The lady who adjusted my glasses today, Sunday at about 2 pm, was very helpful and did a great job.

I had an appointment 2:30 PM. I arrived 2:15 PM and the vision center was close. So I decided to go to the grocery because they do not provide chairs for waiting customers instead of standing up in front of the vision center. When i came back it was exactly 2:31 PM. The secretary was assisting walk in customer. So i have to wait, and it took another extra 5 minutes because she has to check my temperature, ask about covid questions. Then the secretary was assisting another walk in customer. I was already inside the vision center around 2:40 PM. While writing up the paper for my information sheet, the secretary approached me and was advised by the doctor that I need to be rescheduled because I was late. I was disappointed because I drove 45 minutes for my appointment. WalMart should hire more employees to assist customers. The doctor already saw me filling up the papers why should he reschedule me, very inconsiderate. The secretary should have explained that I was there on time. Maybe they just dont want to assist customers that are not White.

Great prices great service very helpful employees. That take the time to help customers. With everything you may need very honest opinions. And very nice eye doctor. I had another excellent eye exam with Doctor Vinnisant March 2021. And was able to find a pair of frames I love.

Convenient location, and hours (they are even open on SUNdAY) and they will also price match even at the vision center. Eye doc and staff were pleasant and helpful too

Very rude and unpleasant employees with a negitive attitude and little to zero knowledge on most any questions or advice you may seek, especially when it comes to Contact Lenses. Stay Away.
