We bought a car from Jeff Schmitt Mazda three weeks ago. Steve was great on the phone describing the car and setting us up with appointment the following day. We drove a long distance and were greeted by Jeff, an amazing sales consultant. From our first look at the car, the test ride and throughout the buying process he was was the perfect match for us. It was not a hard sell because it was just what we wanted, but Jeff was so patient and friendly. I dont think I have ever bought a car and felt so good about the process or more comfortable with the experience and outcome. We were very happy with the condition of the car, we were treated with respect and feel like we were given a fair price. Despite the distance, we will definitely think of these people the next time we need to purchase a vehicle.

Took care of the car appropriately and fixed everything as described. Professional interaction with the employees. I give this particular experience two stars because I was promised a loaner car whenever I dropped my 2021 CX-5 in for maintenance/repairs as part of buying a new car from the dealer. I was unable to get a loaner because they did not have any to give me. Explained it was because of the low car inventory; they had to sell off a lot of their loaners. I understand the dilemma but regardless I should have been taken care of no matter the circumstances; poor customer service.. this does not fall on the shoulders of the employees (they do as they are told) I interacted with but does come with responsibility of the higher-ups. Hopefully this sustains from happening again.

I purchase a used Mustang that had a couple cosmetic damages to a door and mirror. They did a great job getting it repaired. After having the car for a few days, I discovered a problem with the Sync 3 information and navigation screen. Cody was very helpful getting it covered by our warranty and seeing that the Ford dealer got it repaired in a timely manner. We have gotten other vehicles at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac and have always been happy with the service there. The Mazda dealership appears to be equally caring.

I was waited on immediately as I went into the dealership. I stated what I needed done to my vehicle. They said there was coffee and soft drinks if I wanted any in the waiting area.Service was great and the staff was very hospitable. Good experience.

Well when I bought my car a few months ago I wanted remote start. Once I signed the purchase the salesman realized the car didnt have the remote start (he thought it would be through the app but the interface was the older model). He immediately said they would fix the issue. It took so long due to all of the issues with chips lately but they were finally able to get the remote start installed before the cold weather hit. Although I was highly disappointed that the car didnt come with remote start I am happy that they fixed the issue.

We had a fantastic car buying experience from start to finish. Our sales rep Joshua D. was excellent! He was kind and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and not pushy in anyway. He kept in mind our budget and also gave realistic feedback about the differences when we were comparing two vehicle with different trim levels. One vehicle was right in the range of our stated price point and the other vehicle would of been about 5k more--but do able if we liked it. I happened to like the less expensive car more and I appreciate that Joshua didnt just try to sell/push us to the more expensive car, just because. The gentleman on the financing team was also great to work with and the whole process was smooth and streamlined.

I am very pleased with my recent visit to Jeff Schmitt Mazda! The cost of the repair was very competitive. I’d gotten my repair quoted (ac compressor replacement) at several other shops and they were by far the best price. I dealt with Jacob White and Cody and I was quite impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The shop even got my work done earlier than expected! I will be using Jeff Schmitt Mazda again!

A long story short...Im from Indiana and Jeff Schmitt Mazda had the car I wanted. Conducting business from out of state isnt always easy, but my sales rep, Quincy, was awesome! He was very accessible and made the buying experience easy. My story takes a turn...to no fault of the dealership, upon returning to Indiana, the car developed a clutch issue that rendered the car virtually undrivable. I got back in contact with Quincy and, subsequently, his sales manager, Austin, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience in a tough situation. I took it to two different mechanics to diagnose the issue and was finally able to get the car back on the road. Jeff Schmitt Mazda stepped up HUGE to do everything they could to make it right. Its not easy to find a used car dealer with integrity, but I found one. I highly recommend their team! They were honest, trustworthy, and helpful, every step of the way.

Lets start with the loaner car representative. The rep pointed me towards the loaner and went back inside. I saw one of the lot attendees and asked him to familiarize me with the key fob including the emergency key in the fob. When I left the lot, I remembered that my phone isnt paired to the car. That would have been helpful.When checking status on my car, I quickly learned that ONLY your service tech can offer you a response.Finally, the loaner car drives nicely. Great gas mileage.

As of today I wouldnt recommend Jeff Schmitt mazda, thier service department will not own up to meesing my rims up on my brand new car. They said I ran into something or someone hit it, nope its on the inside the mechanic dropped it. He also scrapped my new $1000 rims I ordered from Mazda and had them put on, so thats 2 rims they messed up. They wont do anything about. My family has bought 3 mazda cx5 in the last 2 years from them, 2 in the last 5 months, and we were planning another one next year Not now. 😡

The service performed today went without a hitch.The tech dept. concierge was knowledgeable, polite/respectful.The counter person in the payment dept. was very friendly.The lobby area had nice wifi bandwidth and the lobby, even with the building under re-construction, was comfortable, with all the niceties.And, I was out in less than 90 minutes.My only dig is that as a Castrucci client of nearly 6 years, I was unpleasantly informed that the place from where we acquired the Mazda was no longer in our city.One day it was, one day it wasnt. No forewarning, simply an invite to get maintenance done by Jeff Schmitt Mazda.The latter might be nice if heeded by either dealership for use in the future.

Always a great experience with caring professionals. Ive never been made to feel more appreciated as a customer and more importantly, like my time is their own. Ive also had no issues with scheduling (or rescheduling at the last minute) and theyve gone above and beyond to keep me informed about the needs of my vehicle without coming off as salesmen. Mike has been my service advisor for the last 3 years and its like being greeted by an old friend everytime I call for service or any other concern. When he recommends something for my vehicle, Im confident its simply because he knows its an issue to address and not to sell me unnecessary work. 👍👍👍

Chris was very nice, not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable, and very patient with my wifes big eyes for every car color and loving it ways. He helped at making the best deal, for all intentional purposes. We could have maybe gotten just a smidge better, but was a very fair deal. We both gave in a little, to get what made my wife happy. Was a very pleasant experience. This is our first Mazda purchase, and dealings with affiliation.

Had been to another dealer and spent a half an hour and no one spoke to me. I had only been on the Mazda lot a couple of minutes and Abel came up and asked if I needed help. Was very kind and considerate. Took me into the showroom to look at the 3 vehicles I was interested in. Gave me great advice and I picked one. He let me drive one and I loved it and bought it right after test drive. I have had my CX-5 for about a month now. I love the car. It is perfect for me. I had a 2010 Mazda 6 for trade-in. Huge thanks to Steve for helping me throughout this process! I was a bit apprehensive at first since I still owed quite a bit on my trade in, but he quickly eased my concerns. He talked with me about my needs and budget, and helped find a car that fit me perfectly. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase, and he treated me as a friend, not just another customer. Had a pretty frustrating experience with the service team. I took my Mazda CX-5 in to get some recalls taken care of, and I also asked them to look at my infotainment system because it was constantly rebooting. Something was clearly wrong with it.The front service guy BARELY glossed over the fact that I would be charged $110 for “diagnostics” to be run along with the free recall fixes. Afterward, they told me that the infotainment system would cost $1300 to repair. Obviously there was something wrong with it - that’s why I took it in! Then, there was no refund issued… Not happy.

Abel Gallagher was AWESOME!! He was very attentive to my car needs/wants and helped me to find the PERFECT car for me!! I wasnt in a huge hurry, so we spent 3 months corresponding about various cars in their inventory until he found THE ONE for me. (He must have the patience of a saint!) He called me at work on Thursday morning, I was at the dealership by 6pm to look at his awesome find and put money down to secure the deal by 7pm. I was unfortunately thrust into car shopping when my previous vehicle skipped time and essentially totaled itself. In my frustration I searched for the most reliable car brands which brought me to Mazda. Upon arriving to this dealership, I met with Jeff (not that Jeff). I could not recommend him enough. He was not the typical hard closer youd come to expect when car shopping. He appeared to be both genuine and sincere. I was very surprised at this level of service. Im not sure how they rake up these 5 star ratings. The service ive received to date has been bad and im kicking myself for purchasing this from them.1) The pre delivery inspection was never done - the sales associate was happy seeing my off and attending the next customer having said nothing2) The enthusiasm in selling the ECP plans were not there in selling the car it was that bad3) Emails / Phone calls is as good as zilchI regret purchasing this car and Im wondering if I should even use their services for servicing the vehicle.

Disappointed doesnt begin to describe my experience at Jeff Schmitt Mazda. I signed/initialed a quote of $589. Within a few hours, I received a call about brakes on CX5. 27k miles and brakes deemed unsafe to drive. How do brakes wear out at 27k!?! I was told additional $475 so Im planning on $1,100 round about. When I pick up my car, the total due is $1,900+. How can a company not tell you the total amount for the work being done? I was so shocked at the total due, I said that cant be right and I stated the prices quoted to me. Codys response was I told you $475 each. When my son contacted them, they said I was told three times the total would be $1,900+. If Id been told $1,900+, why would I be shocked at the amount due?? Unprofessional, untrustworthy and poor customer service...such a sad experience.

Not a good experience. Salesman Jeff was very pushy and wouldn’t let my daughter nor I get a word in. When he found out what year her trade in was, he said that’s not good. Assumed she was upside down and she was not. My daughter and I made them an offer and they countered with a high retail price and said there is no second chance. So, we walked out.We made the same offer to Kings Mazda in Mason, Ohio on same window stickers verbatim, even same color, just different VIN and they accepted. Salesman and GM were awesome. We drove new car home from King’s Mazda in less than 2 1/2 hours. It pays to get away from Beavercreek and Dayton when buying vehicles.Thanks,Dave

I bought my CX-5 at Jeff Schmitt a couple years ago and have been using their service department for routine maintenance since. Today is a perfect example of why I keep going back. They gave me a complimentary vehicle to drive for the day while my car was getting serviced and I accidentally locked the keys in the car. Michael, a service technician, was extremely helpful and coordinated for another technician, Jacob, to meet me nearly 30 minutes away and help get the car unlocked. Both individuals were courteous and understanding and truly happy to help. Can’t thank them enough for making a frustrating situation more manageable. Highly recommend!

I purchased a pre-owned Mazda Cx5 two days ago. The purchase was simple and easy. I left the dealership with the vehicle I wanted in about two hours. Abel and the finance staff were great. There was no pressure to add extra warranties to the deal. They gave me a fair deal on my trade and I had equity to put toward my purchase. I got a vehicle Im 100% happy with at the price range I wanted. This is the third vehicle Ive purchased from this dealership and have been satisfied with all three deals. The staff at Jeff Schmitt are great. They make you feel welcome. On top of purchasing my vehicles there I also have them serviced there. The service department is absolutely wonderful. My Mazda dealer closed and overall I just was not having a great day when I arrived yesterday. Went in for an oil change only. Was told that the price included a tire rotation. I get my tires rotated where I buy my tires for free. Told the service rep not to rotate the tires. Got charged for an oil change and tire rotation. Never had that happen before and i have been getting my car serviced at Jeff Schmitt since Ive owned it. I wont be going back.

My wife and i were looking to purchase a 2017 BMW X3 from Jeff Schmitt Mazda they were advertising. I called to setup an appointment for 3pm and asked to confirm that the vehicle was there. They person I was talking to said it was there. My wife and I traveled from Cincinnati to Jeff Schmitt Mazda to the vehicle location. Once we reached the location we were informed the vehicle was sent to the shop to repair the rear heated seats. I was a little surprised since no one called me to tell me this especially since they had my phone number. The manager told us he would have someone drive the vehicle to us because of the confusing. Unfortunately that never happened. Can someone please explain to me why Jeff Schmitt wasted our time, which is valuable, and gas.

After 25 years with our 96 Miata M-Edition, parts are getting hard to find, so we started looking for a new Miata. Ive used Jeff Schmitt Mazdas parts and repair departments in the past for our 96, and was happy with that service, so we went to them to learn more about 25 years of development. Jason was patient and laid back, answering our questions, and accompanying me on a test drive. He worked with us to get the options we wanted (some of them pretty rare like Alcantara interior panels, but he ordered them for us). He didnt push Mazda financing, but when he realized they could offer better terms than USAA, he let us know, and we wound up going with the Mazda financing. Im now driving a new 2021 Miata to work while the 96 is in the shop waiting for a power steering pump. I was hesitant to go back into a dealership after such a long gap, but Jason and Jeff Schmitt Mazda made the experience straightforward and relaxed.

Simple, easy buying experience. Saw it, test drove it, and bought it. A no hassle experience continues as my family has purchased numerous vehicles from the Jeff Schmitt dealerships. My salesperson Matt Roseberry and finance specialist Patrick Cade continue to amaze me with each transaction. I would definitely recommend these guys and dealership if you are shopping for a vehicle.
