I do not recomend them I paid for a freezer about a month ago paid for delivery wife and I were both home the same day. It was supposed to be delivered they called me and said they were here early but they were not here so we called and asked for a refund and corp and the store keep sending me back and forth between the 2 now Im going to have to take them to court.
Our family bought a deep freeze there and Ive had it since 2011 and its amazing its still running this is 2019 and they just have really knowledgeable employees really good pricings I think you can even do like layaway is there I definitely love Sears and would visit anytime I need any appliances for my home
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. Been waiting for our refund for 2 weeks now. I could even find a number to connect me with someone in corporate to see if maybe they could help. A place I would reccomend for appliances and home improvement is menards. Fast delivery friendly and knowledgable sales associates.
Absolutely awful customer service!!!! The sales representatives have no idea what they are doing. I was failed to be told that I needed to hire an installer to hook up my appliances. The sales representative told me I should of asked the questioned and If I asked he would of told me. Thats your job to tell me, not for me to ask you and after that, he hung up the phone on me.I have NOTHING good to say about this Sears. Absolutely awful!!John,Youve asked for me to reach out to you, which I did. But its been over 3 days and I still havent heard anything back from you. If my opinion doesnt matter, dont pretend that it does over social media. Im glad I made the decision to buy my appliances else where.
It seems the Sears Corp. does not enable their store employees to solve any problems or the associates I encountered are lazy and wanted to push the issues onto someone else’s plate. If you make a purchase and have no issues with the item, you’ll probably be fine. Anything more complicated than that-I suggest shopping somewhere else. I know I will be.
DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS! I bought a new kemore fridge and it stopped working 3 days later, all food was ruined. They brought me a new one a week and a half later and that one stopped working after 2 weeks! Bought a brand new Kenmore gas stove FROM BEAVER DAM STORE and the 1st time I used the oven at 375° just for 20 minutes and the glass door exploded! Contacted the store and they told me I have to call customer service. They told me they had to send a tech, I told them I didnt want it fixed I wanted it returned. They told me before they could do a return they had to send a tech! It will take 3 weeks for the tech to come out!! HORRIBLE customer service. Store associate yelled at me and then hung up. No one wants to help you, they keep transferring you to someone else who cant help. After reading more reviews this is clearly a very common issue with them! They need to be shut down by the BBB. Yes the prices are great but I promise you that the headache is NOT worth it. Do not buy from them!!!
Went to the store to buy a stove. We need a new one in a property in Wisconsin. The billing address is different . And we put it as different right from the start . Drove 2 plus hours to be there for the delivery and it went to the billing address . We spent hours on the phone to get it resolved .Set up another delivery and they took it to the wrong place. Again after hours online and the phone and numerous assurances they had it right this time. Please pay more if you have to and go somewhere else. We are still without a stove.
