I called to see if they could remove a broken bolt from a vehicle of mine. The individual stated he would have to “pass” due to his workload. I guess they don’t have time to help everyone.

I am one of those customers mechanics hate to see coming. If I get any sense that somethings not quite right, I will ask question after question, request old parts be returned to me, and have even insisted on being shown exactly what they say is in need of repair. Why? Because I have had some awful experiences and learned the hard way.Never having needed a mechanic in Dayton until now, I followed the advice of my friend who takes his car to Beavercreek, and whose parents do as well.I am SO GLAD I did! Craig, the owner, is very laid back. He checked over my vehicle and called me to let me know what was wrong, then called me a second time because hed found something else that could be a problem later on. At no time did he seem to be trying to sell me anything - in fact, when I told him I could wait on a couple things Id originally asked for, he simply took those off the sheet.When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was delighted to find that no one had readjusted my seat or pedals (Im short and am forever having to set everything back the way I like it!). It was perfectly clean inside, not a smudge of grease or dirt anywhere. No fingerprints on the hood or the rest of the body. Nothing!They have definitely earned another customer for life - and Im one to tell friends about good mechanics, too.

Earlier today I had a horrible experience at Beavercreek Service Center. My car was acting up and the check engine light came on while on my lunch break. Luckily (I thought at the time) the Service Center was up ahead and so I pulled into the parking lot. I went in and explained what happened. After running some tests the technician, Craig, said he was going to pass on my car and that I needed to take it elsewhere. I asked if it was even safe to drive and he said he couldnt tell me that. Craig was extremely unhelpful and rude in his approach. Even if he couldnt fix my car (its a MINI) I at least expected another recommendation of where to take it, or help of some kind. Instead, I was sent on my way with no regards for my safety.

Always honest and never overcharges. Wont recommend repairs that arent needed or try to upsell.
