Aaron at Bobs takes excellent care of his customers and has the most reasonable prices around. I cannot rate him highly enough. You can rely on what he tells you about your car. It can be a little tricky finding the shop. The signage is not the greatest from the road. But, its worth the effort.

Brought in my minivan because I needed to replace my rear breaks. The manager Doug was so helpful! The price was affordable. They fixed them quickly and had me back on the road the next day! Great work at an affordable price!

Contacted for an estimate on repair work. My son and I were given the same estimate so my son scheduled appointment for the car. It took a couple weeks to get it in which we were fine with. 5 days after the scheduled appointment, the car STILL had not been worked on... unacceptable. My son received a phone call that the repair would be $400 more for the markup on the parts. That should have been included in the original estimate. Cheaper for me to take it to a dealer and have this work done. Didn’t like being jerked around.

Ended up being referred to them threw brownies and Ill never go anywhere else. I was broke down on the highway just after the shop closed on a weekend and he came out got my truck going enough to get it to the shop. He got me back on the road fully fixed really fast with plenty of jokes to pass the time. Very knowledgeable and reasonable on the price. Look all in all great shop and worth whatever the cost comes to.

They were able to fix my car in less than an hour. Definately will be returning

Took my car in for an emergency assessment and was told that I needed to replace my air/fuel oxygen sensor, for $475.56. THEN they could see if that was the real issue and get my car back to me on a Monday (6 days later). I picked up my vehicle.I was able to get into our normal mechanic the same day, Alpha Performance, and he ran the same test, discovered it is actually my secondary sensor, and would only cost $125 (I should also mention, the same repair if needed was only going to cost $225 at Alpha) and also get it back the next day.I feel taken advantage of, and will never reccomend Bobs Auto Service to anyone.

Needed a quick look at a car I was wanting to buy from a dealership. Bobs Auto Service was quick to respond with knowledgeable staff and straight-up answers. No BS. If I ever have car needs I know where I am going.

If negative stars were available I would give them.-Customer Service. Awful. Made uncomfortable jokes (Aaron, the lead mechanic) and overall demeanor was apathetic throughout.-Level of Service. Worse than awful. We asked for a break pad/rotor replacement. After completion of the job, the next day the vehicle started to vibrate really bad when breaking and smoke plumes, originating from the newly installed pad/rotors barrelled out once the vehicle was in park. Took the vehicle back in to be checked, and he informed me that it may be a valve causing the BREAK PEDAL not to engage properly. Okay. Not the issue I needed fixed, and after a week of being told my vehicle will be next in line to be LOOKED at, I simply took it back with the existing problem (but not before he asked me if I had just arrived at his shop becasue I was on a Sunday stroll). 465.00 dollars, wasted. obtw.... Only two wheels were worked on, not all 4 like I originally wanted.Simply put.........STAY AWAY!!!

Whenever I need anything done to my car I bring it to Bobs. Aaron is very kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and got the work done in a timely manner. I will never go anywhere else.

Replaced both head gaskets and my timing chain for a fair price. Also had an issue with my truck dieing at low speeds with high electrical load. I described this problem and Aaron (the lead mechanic) recommended that I change my idle air control valve. Super easy fix I did myself and all problems solved! Great Auto shop and I will definitely be back if I need any repairs.

After visiting and calling many shops to get what I thought was a somple break bleed turned out the person who did the job on my vehicle didnt do it corrently and we were lucky we made it to the shop. Aaron foxed my SUV and got us back on the road safely. He went above and beyond and it was very appreciative of him. Ill definitely be back. Affordable and reliable. Thanks so much!

I gave Bobs a 1 star only because that is the lowest available. Stopped by Bobs Auto Service Saturday, April 23, 2016 for an estimate to have some front end work accomplished. I informed the mechanic (I assume he was anyway) that I had already purchased most of the parts to do the job. Not only did I not get an estimate, but was told the owner wouldnt allow parts not purchased at that location to be installed. Not exactly what sure what that is all about, but needless to say, I will not recommend Bobs to anyone looking for a repair of any type.

Was very polite at first. Then, after telling us that the car was ready. My wife went and picked it up. Not even a mile down the road the car dies and was in worse condition than when we gave it to them. We told them 3 times to change the battery and every time we talked to them we were told the battery wasnt changed. This place is full of scam artist that will charge you an arm and a leg for work that is pretty much duck taped work. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone stay away and save your money.

Will definitely go back to Bobs for another repair! The manager Steve will make sure the job is done right. My brake lines were shot, but now the breaks feel like Im in a new car, eventhough its 20 years old!

Weve gone to Bobs with every major car repair since we first tried them. Mike, who manages it now, is honest, dependable, and upfront about our car. We drive an hour just to make sure our car is well cared for. Absolutely recommend them.

About 6 years ago an elderly man came into Bobs Auto. He told me he was on a fixed income living on social security. In order to save money he wanted to forego paying me to diagnose his problem and install a part he had purchased. In order to help him I agreed. Not only did the part not fix his problem but the remanufactured part he provided failed. In addition to having to pay for the correct repair he would also have to buy another part and pay me to replace the one that had failed and take it back for warranty reimbursement. When he realized his plan to save money had backfired on him he left very upset. He came back the next day and said he had spoken with other mechanics and it was my fault that the part didnt fix the problem and had failed due to improper installation. He then threatened to knock me on my you no what if I didnt make it right. That would be like me taking a bad piece of meat to a restaurant asking them to cook it and reduce the cost of the meal for providing it,eating it,getting sick and then blaming them for not cooking it right. I learned a valuable lesson from that . If I improperly install a part that I bought or it fails then the warranty responsibility and cost is on me. That is why I dont install parts I dont purchase. It is in the customers best interest to do it this way.

I have had several repairs done by Bob. He has always charged a reasonable price and the repairs have stuck. I even had one time when I came in for a diagnosis and he fixed the problem for free.My landlord has also done business with him and recommends him highly.

Had a very good experience at Bobs. Dealt with both Micheal and Aaron, both were kind, honest, and very knowledgeable.

I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED AHEAD BEFORE BRINGING MY CAR IN TO GET LOOKED AT HE TOLD ME HE HAD TIME TO LOOK AT IT THAT DAY AFTER HIS SHOP CLOSED FOR THE DAY I CALLED AND WAS NOTIFIED HE DID NOT GET TO IT BUT WOULD BE ABLE TO LOOK AT IT BEFORE NOON THE NEXT DAY SO I AGAIN WAITED UNTIL 2PM MIND YOU HIS SHOP OPENS AT 8AM SO I CALLED AT 2PM FOR HIM TO BE ANNOYED WITH ME AND TO TELL ME HE DOES NOT HAVE A DATE OR TIME TO TELL ME AND THE LONGER HE HIS ON THE PHONE WITH ME THE LONGER IT WOULD TAKE HIM TO GET TO MY CAR AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME SO I WENT AND HAD AAA TOW MY CAR TO MIDAS WHERE THEY WERE ABLE TO LOOK AT IT AND TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT 30 MINUTES AFTER I DROPED IT OFF AND IT WAS READY THE NEXT DAY SO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY1 TO HIM ITS STRESSFUL ENOUGH WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR CAR NOBODY HAS TIME FOR MECHANICS THAT NEED MONEY SOOO BAD THAT THEY TAKE ON MORE THAN THEY CAN HANDLE ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS BE HONEST WHEN I CALLED HIM VERY RUDE
