I took my daughters to Bella Divine 2 weeks ago to look for homecoming dresses. Our experience could not have been better. My daughters weren’t sure if they would be able to find a dress that would fit. The lady & man that helped us were great. She was so kind, gentle & patient with my daughters. When I paid for the dresses, the man offered me a military discount & enthusiastically thanked me for my service to our country. Made me feel proud in front of my family. Great customer service & experience.

Had a great experience today!! 5/5! Would give more if I could. The owners (husband and wife) are absolutely amazing, they are so kind and really made me feel comfortable. Im not a size 0 by all means, I am plus size and came in looking for a dress for my sisters wedding. I found a few in the color I needed but one after another I didnt love them. The last one turned out to be so comfortable on me and I actually felt like I looked nice in it. She made me feel so great, I didnt feel like the big girl for once. Her husband was so nice and while I was checking out he told me how nice I looked and just reassured me that I was making a good decision. They are a little pricey but the experience and kindness here was worth the little extra.

We went last minute and they were great !!! Stayed opened for us to find just what we were looking for and they were soooo nice this will be the only place we shop for homecoming and prom in the future. My daughter is plus size and they a lot of choices. If you are looking for a beautiful dress this is the place and I love the bell you ring when you find the dress u love 💘❤💕💗😍

Came in this store to find a homecoming dress today. I was assisted by the kindest worker while being there today. The staff was very polite & helpful. The store was clean & very nice! I highly recommend this place! Will definitely be coming back in the future :)

This Bella divine location is the best I’ve ever seen!! Bob and Kim have ultimately made our day and even engagement party! The dresses are beautiful and we couldn’t have picked them up without their help!!! Do not hesitate to purchase from them! Best store ever, took my daughter for her first homecoming dress. Everyone there so helpful and as sweet as can be. We will never go anywhere else ever again. Thank you to you and your staff

So. This store has been my dream store since it came to Beavercreek mall. I use to look in there begging to buy dresses from there, the other day I went in to homecoming shop. I asked if there was plus size dresses because I’m no size 0. The lady says yes and picks a blue dress for me and takes me to the dressing room and literally stands in there until I was ready to start to undress I had no bags on me and I would never steal well I look at the size and it def wasn’t plus size. It was a skin tight Medium. I come out and say I don’t like it and she hands me a glitter dress because I told her I was looking for a bit shiny well again she stayed in the dressing room till I started to undress and again it was skin tight. So I walk out upset and basically body shamed me and told me I was too “complicated” and “needed to hurry up” as I walked out and start speaking in another language . As someone who already is an insecure person I don’t appreciate her body shaming me in anyway shape or form. She was really rude to me. Other than that they had cute dresses just wish my experience was better because definitely ruined my dreams of shopping there. I’m glad others had a better experience but I don’t appreciate how rude she was and body-shamed me. Do better. Body shaming a TEENAGER and your are an adult is absolutely rude and disrespectful. Treat people how you want to be treated. Never shopping here again.

My sister and I visited twice, once just for a few moments (because of covid-19 I didnt think i was going to get a senior prom and didnt want to get attached to anything) I saw this gorgeous tiered princess dress it was $1000. I took some pictures for the heck of it, and went home and googled it up, they had it other stores cheaper but they were very far, it was mass-produced and even came in several colours.A few weeks later, my school decided to hold a prom, so what did I do? I went straight back to Bella Divine with my sister, I grabbed this gorgeous dress and immediately was met with a male store associate who talked to me for about 10 minutes about how this dress was One of a kind, The only one the designer made and how I would never find one like it. (a few other ones that were just obvious, like handmade and a real runway dressI quickly grew angry. I bit my tongue and tried on a few others, the lady who assisted him clearly got the message he had lied about one of the dresses, but she didnt know which, so she started calling a green one One of a kind The only one when they had about 4 laying on the rack. He of course backpedalled very quickly to Oh yes, it really does LOOK one of a kind, thats what she meant but the PINK one really is..They made me try on the $1000 dress at the very end, and thank god I hated it. The lady said something akin to You dont have the body to pull this off and well that sealed the deal. At that point, I could have started glowing like an angel and I wouldnt have bought it, The sky couldve cracked open and said This is the one and I wouldnt have bought it.I understand Covid has taken a toll on the dress industry, but flat out lying to customers is horrible.Pros:-if you are skinny, rich, and tall they might have something for you.Cons:-Nothing over a 20 for the most part-Their sizes are terribly off, I wear a 0, and that day I wore a very VERY snug 6 (Think waist trainer, for reference im about 5 foot 5 and 100 pounds, VERY skinny)-They insist on zipping you into the dresses, modesty be darned.-THE LIES!!!!-Horribly overpriced, that thousand-dollar dress was about $150 at a store in Cincinnati.-Their larger sizes (their version: 14 and up, in normal sizes a 6 and up) are all very 90s (large fake gems, with gold glitter, princess style) and nothing modern.-Minor damage to a large number of dresses, it is much better than other dress stores though (Probably because they zip you)-They really push people to buy shoes there, almost too much.I have attached the $1000 One of a kind Handmade dress, both in store, and found online from a bridal website.

Love how they have plus sizes for our beautiful children with curves!! You know how to keep a young lady happy!

This was by far the most amazing experience at a store for me and the teenagers with me shopping for prom dresses. It was the amount of beautiful dresses, it was the cleaningness and organization, but most of all it was the amazing and warm dedication of the owner and his wife. They truly made this a wonderful experience for all of us. I’m truly grateful and would recommend them highly! Wonderful place and wonderful people! Thank you for all you did!

We went to get my granddaughter a quinceanera dress. The shop was full of beautiful dresses. They had dresses for all sizes and price range, that alone is a reason to go. The customer service from their staff and the owners was top notch. They made this an experience we will never forget. 💜

I just went this weekend for my homecoming dress, I honestly wasn’t sure I’d find anything as I’ve heard some reviews not very good for this store, however at least at the one I went to I loved it. I hate wearing dresses but at my school I’d have too if I wanted to go to hoco and I didn’t want to miss it bc my only other one got canceled last year due to obvious reasons lol, so I went, I must say they didn’t have very many dresses that I liked but however I did end up actually finding a dress initially for 300, I absolutely love my dress and the lady who helped us was incredibly nice and helped me with anything I needed and even showed me how to correctly tie back my dress (as it was a corset dress) I was going to get shoes there but they really don’t have a very big selection of shoes that fit me as I have very large feet for my age and they did not fit on a single pair of shoes which was sad bc the shoes were very pretty and would have looked great with my dress, they even do a say yes to the dress type thing which was super cool and everyone was very nice, in the end I enjoyed my experience and will most definitely be going back again for my prom

I’ve gone here to get my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses these people are amazing and just so nice they really are helpful and very supportive they helped me with all kinds of styles and showed me some they recommend as well I would definitely recommend to go here! There dresses are absolutely beautiful and Great service

Amazing!!! We just picked up my daughters dress from layaway. We spent 2 hours trying to decide on the perfect dress for her. The patience, kindness & customer service shown by the lady & man helping us was first class!

I bought my wedding dress from here. The employees were so sweet and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me as much as possible to make my wedding perfect! The employees were really nice and fun!

The saleswoman at Bella Divine name was Kim. She was very helpful in purchasing a wedding dress and a rehearsal dinner gown. Kim provided me personalized service for 2 hours. I initially went in to purchase a rehearsal dinner dress which I found a beautiful black and gold sequined gown. Then I asked Kim if she had any suggestions for finding a wedding gown. She said she had a beaded gown in my size but it was a little heavy . Kim spoke of it so I just had to see it. It was beautiful with beading and yes it was a little heavy, but I loved it. Kim then showed me princess crown. I just loved the entire look. She hugged me in my new wedding dress I rang the bell and said yes to the dress!

I will give them negative stars if i could. Not sure of the sales ladies name but my daughter need one size up and the sales clerk said to her not once but 3 times maybe skip 3 or 4 days of meals and run around the block and you can still purchase it I was furious so I said something to the two other staff members at the counter, and the lady said but did you find something you liked though As the male associate walked off. Needless to say I will never step foot in this store again . So wrong on so many levels.

Absolutely adored my dress!!

We came in here today to shop for my best friends wedding dress because she seen a dress there she really wanted and wanted to try on to make sure it looked ok on her so we could start planning to buy it. We were followed around like a bunch of thieves. When we picked the dresses we wanted her to try on we were told we could not try them on unless we are serious. Sorry but we were serious we needed to know sizes and if they were going to fit. I will never step foot in this store again and I would suggest you dont either.

Had an awesome experience picking out homecoming dress with my daughter. Every girl working in the store went over and above to help my daughter while trying on dresses. When she made her final choice the sales associates even clapped, cheered, rang the bell, and hugged her. It was a great memory to have shopping for our 1st homecoming dress. We will definitely be repeat customers!!!

Ive heard VERY negative reviews about an associate telling a teenage girl that she needed to skip a few meals to fit into a formal dress. Thats something that sticks with a person for the rest of their life. Especially in such a transformative time for ones self esteem. TERRIBLE. Never shopping here EVER.

Never shop here, we were trying on dresses and a lady was helping my friend and trying to figure out to make her dress fit. They didn’t have a size up and the lady proceeds to say “maybe skip a few meals and it will work” worst thing I have ever heard. Please don’t go here.

I usually come here for my daughters dresses but I wasnt in the area. I went to Cinderella at the Dayton mall. HUGE MISTAKE! They were very standoffish and if you werent willing to spend at least 400+ on their dresses they did want anything to do with you. I will be going here from now on. See ya soon!😁

I recently got engaged and wanted to go to try on dresses to see what styles I liked. I had one of my bridesmaids with me. We weren’t greeted upon arrival, which didn’t bother me too much because I used to work in retail and I understand. After telling one of the associates that we were just looking, she insisted on putting me in multiple dresses that I didn’t even like, she wouldn’t let my bridesmaid help me, and she wouldn’t let me leave the dressing room to pick out my own dresses. My wedding isn’t for a couple of years, and when I told her the date since she had asked, she laughed at me. When she noticed that I had put on my regular clothes and left the dressing room to pick out my own dresses, she seemed very frustrated and flailed her arms up and slammed them down to her sides. While my bridesmaid and I were looking at dresses, the associate came up to me and said that she wanted me to make an appointment because now is not the time to shop for wedding dresses, that it is homecoming season and the teenage girls are who matter right now. She said to book an appointment so I wouldn’t have a bad experience. I used to love going to this store for my homecoming and prom dresses, but she automatically gave me a bad experience by basically telling me I couldn’t even just look at wedding dresses yesterday. Never, ever plan on coming back here again.

The dresses are gorgeous but dont even THINK about trying on unless youre going buy. I was trying on dresses for two separate events (wedding, college formal) and was told I was being inconvenient. I tried one dress on that I could zip myself into and another that was laced in the back and needed help. I decided to try a third dress on and was lectured on being an inconvenience to the staff. I quietly listened while standing half dressed in the dress and simply said, ok Ill just get out of the dress. After my friend bought a dress, the same lady asked if I wanted to book an appointment for the future and I replied no.I couldnt help but notice how much sweeter she was to my friend who bought a dress. Their dresses may have been beautiful but aggressive salesmanship is not how to win a customer.

This is the best place in the area for formal dresses. Theyre expensive, and the dresses normally need taylored, but theyre beautiful dresses and good quality. Highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience here. The lady told me I was too big for the dress I was trying on which fit perfectly. Im a size med/large and had a medium and she went on to tell me that I needed a bigger size. Also I ended up purchasing a dress and couldnt exchange it as I no longer needed it. I never wore it, tag is still on it. Spent 500 on it. And its for my wedding. Very disappointed

My granddaughter and her friens came into the store for a nice dress. The salesperson shamed my granddaughters friend because they did not have a size to fit her. She told her to skip and few meals and it would fit! Really totally unacceptable and a shameful form of bullying. I will never shop here and believe the company owes a large public apogy to the girls. How darw you...

I wish there was a zero star for this place they are racist the worker Melony followed my girls around the whole store not once asking may i help you just trying to intimidate kids so my daughter asked about a dress that was a 1x mind you my daughter is a 13/14 but very very busty so the last proceeds to tell my daughter oh no that wont fit you need a 3x..... Really! So my daughter tries on the 1x which fits and the whole time shes standing right by the dressing room so her friends walks out after zipping up my daughters dress and the lady starts following my daughters friend so she asks her are you following us for a reason.... She replies yes you guys look suspicious and your loitering get out. These girls walked out feeling like crap and why did they look suspicious .... They are black she racially profilied these girls. What kind of company is this? One that only likes a certain race obviously. My daughter is mixed with white and black and this is her very first time feeling like she was treated un fairly because of the color of her skin. I then called the store and all they did was say she wouldnt do that..... Well she did! These are two very sweet 16 year old girls who were raised in nice areas and make straight A s in school not common thugs all this Melony saw was color. What kind of place is this?

If i could rate this a zero, I would. A friend of mine walked in and we were just browsing and trying to get a look for what style of dress we wanted for homecoming. We were going to try on dresses to see what looked good on us until a sales associate came over and started asking us questions which seemed nice as first. Towards the end of our conversation she decided to tell us what sizes we might need. Now I of course know Im no small, but I do wear a large to an XL and my friend is practically a stick. The sales associate decided to let me know since Im more .. womanly ( she stuttered to know how to describe me ) that there is a plus size section. - well thank you for your input on my size..( please get my sarcasm ) But I truly didnt care because I know my size and me and my womanly figure will NOT EVER be shopping here again. Next time, keep your comments to your self because Im one who dresses for my size and not what I think I am.

The customer service was fine, Im just disappointed that you cant exchange (not return) an item within 24 hours. Not to mention the security tag was left on the dress.
