I love this is a no pressure store. I had them recreate my wedding set that was lost and they designed it perfect to the original by a picture!!!! The communications with this procedure was continuous which I appreciated.The manger is outstanding and friendly. They remember what I like and advise me when it might be on sale. NO PRESSURE sales.

I love this place. Ive been coming here for years since I got my engagement ring. Originally, when i ordered my ring, i wanted it in rose gold. I had to purchase the white one first and they had to order the rose gold one. When the rose gold one came in I just had to exchange them. The new rose gold one had a slightly different diamond in it. I asked them if they could switch the center stone diamond. They flippin did it. When i got my ring, i was soooo happy. Its stunning. The whole decision process was so HASSLE FREE. NO PRESSURE TO BUY. I had basically tried everything. I thought i knew what i wanted when going in but there were so many others with such unique designs I went a different route. When it was time to choose the band, they STILL had so many choices and helped me choose what would fit the unique design of my engagement ring. The price was great, the service is great, my ring is BEAUTIFUL. Im a happy customer.
Extremely frustrated. My boyfriend and I ordered a diamond ring back in March to be delivered to the store. Hurricane COVID happened and the store closed, leaving us unable to receive the ring. (understandable) They have been open for months now, I have spent hours in the store being given the run around and it is still not delivered to the store. Despite our issues I decided to upgrade the ring and reluctantly still purchase from Kay but have it sent to my house. My new ring arrived and went fine. All i want is a refund on my old purchase ordered back in March but they refuse to do that till the ring is delivered to the store. Ever time they give me a time frame when it will be there I come back and I spent 2 hours in the store only to find out that customer service closed out my ticket and has to refile and start the whole process over. I have been very patient with the staff but this is getting ridiculous and I know Im not the only one dealing with lost time and money.
Some people obviously dont have patience nor understand how COVID affected businesses obviously from other reviews, so they have nothing better to do in their pathetic little miserable lives than to try and slander and bring down businesses while being on their social media soapbox but let me tell you I had 3 pieces of higher end jewelry from my Husband that needed their scheduled inspections and I patiently waited until October to get them inspected due to the stores policy with COVID. I made an appointment, walked in and was warmly greeted and taken care of. One of my pieces needed a little work, but they made sure they got it sent in for me. Thank you for being so great during this pandemic. This is the only place my husband will go to spoil me and buy me diamonds 💎.
Salesman was a pleasure to deal with, coming from 20 years retail myself he did a great job will keep coming back to this store because of people like this.
