Even though I had arrived an hour before their closing, the owner said hed take care of the replacement which required him to work past closing. I took my older Nissan there for a minor repair. The mechanics were knowledgeable and quick, fixing my car for less money and time than they quoted. The shop and waiting area were both clean and well kept. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I have already told friends that I will definitely go back to Muffler Brothers Beavercreek when I need another vehicle service.

We took our Focus there because the rear driver’s side window would not stay up. The guys at Muffler Bros took it apart. They got the window all the way up and it stayed up and they couldn’t replicate the problem, so they didn’t charge us anything!!!!

Ive been coming here for the last five years and WOULDNT go anywhere else. The staff are super nice and helpful. They will tell you whats wrong and what needs to be done without the BS over selling. They have worked on all three of my cars and Im very happy with everything they do.

After being tired of paying the high prices at the dealership fro simple repairs on my Mercedes I brought my car to Dave and his crew not only addressed all my needs but did it in a very short amount of time. They were able to do everything I need to have done from changing head lamps to changing oil.I will definitely take my car back again every time I need service.

I took my charger RT there to have a suitcase muffler taken out and straight piped to the resonators. He said he would do it under the table for $120. I was pretty happy with that. About six months later I had an exhaust leak. I took it there and they said the seal on on one of my flex pipes was bad. He told me $280 but then agreed to $250(like he was doing me a favor. ) He said if it was cash we could do it so there will be no taxes. Im not an idiot, so I took it somewhere else to get a quote from them. Midas told me the same thing ...it was the flex pipe.. they would do it for $130 with paperwork. Muffler Brothers has left a bad taste and I thought I got a good deal the first time and a horrible deal the second. Be weary. Pretty big difference $130 compared to $250.

These guys fixed a cracked exhaust that another well-rated Fairborn shop would not touch. Did it quickly, for a reasonable price and let me watch and explained what he was doing as he went. Good as new!

Avoid at all cost. Got quoted one price on the phone, then came in and got a different (and much higher) quote. $700 for labor replacing 4 struts and strut mounts is Outrageous (DIY would not even take that long). This is not the first time they do something like this. If its the same price as dealers and other better shops, why would I come here?

Great experience with Beavercreek Muffler brothers. Thought I might have had a catalytic converter go bad due to the location of a loud exhaust leak. Which is a many $100s of dollars repair. Muffler brothers found a bad section of exhaust pipe about a foot long. Repair to weld in a replacement pipe took less than 1 hour and was $65.00. Everything back to normal. Appreciate their honest appraisal of what was wrong. Highly recommend. Thanks Dave!

I have used Dave and his staff at the Beavercreek Muffler Brothers several times now. They are always professional, honest, quick and helpful. I dont know where I would do better!

My husband took his car there because the muffler was sagging. This place quoted a $98 + tax job. Thinking this was excessive for what had to be done, I told my husband to tell him that was way too much. I told him to take his car just down the street to Monro. He grumbled but did. The cost at Monro? $00.00.NOTHING! The nice gentleman said he couldnt charge him because all the car needed was a couple of bolts!I used to take my car to Muffler Brothers for oil changes, but since they tried to rob us of $100 for replacing a bolt that had fallen out, there is no way I will ever go back. Oh, the car is good as new!

WARNING...Stay away from this business. The owner will rip you off, lie to you and he will cheat you out of your hard working money!!!!! Took my vehicle in for a noise that had become more frequent. He stated it was my alternator. I took him for his word and he replaced my alternator....I paid him for his work and had to return 4 days later because my vehicle continued making the same noise. Turns out it was my radiator cooling fans. He replaced the fans, I paid him for that too, and went home....the next day, i noticed my coolant and transmission fluid leaking. When he replaced the fans he damaged my low coolant sensor, radiator and transmission cooler line fitting, both were leaking. Called him and he agreed none of that was leaking prior to me returning my vehicle to him. Called him back and I asked him what he could do for me to fix it and he wanted to charge me an additional $377.00 for a new radiator for the damage that he caused. First of all, he misdiagnosed the problem to begin with, the noise wasnt coming from my alternator....the problem was the radiator cooling fans. Then he caused extra damage while replacing the fans. I had the damage he caused to my vehicle repaired by a more reputable and honest business and I will NEVER take my vehicle there again! You all have been WARNED!

So I am one of those guys that thinks I can fix anything myself. I needed a new starter on my car so I went and bought one. I went to put it on myself and realized I was in way over my head. I went to Muffler Brothers to ask for some help and I was treated so great. I expected to be treated like an idiot for trying it myself but these guys were as cool as could be. They put my starter on at a very fair price and even fixed a steering issue I ddint know I had at no extra charge. I would suggest these guys to anyone looking for car repairs.

If I could give 10 stars I would. There are far too many shops out there that low-ball the quote to get your business and then jack up the price when you go to pick up your keys... Not so with these guys. In fact, Im shocked to say that for the first time in my life I actually had the opposite experience! After the timely and professional completion of an exhaust repair on my old Chevy, Muffler Bros handed me an invoice several hundred dollars lower than the original quote. Came here with an exaust repair and got told I had the wronge parts. Asked them to just bend a new pipe than and I would pay for it. They told me no can do we dont do that (yet they call them selves a muffler shop). Went to another muffle brothers and sure enough I had the right parts all along. It was very apparent that the guys there just didnt want the work.

We were crossing a familiar parking lot with a couple of snow bars. I thought I could cross the one without trouble, and ended up with some terrible roaring. I called my dealership for help, and they directed me here.Very nice guys (btw, the shop is heated with a wood stove! Reminds me of my grandpas smokehouse!) They had me back on the road in an hour, the noise is completely gone and Ive learned my lesson - no more plowing through the snow, no matter how inviting it looks.

Appeared to have zero interest in helping, even though it was only 10:30am on a Saturday. Wanted me to leave my truck till Monday to diagnose a minor brake issue that took another shop 15 minutes. Just lazy.

Had a stainless steel muffler installed roughly a year and a half ago and the piping this shop installed has already rusted and broken off this past week. Also, one of the two pipes exiting the muffler was welded on crooked, sagged and was considerably lower than the drivers side pipe/tip. Go figure, the weld from the sagging pipe/tip also broke! Was quoted that installing this particular flowmaster 80 was a custom job even though the flowmaster followed OEM pipe routing, bogus. Also, I was quoted an outrageous price for this custom job. Lastly, the gentleman working the counter was rude and even refused to take my coupon, which stated, $20 off any exhaust work over $150 or something on the lines of that nature. The only employee that was actually friendly to me was the guy installing my muffler, but he didnt even do that good of job in all honesty considering the muffler and one of the tailpipes has already fallen off. I will never take another vehicle of mine here to get exhaust work.

Horrible service, they wanted $690 for a muffler and $50 to put it on. Took my car to a different place its not even my muffler . It was the y pipe on the exhaust. It was $90 for the repair. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone....

Without a part available, they got my pipe patched and on my way. In and out in less than 45 minutes.
