We were out of town travelers from Georgia and had a problem occur with our Vans sliding door. We stopped by Germain Collision in Beavercreek, OH unannounced hoping they could take a look at it and get us back on the road. Josh Fosdick was able to assess the issue and scheduled an appointment for us the next morning for repair. We had it to them the next morning by 9:30. They fixed our Vans door and we were back on the road by 2:00 that afternoon. We highly recommend this business as they went above and beyond to help us out. If we’re ever in the area again with issues they will be our go to.

They guided us through the stressful process of working with the insurance claim process. They even detailed the inside of the car before releasing it to us which was a pleasant, unexpected surprise! BUYER BEWARE-STAY AWAY!!!! I was in an accident back in August of 2018 where I was rear ended by an unisured motorist. Truck was not hit that hard. I took my truck to Germain collison to have it fixed. They quickly disassembled what they could but then left my truck setting on their lot (Partially taken apart) for a month or better waiting on the frame rack. Germain said frame had to be replaced so my insurance company totaled the truck. I bought my truck back from the insurance company, because I believed the frame could be repaired, but if not still had alot of nice stuff that could be repurposed or sold for other projects. The night before I was to pick my truck up, the 20 factory wheels and tires were stolen off of my truck in their unsecured lot. Germain would not pay to replace my wheels and tires, so I had to file another claim on my insurance for the stolen wheels and tires so that I could get my truck off of their lot. I had to again deal with Germain to purchase new wheels and tires for the truck and when I finally got it back, they did not even re-program the TPS sensors for the new wheels and tires, So I googled it and re-set the sensors my self in my driveway.When I finally got the truck home I spent $600.00 and repaired the truck in my driveway, with the help of (2) buddys. I took the truck and had it inspected and re-certified through the OSP so that I could re-title, lincense and insure. The truck is again street legal and driveable. This truck is now a 2nd car that sees only occasional driving when need be, and has not seen any road salt this past winter or the winter of 2018, and (1) of the new 20 wheels has the plating peeling and flaking off. The original wheels seen 7 years of everyday driving to include winters & road salt and not one blemish on the origianal wheels. So I am guessing that my stolen wheels when replaced where not replaced with factory parts. Do your self a favor-take your business somewhere else. The body shop of this place may be an award winning repair shop, but if you cannot get past the incompetence of the front office, the body shop will never have a chance to shine

Absolutely awful experience, we came by appointment at 6 am to change a tire, they took our car to the shop, we waited for 50 minutes and then they told us - sorry, we don’t have the tire, you need to come back in the afternoon and we might have the tire by then. WOW, didn’t expect to have that kind of service. Do not recommend honda service at Orchard to anyone

He not only explained the process, but kept me updated throughout, saving me several hundred dollars with some cost savings processes. I took my car in to have a large ding repaired. They had it done and back to me in 2 days, work was flawless. I was also impressed at how they cleaned the car inside and out before returning it to me. I highly recommend them!

Im very happy with the repairs made on my car. We drove past the dealership on our way to Beavercreek and I looked to my left and spotted my car at the collision center on the dealership side of the road. My driver wasnt so sure that it was my car so we drove up and took a few pictures of the back and sides of it. Im very happy with the repairs which were made. Im especially grateful that my trunk opens now.

Left old parts in truck without telling me. Truck smelled like cigarette smoke.General manager offered to detail my truck. They ran the ionizer in the truck and washed and put some sort of white film on my Weathertech mats. Did not do anything to the outside. Guess my expectations of a detail were incorrect.

I talked to Germain Collision about warranty work for the paint on my Honda Pilot. They took pictures and said theyd get back to me in a couple days. Its been months. Ive stopped by or called at least 3 times in the interim and every time they take my information and tell me theyll get right back to me with a status on the request to Honda, but they never do. Ive had work done there before and it seems ok, but they are useless when it comes to communication.

I have used Germaine Collision many times in the past, unfortunately. This was when Marty Cox was the manager. I have, also unfortunately, found myself needing collision work again this month and figured hey...this place has been great in the past, so why not? I waited a week after my insurance company appraised the damage because the girl told me we need to order the part, and finally dropped my car on Monday. In the past with Marty and his team, I dropped my car off and it usually took two days before I got it back. For reference, Martys team repaired damage to my car five times.Anyway, I called to check on the progress and was told not only was my car NOT ready, they still had not ordered the part for it. My question: what happened during the week when the girl told me the waiting period was so they could order the part??? Now it looks as if I wont have my car back for at least another week, and in terms of the minimal damage to my car its below average bordering on unacceptable quality of service. I am highly disappointed that a place I have held in such high regard in the past has fallen so far.If I or anyone I know has an unfortunate accident, I will take my business and my referrals elsewhere. I guess quality left with Marty Cox and thats sad.

Really happy they were able to fix my door for FREE after a hit and run twisted my door so much it wouldnt close all the way. A technician was able to manhandle it back in shape in minutes. Super service, very pleased, highly recommend them!

My Civic was involved in a collision which resulted in some significant damage to the front drivers side. It took longer to repair than they said it would and when I finally got the vehicle back, my radio display was damaged. They tried to tell me it was like that before the accident. Like hell it was! I baby my car like it was a living being! I tried to get my insurance company involved but they simply said there was no way to prove or disprove when the damage to the display occurred. They also failed to replace the bulb in the drivers side blinker so I had to come back just to put that in. While the car was there they did their usual inspection and showed me some dingy air filter, covered in leaves and twigs and all that jazz. We can replace these tonight for $60 each ...are you high? I declined of course and when I got home I checked the filters myself. They were perfectly fine. I will never take my car here again, nor will I ever do ANY business with the Hidy franchise. Bunch of dodgy wankers if you ask me.

My daughter took her car there on the 11th after they told her they could have it done in 5-8 days. Now they cant even promise it will be ready until sometime in December. Communication has been poor on their end and the insurance companys end meaning my daughter has been the one to initiate calls. And the work list keeps growing. The shop is on the third update to the list. Who knows what else theyll find. Even if the car is ready to pick up on the 27th this process will have taken twice as long as originally reported. She chose Germains because they have a good reputation.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I truly could not have had a worse experience with my vehicle at this place. After a fender bender, we went here because we previously used this location when owned by Hidy. However, times have certainly changed. What was estimated as a 5 day repair ultimately took 3.5 weeks. Although the estimator told me the hatch needed replaced, he ultimately attempted to repair it without my knowledge. Only after I complained for him not informing me of this change, did they actually replace the hatch. Then, after multiple delays in releasing the car back to us because of paint issues, the vehicle was returned to us with the paint on the bumper looking as though it was done by a child (see photo attached). Even though additional work was included in the work scope as a courtesy, it was ultimately not done and they attempted to return the vehicle with a flat tire.Truly, this was a comedy of errors by an incompetent group of folks. The read on Germain is that it has grown too large to provide any quality of customer service, and I cannot provide a better example of that truth than my experience here. Certainly the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. I honestly wouldnt take a bicycle here for repair.

It is hard to separate the fact that one needs their services from the services themselves. They are very trustworthy and provide a positive experience in difficult situations. We have used Germain Collision for a number of years when someone has hit our cars (or hail damages a few years ago). The fact that we continue to use their services speaks very positively about their work and service.

Thursday afternoon, Aug 25, I took my Fusion to the shop as a panel behind the left rear wheel well had been popped loose from a lower panel. A gentleman I took to be the manager looked at the problem, went for a wrench, removed one bolt and put the panel back in place--declining payment. All in less than 15 minutes. That is excellent service and much appreciated.

I took my car in for minor repairs from a deer hit. They repaired the hood timely. However ther never cleaned the car to inspect for further damage. Had they botherered to wash the blood off the car they may have noticed that the trim aroung the grill was also damaged. My insurance was paying for the repairs but since they couldnt take the time to clean the car my insurance is now sending me the check to complete the repairs on my own. I cant believe I had wash the blood and fur off of my car after the itemized bill shows they charged my insurance $50 for an hour of cleaning the front end.

It has been a pleasure to work with Germain collision. Marty the manager I have been working with has been nothing short of fantastic. I dropped my Lexus IS250 off to have some front end repair done along with new headlights installed. They were able to get the Lexus back to me right away. After getting my car back, about two weeks later my one of my headlights had a malfunction. I called Germain and they responded right away and had me bring my car in that day. They were very courteous and offered me a loaner car in the mean time. I just received a call from Marty letting me know my car will be ready right away and they have found a solution for the problem. The communication and genuine concern has made this unfortunate problem so much more bearable. I give 5 stars for this business!

Excellent service with quality workmanship. When we asked about two separate issues, the manager went far beyond what was necessary. He actually fixed one of the problems immediately, without charge. The work was excellent, and done in a timely manner. The gentleman who did my appraisal took the time to explain the alternatives to repairing some minor damage on my cars rear panel. My family has been using Germain Collision (Formerly Hidy Collision) for years now (something something bad drivers). To date, its always been a pleasant experience. The work hasnt always been done perfectly, but weve never had problems with getting additional work done in the event that were not satisfied with the repairs that took place.

This review is long overdue. I have twice used Germain this year, and have had great service. My last experience was nothing short of exceptional. I had to have the side passenger mirror replaced on my Volvo S-60. When I called and talked to Marty about a price, he suggested I buy a used one, looked through his data base, gave me the number of a place I could buy one. I got the mirror, $120, brought it into Germain (without even an appt), less than 30 minutes and $25 later, my mirror was fixed! Having checked other collision shops it would have been up to $800!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Worst experience ever. They had my car for a month and a half when they had originally said it would be 2 weeks. They kept pushing the date, and they wouldnt notify me if they needed an extension on time. On top of it, once they gave me my car back, a few days later I got a call from them saying they had the correct tail light. Apparently, they had put in the wrong tail light and hadnt said a word to me about it. Now I have to go in and have them replace it. I dont understand how they could have my car for a month and a half and still somehow screw up a tail light.
