They helped me get into a new phone, and told me what my eligibility was and what it meant for me. they allowed me to ask questions.service has gotten better over the years. they will try there best with any phone problems if they cant do anything they will call another store for the Manager/ IT Person and see the best option, and what can be done!I really Appreciate the reaching out to someone who knows just a bit more, and to make sure i understood what was happening and made sure i left and my phone up ad working again!the team of boost mobile reaches out to other store to help one another.

They will fix some problems with your phone if you have a problem with it and thats great and all, but the upgrade to a phone is ridiculous, if you pay your bill on time and do everything right, you still lose at the game they play, meaning it takes too long for you to get a new phone. Upgraded prices are impossible for some to buy a new phone as well. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and get no where on nothing.

Had some issues on the phone last night, trying to add my son to my plan. The girl working today, straightened the issue out, she was extremely helpful. And she had a cute, happy little child with her. I recommend this place, Ill be back.

Worst boost mobile you can go to. They scam you and over charge you. They will tell you one thing and set up a payment plan for something else. Worst customer service. Always has an attitude and always has kids at work. This place needs new employees or to be shut down! I’m going to call cooperate

If someone doesnt like service there then report the store to the corporate office for Boost Mobile. I live in Columbus and I want a new phone with better memory but dont want to go there If its bad service. Id rather go to Madison than there. No one should hire an employee that has their kids with them at work. Unless they got out of school and the mom was just finishing work when they got there. But its not good to bring kids there. Get a babysitter or daycare! But its summer time so you cannot work with your kids in a store or business place.

I would give this store zero stars. Worst experience at this store. The girl that works here told me I was “upgrading” my phone, but put me on a payment plan I didn’t need to be on, and I ended up paying twice as much for the exact same phone. Now she won’t answer when I call because I live 40 minutes away. And she had her two kids at work. A real piece of trash.

HORRIBLE customer service and knowledge . I had to drive to Boost mobile in West bend, they took care of us and got me what i need it. Definitely worth the drive to 1019 S Main St, West Bend, its a different owner.

They say their open on Sunday and their not maybe they should fix their store hours on Google!! Not happy gonna be switching carriers!

Been with boost for years but over the last few years thier service has gone downhill pay for high speed data and cant use it in my own house one sec ill have 4g next says im roaming i roam everywhere which i should have perfect service everywhere never have i ever had such a problem switching carriers for sure not gonna pay good money for a services i dont get to use

If you ever have any problems with one of your phones get in contact with my man Terence he spent well over 6 hrs on the phone with me and costumer service getting my moms phone fixed that boost costumer service broke he worked his magic and now her phone works with out a problem he will forever be my favorite regional manager you the man Terence!!!!!!!

Decent phone deals and plans...though very little reception in Reeseville and even worse in Fox Lake......sucks a guy moves and has to change providers....its 2018 if want to be a cellular provider make sure you can pdovide

Terrible service still wondering why theyve had the same rude employee there that doesnt even smile and always always has an attitude. Im scared to even go into this Boost mobile because shes always so rude !!!!!!

Nasty sewage odor in the main store. No bathroom access for customers. No handicap friendly entrance. Loooooong wait time as there was only one associate.
