Very nice! Great selection and had a small cafe inside. Lots of unique board games, too. We got a replica version of the game of life with the original design (based on the 1960s game)! Also some very cute Bob Ross magnets

The customer service rep, I believe his name was Aaron, was extremely helpful on the phone. He held 2 books for me and then when I got there to pick them up he not only remembered speaking to me but also explained to my son and his gf the pros about the edition of the book we purchased. Excellent customer service. You guys should give that man a raise because that kind of service is rare these days!

My daughter absolutely loved the book store. She said she could spend hours in there.

Love this place, the selection is fantastic. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Couldnt find the Invincible Compendium #1 and one of the staff went and got it out of the back for me, also helped me look for and reserve a couple other books. Its a little pricey sometimes but you get what you pay for. The savings they offer with their membership card are really good. 10% off everything is great and leads to me spending entirely too much on books.

This Barnes and Nobles always has a great selection of books and fantastic customer service. If they dont have a book in stock they are very helpful with finding options to ship to you or get it in store. This store also has a Starbucks inside.

I have always had a wonderful experience when I come here! The staff is always super helpful and nice, and on the few occasions Ive asked for suggestions, they always give me something I end up enjoying. Its worth spending a bit more on books here because of the service and the availability. This location also has a Starbucks and you can take books into the Cafe to flip through to see if youre invested in them. The only thing I wish was different was the organization of books -- sometimes books that you expect to be in YA are in romance and vice versa.

I have always loved Barnes and Noble and particularly this location. But I went in after Covid restrictions were lifted recently. I was very saddened to see that the adult fantasy section has been reduced to one quarter (barely) of the back wall. This is very sad when it is a time that this genre is booming with interest in both older entries into the genre as well as fantastic new entries. Since it is my main reading genre, I guess I will be going elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place. They have so many options for books. They have a very nice Starbucks there too. Also a nice kids area. Its also very calming in there. Absolutely recommend coming here for books, or to just relax.

They had a good selection, the staff was nice. Did take a minute at the register where there was two people then they both left but one did some back to help us.

Step back in time by going to a real bookstore. Very clean and quiet. Always like looking around at different books. Im a little old school and like to have the books in my hand.

Absolutely love Barnes & Noble. Great selection of books. They have categories to suit everyone. Layout is pretty self explanatory with every aisle labeled. They also have a nice selection of childrens games and also adult board games. Staff is always super friendly and the employees wore their masks properly. Great place to relax and find your next book.

Very cozy place to shop with a wide variety of books and items for sale. Also there is a Starbucks there to get your favorite Starbucks items, Childrens books are available and also some figures or toys like Harry Potter Merchandise and IT Merchandise with games like monopoly and Funko Pops also. Friendly service the person working the cash register on September 22 2019 was a very friendly and smiling person. I felt cozy and wanted there. I will go back there even if it is just to browse around. Thats how much I liked this store. Go and get your books at Barnes & Noble and get rid of your stress today. I placed an online order but one item was not available in store at time of purchase, so when I arrived to pick up my order the item was missing. Tony went above and beyond to call another local store to see if they had the item in stock for me! Excellent customer service, even with the day-after-Christmas busyness.

What I THOUGHT would be a quick in and out trip turned into a 45 minute waste of time of service. I knew exactly what I was looking for, took me all of 5 minutes to find it and head to the check out. Once at the check out my boyfriend and I waited 10 minutes with no one around so I decided they were busy Id do to the cafe while he checked out. Another 10 minutes pass and I get to the cafe desk (with one person in front of me) and my boyfriend joins me as he just paid but since I was already ordering I figured Id finish. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our drinks. Mine had to have been made with old coffee (iced beverage) and my bfs coffee was cold. We asked for cream and the only employee didnt know where it was nor could be find another employee for helping when we decided to just leave we walk out of the cafe area 2 feet and are approached by what I assume was the manager stating we cant have those drinks on the sales floor. With my bag in hand heading to the door I explained we were leaving and she had an attitude about it. Where was she when she was actually needed? Worst experience ever!

This store is clean and well organized. They offer so much in the way of books. But they also offer a variety of items such as games, puzzles, collectibles, LEGO and more! I was able to get 2 puzzles because they were having a sale. The check out staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming here to check out the newest books and puzzles.

I had a horrible experience at the Beavercreek, Ohio location on Friday, September 18. The staff was more interested in talking amongst themselves than selling books. This is the first time I’ve had such an experience at any B&N location. In an age where it’s actually cheaper to buy most books online, I would think stores would be more grateful for sales.

Ive been going to Barnes and Noble ever since I was a toddler. I remember when I would play with the Thomas the Train set while my parents walked around. The store is huge. There is a large childrens area in the back, a teen area, a education section and a history/biography/religion area. The Starbucks inside is great, the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The rewards membership program is very handy, youre able to save a lot of money by being a part of it. Definitely recommend going here if your wanting to relax and read a good book.

Barnes and Noble is a great place if your looking for a book or a certain periodical.(Magazine and such) Or you could just go in and browse their wide selection of books, and if you should become thirsty on your trek there is a nice Starbucks Coffee inside there also. When I was in they also had a nice selection of small stuffed animals and games.So if your in the area and want to take a look around Barnes and Noble is a nice start

Great selection

One of the last of the chain book stores in the area which shows that the cream does rise to the top. They have a very diverse selection of current magazines as well as a great selection of novels, reference, and non fiction. Their cafe is a great place to enjoy your new purchase with a latte and scone.

Smells wonderful, but everything is overpriced. I love how this store smells, its clean and organized, and theres helpful staff. However, Im used to shopping online, where my money goes MUCH further. A new, bestselling hardback was about $25 here, but $12 on amazon. I see why theres not many bookstores left, I sure cant afford to shop at them. Ill be sticking to used bookstores and online sales.

We became members because we can now buy easily online without any shipping fees and either have it sent to or pick up at the store. Ive been in this store a couple of times, and every time I hated the experience. Theres hardly ever any employees around to help you and from what I witnessed one time theyre too incompetent to even help. I have to say the worst part is having to go through hundreds of questions to check out. Are you a member? no, do you want to sign up? no, oh but wait heres what youre missing out on. Still no. Would you like to sign up for a free magazine subscription? No. I just wanted one book and your Gamestop like nagging just completely made me want to never come back. The only reason I give it two stars is because the cafe employees are nice and friendly.

Ordered a book given a call to let me know it was in. Came in payed for it and left. No issues

Good place to hold a book

This was my second trip to Barnes and Noble since they re-opened for walk-ins.Still no updated magazine selection in the English modeling magazine area.No C.J. Box. Not much reason to make the trip again, since I can just order it online.

I can order from here to ship out. It has a snack place inside, starbucks I think. Comfy places to read. I can make returns and get refunds here. The accessibility is a bit tricky though.

What can I say? Been buying books and Nooks from them since the 80s when they used to mail out that fabulous, thick, newspaper-like advertising. Book stores are a special place. Ill tell you a secret; like to go there on a lunch break. Quiet, peaceful time away from work.

I love Barnes and Noble. Go there every year to get my calendar, after the New Year since they have them 1/2 off. Always find what i want. I buy my grandkids books there also cause you can find almost anything you need

This is a great Barnes and Noble! The store is large and they use the space well - tons of merchandise but still enough room to move around comfortably. I love just going and browsing books (so much easier to do in person than on-line) and I always find a lot of new things to check out. They have a good selection of fun board games and the best selection of magazines I know of period. They store is always very clean and the staff is very helpful. There is a Starbucks inside with a lot of seating so thats nice, too. I feel like I can always find some interesting gifts here, as well.

I found classics that I read as a child, for my granddaughters collection. The Boxcar Children, Huckleberry Finn and Moby Dick. I spent more time here than I planned, simply because I was in awe of the selection of books and games! Highly recommended!
