selection of geeky merchandise. Sincerely, theyre like a next level Hot Topic - I saw great items for Harry Potter, Rick & Morty, tons of Disney stuff (Pixar, Fantasia, Lilo & Stitch, Mulan, Gargoyles!) - some are made just for BoxLunch! I saw things for Cowboy Bebop, Game of Thrones, Star Wars, Marvel, DC and more. And while most of it is clothing, they do have some other items, too.

White woman with short black hair very rude in store. Needs to be taken off the floor. Been in the store multiple times with my mask on the bridge of my nose, where it goes, and she yelled at me from across the store to put my mask up. I assumed she didn’t talk to me because my mask was on, but i turned and looked and she said “YES I’m talking to you” very rudely. Terrible customer service.

Do not order funko pops from these got one today box tore an completly destroyed all they did was put it in a bag no protection or anything will never order from them again

Definitely buying from in store from now on. I purchased online and they sent me my murch in beat up boxes and they couldn’t care less. Like i said I’m definitely buying from in stores because i get great customer service and they don’t beat up the boxes before they sell the product.

I always enjoy visiting this store, the staff is very nice and super helpful. There are always new things to look at and I LOVE the Lunch Money system. Its basically like Kohls Cash, so it does kindof force you to come back in and shop again but I am ok with that, I enjoy shopping here and know I can always find something. A couple things to keep in mind, if its sold out in store you can buy it online and ship to store for free. If its sold out online that doesnt mean its sold out in store, you can call around to locations and have them put something on hold for you. Believe me, if you see something you want, they have a method for you to get it. I bought an item at this store today that is backordered online till April. Score!

They have a great selection of DBZ statues. everyone at the store is great. The Alex girl is great shes helped me several times. I dont know if shes the manager or what but she has alaways gone above and beyond when im there. They also have the best bags of anywhere.
