Went here to get new flooring and carpet put in my new home. We had a great experience working with the staff at Professional Floor Covering. The selection, measuring, ordering and installation process was great. We love our new carpet and entry way flooring. This was our third flooring purchase from Professional Floor Covering.

So impressed with the job they did! I initially hired a private contractor to replace the flooring in my kitchen and dining room. The job he did was less than sub par (he even damaged my kitchen cabinets). The flooring was not laid evenly and some boards were crooked and jagged. I called Professional Floor Covering with the hopes that they could repair the damage that was done.Professional Floor Covering came in and redid the entire floor for me. I had a list of things that I was hoping they could correct. Not only did they correct the items on my list, they marked each list item off as it was repaired. They did such an amazing job. My floor looks absolutely beautiful. I could not be more impressed. They came back the next day and replaced my kitchen counters (also damaged by the other guy) and even repaired/rebuilt the damaged cabinet. I wish I could give this group 10 stars. My kitchen looks beautiful.I was so impressed I have already hired them to come back for another job!

Last summer we needed to replace the carpeting in our Mother’s living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. After researching many different companies, we chose PFC to do the job and we’re happy we did. We are extremely pleased with the transformation of her home.They have a beautiful selection of floor covering options. They assisted us in selecting a gorgeous laminate while keeping within our budget. Since the rooms were already cleared out, we decided to update the kitchen counters, back-splash and kitchen sink. They removed the old carpeting, kitchen counter and sink and hauled it all away. They cleaned up after the work was completed too.With the addition of the kitchen upgrades, it became a much larger job and we were under a tight timeline to get all this work finished. PFC was able to fit us into their schedule and they were able to complete the job on-time. We were very grateful.The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We had new flooring put in our living room and master bedroom late last year. The installers were very polite, prompt and professional. They were on time and did a terrific job. They came in the afternoon and finished up the next morning. We left them to work while we were not there and even the dog enjoyed the workers.

Professional Floor Covering replaced our living room, dining room and bathroom floors with hardwood and ceramic tile. They replaced a bathtub and surround. They also installed quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash in the kitchen . They were prompt and efficient. They had all of the items ready to go and subcontractors lined up which made the installation seamless. Everything was done in less than 2 weeks.We are VERY pleased. They did everything as promised and are available to assist with any follow up care questions.

Jonathon was very helpful with finding a carpet that met my needs. Randy came and measured the 3 rooms and stairs and the two guys who came to put my carpet in were very nice and professional but they had to move some furniture and were not very careful as they hit my walls and chipped my furniture. It would have been nice if they had told me that they did the damage instead of me finding out after they left. Otherwise the carpet looks great in the 3 rooms and stairs that I had installed. They almost covered my registers but I caught that in time and they cleaned up their mess and took everything with them. They were done on the same day. I would still recommend them for your job. Just make sure you let the installers know what you dont want covered.
