We had a wonderful experience we had a service dealer named Sara she was fantastic we love ๐ her she took good care of us. I love my new suv. Every one was so good to us they did an excellent job of taking good care of us thanks to all of you especially Sara she did a wonderful job.
Accidentally booked an appointment on wrong day. They were able to squeeze me in today at the last minute. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
As you can see they sent me a reply to speak with a member of management. I called the number they supplied for me and it is a non working number. Im assuming they were not actually looking to help me. Thank you for providing half information/help again...The service staff is great! Super friendly and helpful! The auto repair part of the business is a rip off. All they did was make a key and replace my cigarette lighter because something in there was draining my battery. The parts all together cost $90 dollars. They charged me over $400 for labor! I HAD to go there because I needed a new key and thats the only place I could get it to reprogram my car but I wish they had told me it would of been drivable after that because I would have went to John Peirce for the cigarette lighter replacement. Oh man.

While trying to discussion my displeasure with the repair situation was told by the service manager, We could listen to you, but it wont change anything. So there is the door to my office, feel free to leave. Wont be going back.
Went to this place of business as my auto lost its ability to find my blue tooth device, They fixed my problem in a very short time.
Last Tuesday I had my driveshaft and transfer case go out in my 2015 Ford F250 German Ford took in told me it would be done in 2 days I put my employee up in a hotel the truck was not completed I had to call the service manager and have a heated conversation with him to get any kind of action I received the truck on Friday via my employee and we drove it to Virginia Wall on a job site in Virginia before drive did not work and I call German Ford and they accepted no responsibility as it was a used transfer case and claimed it worked when it left the shop. Do not recommend
Thank you so much for everything you do. I drove in after leaving work with a fire fighter shirt on and they changed my oil and gave me a tire rotation for free. Pretty awesome people

Ive stopped going to this service center because my first oil change in my brand new Fiesta they left my oil cap off. I took the car in for recall work within the first year of having it and they broke my door and then tried to say it was already like that. My last time in I scheduled online and indicated I needed new wiper blades. On review they tried to tell me my wipers were good when one was coming apart. Turns out the tech didnt even look at them. They try to pull one over on people they think dont know any better. Too bad Ive been working on my own car since I was 16.
They took Good care of me brought me home will pick me up when my vehicle is done
Service took a little while but Kelly was very professional and friendly.
