I needed a new set of Beats and Target had them as cheap as anyone. The website said they had 2 in stock, which was helpful, of the color and model I wanted, so I was able to purchase it online (it was late at night) for an in-store pick up the next day. The next morning, I got an email notification right at 8 AM when the store opens that my item was ready for pick up. Everything was timely, efficient, and the employees were polite.
I would highly recommend Targets pickup service. It is the fastest and most efficient in-store pickup that Ive experienced and they seem to maintain a better selection than most other retail stores in their category.
I’m a regular that shops at this store and it seems that every time i go in i always notice an employee (seems to be a manager always has a clipboard for some reason) and i over hear conversations he has with his employees and it’s not right. It’s like every time i go to check out, he’s being rude to an employee. He’s never been rude with me but it’s clear you can tell it’s an act. Treat your employees better!!
They had an item I needed as I had been looking for it. When I went into the store an associate was not only helpful but went out of her way to help me find it. I have looked on amazon, walmart, hobbylobby, and could not find this special tape I need for some magic tricks. The associate name was Jennifer R., So nice she helped me find what I was looking for. I explained what I needed and she looked it up on her phone and proceeded to different areas in the store. People like her are hard to find in any store. I hope this message gets to her that she is really appreciated by her customers. She was helping a customer find cleaning supplies and I asked her when she was done with that person if she had a second to help me, thats all it took and wo, we were on our way looking and now I have my special doubled sided tape that cant be found no where else. Thank Jennifer R. for me. This was in the Target at Beavercreek.

Me and my husband met an associate name Euraya for phone line connection. The gentleman was so kind and he had profound knowledge in what he was doing. He took the time to explain us every single detail without any annoyance ( since we didnt get the connection as it didnt suit us). I greatly recommend Euraya for your phone line consultation. I got a very positive impact on Target because of thos experience.

Great environment, one of my favorite places to shop at, specifically the Beavercreek, OH location. The employees and management team are great with helping me with any questions, I have and are very knowledgeable about products. I want to specifically give praise to David one of the managers at that store, he is the reason I continue to drive 20 mins away from my store to shop their, just all around great manager and leader for the Target Company. More stores need to have managers like him. Great Place to Shop.

I enjoy the floor plan of this store. The beauty section is very well maintained and the young girls section seems to carry larger (plus) sizes that are hard to find.
Ive been shopping at Target since the 1960s. I like what they carry, they carry most anything I need at a fair price and the employees have always been knowledgeable and willing to assist me in fulfilling what I came to buy.
Customer service was lacking. We went to Starbucks when we went in, we were informed we cant walk through the store with drinks or food, and mind you we have 2 kids with us. Came in for a car seat ans games. There was a gentleman who asked if we needed help, at the time we didnt, so we said no. Then I went looking for someone to help once the problem arose, and was informed theres someone up at rhe front of the store to help and we were in the back of the store. No customer service, 2 employees standing around gossiping and not asking if anyone needs help. You charge too much for such poor customer service. I will never return to this one ever again.
I had a return product and they were very rude, I bought a $70 game and it didn’t work and they said we can’t take it back, as customers we should be able to get our money back for what we pay… THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMERS WE ARE, we ask for what we want…
Customer service was great this evening (although my target visits usually dont involve bad service). Employee was extremely friendly and had perfect manners. Even my 12 year old commented on how nice he was on the way to the car. We havent gone to many stores recently under the circumstances so it was nice to have someone put a smile on your face just because of their customer service....and even under a mask. ;)
They had exactly what I was looking for and great prices and clarence items.

If you scalp trading cards. This is a great place to come sleep in your car, then when the door opens at 8 the staff will let you jump to the front of the line.

Beware of Target gathering un-needed information on you for their own data using and selling activities if you just want a 4 pack of beer. They scan your driver license and gather all kinds of information for no no real reason than getting your personal data. DO NOT BUY ANY BEER AT TARGET unless you want to share more info than at ANY other store. Sad that Target is that sneaking finding another way to get your info. Going to Kroger or Walmart for those items where they respect your privacy.

Very clean, nice facility. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, & helpful. The store is well lit with a good selection of merchandise. I am a recurring customer. If you are able to, I suggest you join the Red Card program.
Love this location! Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. If they don’t know something, they at least try to find the answer. Their “drive up” team for store pick up is amazing. Raining, snow or shine they always come out smiling with my items. For the most part the store is always clean and organized.
They have a great staff. My son became ill inside the store and one of the managers gave him a bottle of water and bag. I know this sounds like a strange review but the staff at the store is great. Have had good customer service in previous visits.
I love this Target store so much. I try to fill out the surveys they email me sometimes after I shop there. My last two experiences there have been absolutely exceptional. A wonderful gentleman named Adam greeted us and chatted with my moody toddler for a minute. She had just had a meltdown at a previous store and people talking to her always makes her feel special when we go shopping. He has the perfect upbeat personality for any customer service position. The most recent visit, I went to get a swing for my baby. The swing I wanted, I couldn’t find on the floor, but the app said they had it in stock. A very helpful woman named Charity came over, looked through the ones on the floor, scanned it, and went all the way to the back to bring me one, even carrying it all through the store. She was so polite and helpful. This store seems to keep some really great employees around and I hope they get all of the notice and recognition they deserve.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I just left a cart full of merchandise in the clothing section and walked out. Was in line for 15 minutes and they eventually close the line and everyone behind me hops into another line with no regards to how long people have been waiting. Plenty of employees standing around and only one register open at a time. I rarely come here but needed some household things (Coffee maker, microwave, towels, etc.). I found everything fine and was excited about the merchandise but Im not going to give money to a company that not only doesnt respect my time (one register at a time), but blatantly turns a blind eye to the chaos in their check out lines.
I knew my order would be ready in a timely manner and done correctly.
Clean and Starbucks is never a wait! Love this location!

I adore Target and love almost everything there. They have a dollar section once you walk into the store and they have little trinkets and small stuff for around the house, or something that you can fit in your room. Every time I go to Target, I always look at the dollar section first.
While shopping today with my 5 month old, this VERY NICE woman who was working in the baby section helped me carry my items to the cash register and then helped carry those items to my car !!!!! So so soooo nice of her !!!! I wish I got her name. She had short hair and tattoos.You really made my day.Thank you :)
Inventory was delivered to the store and was immediately taken by employees and hidden for purchase & resale. I know this because the employee(s) in question literally said Call [Persons name omitted] and tell them they came in. I hid them so were good. The employees then began talking about how much money they would make reselling the items. I asked if a certain item came in on the truck, one I saw numerous of where they had hidden them when one employee was showing the other. I was told Oh, those sold out pretty quick this morning. This was 15-20 minutes after they had opened and I had been there the entire time. The employees, I feel, are taking advantage of the pandemic for profit. They should be ashamed, unemployed, and possibly charged with profiteering.
Unfortunately have not experienced great customer service here.Associates seem to be bothered by any sort of inquiry.

I needed to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy. While I love Target, the pharmacist was overwhelmed and severely undermanned - there was a line and she was filling prescriptions, answering the phone, checking people out. She kept a great attitude and was pleasant the entire time. But the wait, the line, and the lack of service was unacceptable and I cant recommend anyone go to Target for prescription services.
This is my go-to store! The staff are friendly and very helpful. I shopped there on Black Friday and was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the store. They had what I would call a “super fast” checkout considering how many people were there.I will be shopping here again and again!
I love shopping at Target! I love the selection I find from Kids clothing to Home Decor. I travel from Springfield to Beavercreek for the deals. Its about a 20 - 30 minute drive but so worth it.
For many reasons, Ive always enjoyed visiting Target but was unpleasantly surprised on my last visit 23 July 2020.After filling our cart with nearly $200 worth of items we headed to the POS to find that only two lanes were open, and the self checkout registers had a long line. After waiting in one line for at least five minutes without budging, I asked the nearby associate supervising the self checkout if she could possibly ask to have another lane open. When she replied, Im not a manager and started to turn back to her task I clarified my request by asking if she could possibly relay my request to someone.We were still standing in the exact same spot, but with more people behind us, when the manager approached. When I repeated my request, Katie indicated that there were only two associates working. I conveyed my surprise that so few lanes would be available for such a large store but she said it had always worked in the past.Although I appreciated what I thought thought to be Katies candor, honesty and simultaneous admission of her poor scheduling skills, the fact that she didnt even acknowledge the inconvenience was a huge mistake! Worse, as Katie walked away (at a rate faster than shed approached) she ducked her head down close to the associate to whom Id spoken and muttered something. Clearly, not the Have a nice day, please come back that she didnt insincerely toss to either of us.After reaching the POS I was delighted to return the associates cheerful greeting and remarked that she had an exceptionally great attitude for someone who was being so overworked. While never missing beat in regard to scanning and bagging items she indicated that (1) she was pulled from her post at the Customer Service desk to work this POS; (2) that shed been moved to cover for two other associates in the building who were on simultaneous breaks, (3) that it was always this way, and that (4) it would be helpful if I complained!I assured her that had already been my intention and that Id like to have the name of the manager who had helped me as Katie/Katey had not been wearing a name badge.A quick glance around confirmed that nothing had change--only two main lanes were open; one associate watched over the self checkout, and two more employees stood in the nearly abandoned customer service area. Katie had long since slipped away, choosing not to step in herself to facilitate getting customers out of the store in a more efficient manner.Weve always enjoyed friendly, helpful and cheerful Target associates and this experience was no different; despite the disrespectful manner in which Katie treated her employees via the work load. I can only conclude that when/if they try to register a concern or complain with Katie they are greeted with complete distain or disregard. Even if my suspicion in that regard is incorrect, Im well aware of the fact that associates frequently take the brunt of customers frustration due to bad decisions made by the Katies of the world. Putting hard working associates deliberately in the path of anger and frustration is always and utterly unacceptable!Are you listening corporate?Did you hear how Katies disrespectful attitude and horrible decision-making skills reflected poorly on your brand?Did you hear how her disrespectful attitude and horrible decision-making skills adversely affected this person with an orthopaedic handicap shopping experience?Did you hear how Katies disrespectful attitude and horrible decision-making skills made me feel so badly about the misuse of employees that I concluded that I should order even more items via Amazon prime?Ive long held the belief that I change can not occur when/if people in charge are unaware of that such a concern exists. Employees are extremely rude regarding new hours for closing (COVID). Actively forcing people to the front of the store just to wait in line for another 10 minutes. Completely inappropriate, extremely rude. Not all people can make it to the store within the middle of your hours of operation...

It was so convenient. I had three kids in the car and it was awesome not having to drag them out just to come in for the two items. I received my items in a timely manner and the associate was pleasant. I love this option!
I enjoy Target because of the nice selections and delightful gifts I can purchase for my fellow peers. I always tend to love target because of how well groomed the people and the store are as a whole. But I sadly have to say my local Target is not meeting these standards I enjoy so much for my experience. The second I walk up the trashcans are always and I mean always overflowing. It saddens me to see garbage overflowing and onto the streets, I would absolutely suggest to the workers to clean up those trashcans! That would put a smile on my face as I walk into the store I love oh so much. I also cant forget to include that the ladies restroom is not meeting standards. I hate to keep bashing this wonderful store but the restrooms are always dirty. My family is annoyed and would use the restrooms if they were kept up. Im sure you understand where Im coming from. Thank You from this honest fan, the workers are great here but the cleaning needs some fixing. If this happens i would absolutely change my 4 Stars to 5 Stars.

This Target is always clean throughout. Its busier than some, so expect a short wait to checkout. The Starbucks is stuffed into a corner and, honestly, after a few times, we just stopped getting coffee here as the drinks were not prepared correctly. Everything else pertaining to Target is pretty good.
Dont come for jeans. They dont carry anything in Long, and the womens jeans only come in Skinny or Curvy Skinny.Otherwise, its Target. They have what Target has.
II went to Target and Walmart on the same day. I could not get out of Walmart fast enough. It feels dirty, the stuff feels cheap, etc. I go to Target and then browse around for an hour. They have roughly the same toys... the same departments... but everything about shopping at Target feels good. Its clean, its bright, its displayed beautifully-- all of that matters.

I love Target, always have. I will say that I bought 2 pieces of pumpkin bread at Starbucks and they didnt give me a bag. I had to carry them around the store. Awkward.
I placed my order online for order pick-up. I walked up to the counter which combined serves returns, exchanges, order pick-up, and registry. There was one employee working the line and I was second in line but waited 15 minutes before I was served. Rather than calling for an associate to assist him he just continued to help the previous customer. I could have gone inside shop for my groceries and paid for them at the checkout faster than doing order pick-up. It was supposed to be more convenient and save time but it was not.
Products were picked over. Stocking carts sitting blocking multiple aisles. Employees wearing masks with political statements. I dont care your political belief, but at work is not the place to push it in others. Shame on management for allowing this.
I’ve always been a Target fan and this location certainly delivers the same great product as others I’ve visited. And when I went last night, I was reminded of why I love this place so much.First, right near the front entrance was a special holiday display of easy gifts for everyone. Front and center were knee-high slippers that I absolutely needed. I’d been looking for a pair like this ever since it got cold a month ago. But all the slippers I found were well over $20 and I just wasn’t prepared for that kind of commitment. THESE slippers were only $10. They were absolutely cute and came in four different colors - dark blue, black, light blue and red. I went with red and put them on the second I got back home - so warm!! They’re lobes the some of the thickest, fluffiest polar fleece I’ve ever felt. It’s like having blankets around my feet.Second, I needed to pick up some eggs. They sell an 1.5 dozen for 89 cents! Woah!!Third, friendly service.

First off, no other brick-and-mortar store other than Target had the items I wanted. Ordering the item for pickup was quick, easy, I COULD USE PAYPAL!!, and even on the Sunday before Christmas, all I had to do is zip into the store, walk a few feet to the pickup counter and ta da! the staff got my order for me in no time!
Fast and easy. So much better than last time. I love the bag it was in and nothing damaged. Perfect!

I made my purchase online in order to not have to wait in line but your online pickup is combined with the return line so it took longer then it took for me to go through the self scan line... your system is not efficient....

The item I bought was the best price. However, when I arrived at the pick-up desk no one was working at the desk so I asked the person at customer service if I had to go into her line for a pickup. She said yes and I was slightly agitated because there were already 5 people in her line. My first thought was, why order a pick up when I will be waiting in a long line, this is one problem of many brick and mortar stores, not responsive to customer needs. Fortunately, another person, noticing the line came over and first asked if anyone standing in line was there for a store pickup. Hallelujah!!

I ordered an item online. Then the item was taken out of my cart because it was out if stock online. So I choose the store pick up option. I finished my order and paid. Got my email stating my item was being processed and would be ready for pick up soon. I then get an email HOURS later saying they are now out of stock! After I paid and finished my order. This is an item that is now on back order and was a Christmas present for my little girl. There are other stores that have it but are too far from where I live. I am extremely upset that target would do this after I already paid and for it to be hours later. Just not good business.
Generally a nice store BUT on Saturday morning at 11:00 am, only ONE cashier working and a line of four customers with many items. Several employees standing around and a snotty manager who told us we could use the self-checkout instead for our cartful of merchandise. Remind anyone of the start of Sears’ decline?
The girl at Starbucks was a pro--handled 5 orders at once and remembered everything I asked. There were also long lines at the registers due to the holiday season, but the staff was organized and the line moved quickly! This store has great household, pet, and dry food items, but a limited produce/dairy section.

Let me just say I can not express how thankful I am for the staff this morning!!! Not only did they hunt down the doll house I was looking for, they kept me in the loop every 5 mins of an update. It was ready for pick up same day..2 hours later actually. I like this sevice cause I got my jeans on sale on line but they were not on sale in store so it saved me money.
The customer service for the products I ordered was efficient and courteous.
The staff is nice and very helpful but the store its self, especially clothing isnt very organized. The fitting rooms always have clothes in them, theres always carts with put back clothing in them. Ive been to a couple other targets in the area and theyre more organized and cleaner- in the sense of items in their places.
The guy who checked me out was super helpful and patient. There were 2 clearance clothing items i had with no tags and he was able to find prices quickly even tho one item presented a few obstacles in his search.
The associate Tony was a phenomenal help in assisting me with transporting my deep freezer to the car.
I can almost always find what I need at a reasonable price at Target.

Stay away during the holidays. The store is usually good and check out is fairly quick but during Nov and Dec its a different story. Expect to wait in a long line to check out during most times of the day.

Department store with a decent selection. Quality and prices are higher than WalMart but not enough to break the bank. Departments cover most topics to include clothing, electronics, grocery, kitchen and bath, cosmetics, etc. No pets are sold, but they do have a limited pet supply section. No state liquor store but a decent selection of inexpensive wine and gas station liquors.
