Ive been going back and forth on winter coats for a couple months now, especially with my not wanting to shop in-person unnecessarily with everything going on. I called and the manager, Sarah, and I had a great conversation not only about coats, but just making it through this world right now. She suggested low-traffic times to come in and try coats on so I could make the best decision. When I decided on my coat, she let me know of a great discount going on and I ended up getting an amazing coat for a great price. Besides the low cost of the coat, Sarah was just so great with helping me out and being authentically friendly. I left in a great mood and felt like someone cared. Thank you, Sarah.

I would not recommend, nor will I EVER return to this location. The manager Sarah should be fired and is extremely unpleasant, when asking for her employee number or name she refused so I couldn’t report her to corporate, luckily the receipt had her name. I have reported her, this is not the first unpleasant trip. I unfortunately will no longer support Eddie Bauer or endorse their brand.

Staff was very friendly and the quality of product was top notch! They have all of your outdoor essentials. This is a smaller store so keep in mind you may need to order online. Was impressed with the stock they had available!Definitely worth a look if youre in the area

Returned a mens parka after I had it for 8 years. I really loved the parka. It was well made but after 8 years the material on this sleeves split open. Sarah provided excellent customer service and exchanged the parka for another one under the lifetime warranty. The replacement parka I wanted was sold out in their store location and on the internet web site. So Sarah searched all locations in the country for the one I wanted and found the only one left in a New York location. She made all the arrangements to have the replacement parka delivered to my home in Ohio. I was so impressed with her attitude to go the extra mile to take care of me. Too often today you just dont get this type of customer service. She is to be commended as well as Eddie Bauer company for providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Eddie Bauer has earned my business by providing well made products that they stand behind.

Never received my order and called to ask for a refund and a replacement. They said they would give me a refund but for the replacement I would be charged again. So for a week I would be shorted $406 for an item I never received and wouldn’t be guaranteed to receive the second time either.

Stopped by because of a sale flyer I received in my email. The lady that helped us was great. I found a rain jacket I wanted but they didnt have the color I wanted in my size. The lady ordered it for me right there in the store and had shipped to my house, free shipping and still at the sale price! The coat arrived in a couple of days, exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

I like the stuff but the staff were total idiots. The one clerk made us wait ten minutes for her to log inventory into the database while a line was building before she would check us out (I am not exaggerating). Then she forgot to take the security tag off, making us have to go back to the store. No one helped us while we were looking around either. In the past, I found the staff to be much better.

What can be done when a store is busy? Perhaps these clerks need to arrange a number on a tag system !! Why cause no one greets or helps you when you come in and they pay NO ATTENTION to whom has waited. Clerks were all at counter checking folks out today. I patiently wait 10 minutes .... really 20 whole minutes! One clerk said she will be ‘right with me’ yet walks away with customer and then out of sight? To storeroom. But that still leaves 2 clerks at counter!! The one whose back is to me does not look around nor call out ‘who is next’ but waves in a newly arrived customer!!! Really???!!!!!

I visited on Christmas Eve and found great prices and shelves that were still stocked. Even better, this location carries mens sizes in tall, making it a go to place for my 6+ ft tal husband and son!

The store is small but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I lost a diamond earring there and called the next day and they had it. Not only did they kindly send it to me but they sent me a thank you note for shopping there! This place deserves your business.
