Grismers seems to be a franchise company with many locations; however, the Beavercreek store feels much more like a local repair shop that serves their customers independently. Matt and the other front line staff are friendly, honest, thorough, communicative, and their technicians have done top notch work on our vehicles for many years. Highly recommended for yours as well.

They were so quick and friendly! I bought a battery from them for someone else to install. It was kind of an emergency situation and they got me in and out very easily and even carried it to my car. Thank you!!

I thought the rep was courteous and kind but that where it ended. I dropped off the tire to have the seal fixed at a 36 dollar estimate. I got one call saying it was going to 46 dollar and after that got 6 calls with the price sky rocketing after that. To fix the seal on a spare tire went from 36 bucks all the way to 184 dollars when they finished. The price would have even been higher if I didn’t call them out about it. They wanted to replace the rim but realized after a bit the tech just didn’t know how to use the shell balancer machine. I know the tpms sensors are expensive but to charge me what they did for just a spare tire repair was extortion. I feel Grismer gets you out the door and then finds ways to to up the price and has you stuck in lot paying their ransom for your car.

The guys there are great! It would be a 5 star, but they are just so understaffed! Help these dudes and hire more guys! Great service very pleasant and helped me with what I needed

Fast professional service. I brought in a tire with a torn out sidewall, they gave me a couple of choices and a suggestion on the tire they would put on there. They had it done in less than 20 minutes. I brought the car back later that day to get the other three tires replaced very happy with the prices and the service, Ill definitely do business again with these guys.

My car needs an alignment bad. I replaced one tire because the bad alignment killed it. I made a 2:00 appointment for an alignment and dropped it off. When I drove by at 4:00 my car was still sitting where I had parked it. At 5:30 Grismer called telling me I should get my other front tire replaced due to the uneven wear. When I said no he tried to hard sell me saying if I didn’t he wouldn’t be able to get a matching tire in the future. I said no, just align it. 10 minutes later I get a call saying they refused to align it unless I got another tire from them. I refused and went and picked up my car. There are many reputable places to get your car worked on around Beavercreek. I will be taking my business to one of those shops.

Very professional! Unbelievably fast service. They explained everything in detail what was wrong with my brakes and how they fixed them. Also, didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Very reasonable.

I went to Grismer in Beavercreek for a coolant flush, when I picked the car up the check coolant light was on there. When I got home I called and let them know, I asked you did put coolant back in my car right? They said oh yeah, but bring it up and Ill check it out just in case. So, I took the car back the manager took it and checked it out, brought it back and said it was full, and i was good to go. He said there was a bobber like part that made the sensor come on because it was full. I believed him left and my light has been on ever since for 2 weeks now. Finally I had my brother in law check it out for me, and the coolant was completely low, just like my car was telling me. So i just bought 20.00 anti freeze and he filled it up and magically the light went off, its a miracle. I paid almost 150.00 for this service now, it makes me wonder if I even had a flush at all. I felt like they just took my money, and almost had me blow my cars engine up. attached is a picture of my non existent coolant. thanks so much, never again.

Had a great experience at Grismer Tire in Beavercreek this morning. We were headed home to South Carolina when we noticed the rear tire was low. Pulled into Grismer with no appointment. They got us in as soon as they opened, replaced valve stems and got us on the road in record time. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you guys!

I called at 7AM and inquired about the cost to install front brakes on a 2015 Equinox. I liked the price and took the car there by 7:30. By 9 they called and said it was done. The manager was very courteous and the service was faster than I thought it would be.

Great service. Friendly staff. Mounted 4 atv tires for me and one rim was bent but they still managed to get the tire on that rim and it only cost $92.

When I realized I had a flat tire, I was stressed and frustrated. Grismer got me in the same day to patch the tire and did so for free since I had purchased a warranty on my tires. The service was quick and the staff was professional and helpful.

I’ve always been happy with Grismer. They take care of the problem you’re bringing them in to evaluate and give you reasonable detailed feedback.My only concern is the amount of time I need to wait for the vehicle. It’s difficult to estimate and I’m not always able to leave my vehicle to pick it up at a later time.

I have used Grismer in Beavercreek since they opened and have always been satisfied. This time though I was given advice that directly contradicted what the last person told me and now I dont know who was telling the truth. Im concerned my car has not received proper service. It was also readily apparent that the sales person yesterday was only trying to upsell products. That is fine but service my car doesnt need or lack of service is not. Will likely go back to Honda next time. Even though its expensive I feel like my car will get what is needed and not simply what someone wants to sell

I had a tire that had gone flat. I took it to Grismer in Beavercreek. They found a leak and fixed it while I waited. They didnt try to sell me a new tire, and the charge was very reasonable.

I had been a Grismer customer for years with multiple vehicles. I took my car in today because the front tires needed replaced. Every time Grismer has put new tires on my car they move the rear tires to the front and put the new ones on the rear. For years they have told me that you always put a new pair on the rear. This is standard care not something I felt I needed to specifically request.I stopped going to Grismer over a year ago for any other maintenance other than tires because I had taken my car to them after someone hit me. The car was repaired elsewhere and I specifically took it to Grismer after I picked it up to have them inspect it to ensure that there was no internal damage that needed to be addressed because I trusted them. I was assured that there was no other damage. After that every single time I took it to them for an oil change the alignment was off. They charged me every time and when I questioned why it needed aligned every time Matt just said some cars need that. I finally took it to another provider and found out the steering rack was cracked and the right front strut and axle needed replaced. This is why the alignment was always off. This cost me over $3000 to have repaired. By this time it was too late to have the other person’s insurance pay for the damage that was from the accident.I mistakenly assumed I could trust them to know what they were doing on tires but was wrong. There may be other Grismer locations that do a good job but the Beavercreek location has had very poor work and customer service in the last 3 years. I will not be going back and don’t recommend it.

I’ve normally had great experiences at this location but I had an oil change done the other day and they charged me an additional 11.50 for a Covid spray that I didn’t agree to. When my total should have come to $20+tax it came to almost $35 because of the Covid spray. When I got there the snotty and very rude kid at the counter told me it was mandatory. I told him my daughters oil had it’s been changed the week prior at the Bellbrook location and they didn’t require it or her and he just shrugged his shoulders and said well they should have. Watch out folks, before you know it stores are going to start charging to sanitize your carts and the sanitizer at the door will be in vending machines.

Had a flat tire and Grismer fixed it for me. Staff was friendly and not pushy with services. They also put my spare tire and car lift tools neatly back where it belonged in the trunk. Their tire warranty program works great too. Thanks Grismer!

I bought a brand new battery and the car would not start the next day. Thought it was alternator. They tested electrical system and found new battery was bad. They utilized battery warranty, picked it up and replaced. Very happy with the Service.

Called, spoke with Andy(Grismer in Yellow Springs/Fairfield, Ohio). He answered ALL of my MANY questions thoroughly, kindly and accurately. I was in a completely different city 40 minutes away. Had to get my car towed and brought it to the nearest automotive shop-which wasn’t Grismer :( But he gave me his honest opinion. Completely unbiased. Told me what the prices would be for the services the mechanic had recommended. He looked up my location/rating of the mechanic. He spent the time to look me up in Grismer’s system and remind me what they recommended last time, etc. Gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. Amazing service! Very informed! They sold me a tire warranty. I walk in there because tire has a small leak I have to put air in every other day. There is nobody in the lobby and only a few cars on lifts. Manager says “ No, we can’t help you today, but I can schedule you for next week”. It literally takes 30 minutes to patch a tire and there was nobody in there. I will be taking my cars somewhere else where they take care of customers.

I have been using Grismer for years for tires and auto service. For the most part I have been very happy with the work and service they provide. Until today, after waiting 4 days to get in, I had to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They said they got real busy. If that is the case, they need to do a better job of scheduling or get more people. We will see.

Took my car in to replace front hub/bearing. They let me supply my own part, charged a fair price. Notified me the brakes needed work (which I already knew), but didnt pressure to fix. Wound up replacing a couple bald tires (which I already knew), again at a very good price. In a nutshell, good honest service at a fair price. Will definitely go back.

Grismer on N Fairfield Rd in Beavercreek is awesome! I had the start of a flat tire on a crazy Saturday morning and I called and they squeezed me in. I ended up having to get 4 new tires and helped me get the best one for our money (and I even got a rebate). They were super nice, friendly, and understanding. Matt, Andy, Kyle and Rod were all terrific and so helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Andy Powell was great to work with. I brought my car in around 6 hoping I would just have quick patch job on my tire, turns out I needed two more tires. Andy and his crew worked past the hours that they are open and we’re very accommodating to me. Can’t speak highly enough!!

Service recommendations are not wrong but they are giving you the laundry list of every possible maintenance item. If you are on a budget do your research into what service items can wait.

Grismer reps were very friendly. They recommended the best tires for my 2001 Tahoe plus were very aware of additional work that needed performed in replacing my tierods. Even though it was getting near closing time they went out of there way to get the tires and parts needed to finish the job. Rarely do you see this kind of dedication. Job well done!

Great service. I brought 2 cars in for a routine oil change. Matt and Frank listened to me when I described a problem with the power steering that I noticed on the way to Grismers. Worked with Jake and he was excellent. I know vehicles and usually do my own work but couldnt due to injury. Brought it in for a once over before a long trip and a rattle. Expected an up sell and unecessary repairs. I was absolutely wrong. They correctly diagnosed the 2 issues and didnt gouge me. I recommend them.

Great service, honest staff. I thought I needed an alignment in addition to a few other services, and they told me my air pressure was just low in two of my tires. I appreciated them being honest! They also showed me a defect in my serpentine belt to explain why it was squeaking and needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend them.
